Damn, I should have gotten my Brock and Liz from Elite 19 Last Thursday. I bought next day shipping with UPS standard because im moving Jan 1st and need the package before christmas as Canada post pretty well shuts right down for the holidays. So I checked the tracking number and it hasnt been scanned since wednesday and that was 4 hours away from me. Pretty brutal. Should have been delivered Thursday and I havent seen it yet
Anyways, UPS has No Idea Where the package is, I mean No Idea , They checked the last warehouse it was scanned at and its not there.... RSC just did a trace on the package and it can take up to 7 days to find it.....
Im hoping they find it. This is so annoying, Has this happened to anyone else before?

Wow man that is really unfortunate.
My sister recently had a promblem with the UPS losing her package they did find it and delivered it a few days late.
I hope they get your package to you...

maybe a man or woman who wears a brown uniform ( even brown socks!) is up to foul play.. stay in contact with both UPS & ringside.. luckily packages dont get up and walk away.. if it is stolen, ups will be able to prove that and help you... or it could be missing or SLASH sent to wrong Hub.. which the latter happened to me in 2009 it was not ringside's fault..
i hope you get your MISS ELIZABETH asap.. no figure besides Macho Man has made me more excited than her..
the brock figure probably demanded his own private air jet cause he just doesnt wanna be " one of the boys"

I once had a package from RSC not arrive when it should have. I was following the tracking and it somehow got sent all the way down to Florida. It took a while but it eventually showed up.

It definetly wasnt RSC's fault, The package even made it to concord, ontario which is a 3-4 hour drive from me. That was wed at 1 pm. and it was slated for a Thursday delivery by end of day.... It was never updated past wed at 1 pm.... but nobody knows where the hell it is... and apparently its not in concord, ont anymore. yikes.... Just hoping i do see this package still, Brock is gonna make one hell of a great WARLORD  ... if he ever gets here... |

That happened with my hot toys batman. Was delayed a wk n ups had no idea where it was. After calling n complaining and getting zero results it magically showed up. Took 2 1/2 wks to get a package from NJ and I'm in NYC. Ridiculous.

It was probably mis-loaded onto a trailer and will turn up as soon as that trailer is unloaded at it's destination. Of course that could take up to seven days to reach it's destination, because UPS ship their trailers via rail so the farther away it is the longer it takes. Thay's why people wouldn't see any updates from their Matty orders when they left the Ontario CA hub for a few days. Worst case is the package got caught in a jammed belt and was damaged enough that the figures fell out of the box and were mixed with items from other damaged packages. When that happens UPS put a claim on the packages. They then send the damages/loses to someplace in KY where they are never seen again.

I wouldn't give up hope yet. Sometimes they just randomly arrive a few weeks late. I feel your pain though. :/

aw man thats my worst nightmare... but ya what pj said...it's on some train or truck somwhere off the grid and then when it gets where it's goin will show back up on record....or like its been said too could be it pops up tomorrow. ive had that happen before

Going through this myself, only with USPS. It got sent to the wrong town and went out for delivery. I called the main post office in that town and was told that it must have been a mistake and it would be corrected. That night the status was changed to "delivery status not updated," meaning it hadn't been scanned anywhere within a certain amount of hours. Called the hub again and was told it must be being rerouted and that I should see that status last night. I haven't.
EDIT
Right after I posted this the status was changed to missent. That makes me a little less nervous. At least the error was discovered.

UPS is usually pretty good. Hopefully it turns up soon. I had them "lose" a package for a few days before but it did show up. Just keep contacting them about it.
I have had many, many problems with the USPS however, and they are not as helpful as UPS. I bought an September 17th. Two weeks later it still hadn't arrived. Tracking never updated after it left New Jersey. Finally buy mid October I gave up contacting and fighting with them. I never received any info on what happened to my package. I come home November 9th and there is my package on my doorstep. I don't know where it had been and the USPS never had any clue what had happened.

I had that happen with a DVD order from the Warner Bros. shop once, and the seller made it right.
Was totally the post office's fault in that case - tracking said it was delivered, but I regularly keep getting mail and packages that are for addresses similar to mine and having to stick them back in the mailbox, so I can confidently assume it went to the wrong place.
I hope RSC can do something for you, or at least I hope your attempt at getting the carrier to figure out what went wrong is simpler than my experience with it.
