It looks really cool something odd about the chest but the figure itself looks really cool. Good job

It looks terrible! What did you do? The skin tone doesn't look right at all....looks like he has a disease.

I think the skintone looks great. My only suggestion is to thin out your paint and use more coats instead of fewer, thick coats. That is why you have some clumping. But i think the tone is good.

I think the skin tone just don't looks right, or it's just your camera.

I think the skin tone just don't looks right, or it's just your camera. Yeah, why didn't you use the camera you used in the first picture? Although the pictures are dark, I actually like the skintone. The only thing I would've done was paint skintone on the head too. Right now, by not painting the face, it kind of throws the whole custom off a bit. But take better pictures - use the camera from the first picture.

I said this in the Mattel thread but I'll mention it here, and that's ditch the Impact head and try for the CS8 head, or the Andre two-pack head (the one that usually had a headband that said Hulkster but with Andre does not have one)...I think it was one of the best that Jakks sculpted and is actually less bulbous than most heads that Jakks did for a fit with an Elite body. Especially using the Zeke Jackson body the CS8 head should look more natural than the Impact one.
One other nitpick regarding the head, and consider that this is all conjecture on my part and you have no need to heed any of this: use of the earlier head will place this Hogan within the right era when he wore the yellow trunks/boots and red pads. The Impact head is filled with age and wrinkles, and seems slightly out of place with the jacked body of Zeke Jackson (Hogan at his most roided out and true 24 inch pythons).

i know some people arent too sure about the skintone, but i think it actually looks incredibly realistic. the hulkster always had leathery dark tan skin.

I actually don't hate the skintone. Obviously it has some flaws but it reminds me of a FamousJ figure. More realistic skintone than factory produced. That being said, I absolutely agree with everything else.
New head or a mod job on the current, filling in wrinkles and whatnot would do this custom wonders
Head definitely needs a repaint.
Trunks are sloppy. Just needs a repaint of yellow or the other paint removed.
Wrist tape could be straighter. Masking tape is your friend for painting straight lines.
Paint on the leg is a little thick. Looks like there is some skintone on the kneepad. My suggestion is pop the boots off until you're done. Paint everything them slide the kneepads on. It might work better before sealing to do that. When it's time to put the boots on, heat them up in some boiling water and pop them back on. That way you can have a flawless figure and no skintone ends up on pads/boots/whatever.
