I would push back on RSC to get you better help.
They sold it to you, they are not free and clear from any responsibility for their items sold. They have a relationship with Mattel, make them resolve it for you.

That sucks! Looks like at least you can put it back and superglue it so that it can stay in place but I think a voucher is the only way to go.

I would just get some nail glue and just glue the foot back on because Mattel wont give you the amount you paid at RSC they'll give you like 16.99 or something.

it's gonna be very difficult for you to get a return like the person who got two right boots on there shawn micheals Shouldn't be hard they are charging more than double retail if they can't take care of their customers thats bull Chocolate Shark. Am i the only one who thinks its funny that they charged double retail and everyone seems to accept that a replacement for a damaged product is going to be a pain in the a$$ to get? Especially since they send it back to mattel and get credit. Easier for them to deal with mattel than the customer who is clearly getting screwed in this case. I guess i should say getting screwed if they don't get a replacement from ringside or mattel either way. That would settle for if i over paid more than double for a figure that was new and yes early release. Yea you saved the hastle of the hunt and spending gas. But in this case i would be mad if all i got was a voucher for retail price. Also the vouchers suck because they have a expiration and you may not find it by expiration and ringside does not accept mattel vouchers by the way i tried that. I am in now way trying to knock ringside they are a business and have bills to pay, but getting a replacement shouldn't be a hastle is what im getting at.

It's always upsetting when a figure of mine has a broken part. I think you should be able to receive a voucher from Ringside fortunately enough so it's not all bad.

That sucks that it broke. Mattel seems to really have hit rock bottom in terms of quality control with Elite 19. Between parts breaking and all of the paint flaws....totally unacceptable.
As others have said, all Mattel will do is give you a voucher for $16.99, which doesn't help you because you likely paid at least $50 for Liz.
All I can say is get the voucher and use it on another figure and try and glue Liz's foot. She didn't uncork very many shining wizards in her career, so if she has a left foot that doesn't move it's not going to be the end of the world for you.
Good luck.

Mattel will give you a voucher to buy an elite at retail, but that is unacceptable practise from Ringside when they have charged you way more than retail prices. They should refund or exchange it for you, not just tell you to get in touch with Mattel who will give you a voucher to go hunting for it in two months.
I'm worried about my own Elite 19 now. I'm not opening them until Christmas, but all these reports make me wonder whether I should check the figures asap.

My Kevin Nash figure broke straight out of the box aswell, when I contacted Mattel they said to contact whoever I'd bought it from.
All these Elite 19 stories are worrying, my set should be arriving tomorrow and seens as Ive shelled out £149.99 for it then is be really dissapointed if there's any problems with them.

Yup. You will get a voucher for the mass retail cost of a new figure. anything more than mass retail you have to send them a fax of the order and receipt proving the price you paid. But even then I'm not sure they'd send a voucher for the cost you paid at RSC
