Mattel will give you a voucher to buy an elite at retail, but that is unacceptable practise from Ringside when they have charged you way more than retail prices. They should refund or exchange it for you, not just tell you to get in touch with Mattel who will give you a voucher to go hunting for it in two months. I'm worried about my own Elite 19 now. I'm not opening them until Christmas, but all these reports make me wonder whether I should check the figures asap. I'm in the same boat as u, I took a look at mine and her left foot looks a little loose to me. Who knows maybe I'm just worrying over nothing.

thanks for the support r'ybody it's gonna be very difficult for you to get a return like the person who got two right boots on there shawn micheals ....But in this case i would be mad if all i got was a voucher for retail price. Also the vouchers suck because they have a expiration and you may not find it by expiration and ringside does not accept mattel vouchers by the way i tried that. I am in now way trying to knock ringside they are a business and have bills to pay, but getting a replacement shouldn't be a hastle is what im getting at. ya i agree. spam straight up replaces a figure if it's broken or misassembled regardless of price/cost/collectibility (if they have the figure in stock). so im definitely disappointed with Ringside's response. that is absolutely true My Kevin Nash figure broke straight out of the box aswell, when I contacted Mattel they said to contact whoever I'd bought it from. so you got no restitution? wow thats terrible im not sure what im gonna do. cause it really isnt fair. i bought it as part of a $179.99 set of 6. so it cost me about $30. a $16.99 voucher doesnt cover that and i highly doubt i will ever really see one at retail anyway. so that's a bad solution. i honestly thought ringside would go a little farther. i bought a masters classics Fisto from spam that had two right feet. i didnt open it until well after i bought so by the time i contacted them they were all out of Fistos but offered me a $20 credit. if ringside had done that i would be ok with that....but to pawn it off on the corporate monolith of mattel seems like lackluster service to me.

Yeah I don't like this policy at all. This isn't a 3rd world country. If you sell something, you're accountable unless you say it's "as is". Can someone from RSC speak on this issue so we all know???

50 bucks for Liz sounds a bit steep for me in the first place, then again Im not as serious a collector, or a Mattel collector anyway. RSC sold you the figure, they need to answer for this

RSC is good about figure returns. I've had to do one before. Just email them. It is the weekend though so it might be Monday or Tuesday before you get a response.

RSC should give u another one no questions asked. That is just not right! RSC should deal w Mattel on this matter, not you. Especially since u payed so much. I haven't opened Liz yet. Hope nothing is wrong w mine.
Did RSC tell you ur beat?? I would be shocked if they wouldn't help u out. They are great w customer service and things of this nature. They might not have made Liz, but they sold it and they have to stand by what they sell. There is no way you should pay $30-$50 for an action figure, it's broke when it arrives and now your $h!t outa luck.

So many? With all the E19 posts I've seen 3. Someone posted about Brodus with a bad paint rub/chip, An HBK with 2 left feet and now this. That's 3 isolated incidents maybe I'D be worried if there were 3 or 4 of the same problem with each figure

Getting mine tomorrow, no shame in reporting any factory errors and getting them corrected.

F%%k that dude, you need to ship it back to ringside and get another. There's no excuse for receiving such an expensive item in that condition.

Hey there,
It was my hbk that had 2 left boots. I contacted RSC and this is the response I got.
Hello,
Our apologies. It's a manufacturer defect which is covered by the manufacturer. They will be able to send you a replacement. Their info is:
Happy Holidays and Thank you for shopping Ringside Collectibles!
I don't know what I could do anyway, sending it back to them would cost me another $10 in shipping. I'm happy to contact Mattel, but I would like to use any voucher with RSC for a new hbk in the future.
Oh well, I guess I am SOL...
Sucks about the broken Liz foot, I hope you can get a better resolution than a voucher.

Can it be fixed? I don't have any divas so I don't know. On regular figures you can pop the peg out in the ankle, the broke part pops out of the boot, and just replace that piece from another figure. I don't know about Divas.
Still stinks you paid that much, are going to get a $16.99 voucher, but you may can fix it. Just a thought.
