I'm so irritated not only did I have to call mattel and argue with them to get my coo triple h figures. I got hung up on 2 times in the process and here is what i recieved. I barely moved the leg and it came apart. I think im done with mattel not only were they rude to me, but i get a crap product after that. Then i call corporate and the person i get is so dumb. She tells me she thinks i have the wrong number. I say is this mattel. Huge pause i say hello cause i think she hung up. She say hi i think you have the wrong number. I again say is this mattel. Huge pause. I again say hello. She says o yes this is mattel, but i think you have the wrong number. After about 15 minutes i gave up. How dumb is she to answer the phone and not know if she is at mattel. Anyways here is the crap product i got.  |

woow that sucks so bad. I cant believe you got spoken to like that? surely there must be a way for you to fix this?! (not the figure, i mean the situation) maybe try again tomorrow ee what they say again, demand to speak to the manager, make a complaint, i dunno.

I wouldn't have called their corporate offices as they wouldn't be able to help you. You need to call their customer service number on the back of the card. But not sure what they can do for you either seeing Mattel doesn't have replacement figures in ...so I'm sure there's none left of a promo figure. and seeing it's considered a "free promo" with $5 shipping. ( It doesn't matter what you spent to get the upc's) not sure what type of voucher they could give you. It does suck that yours is broken.

Out of god knows how many of these COO HHH's were redeemed, there's gonna be a couple that are defective. It just sucks how bad they treated you.

Last night after finally finding a Beth, the only figure I had not seen this year, I opened it and the leg immediately snapped off. I was so  n pissed. I took care of it though. All the money we give to mattel, we really should not have to be treated like this. |

There is NO shortage of the Trips figs.....in fact RSC will stock them in a month or two guaranteed.
They still owe me one saying my card wasn't authorized, called and fixed it today so we'll see but calling Matty is a fiasco and a half.
