Just to confirm, is the 2 pack Brock the same as the single 25 Brock?

I found these at 2 different Walmart's around here within the past few days. The first one had the entire set while the 2nd was missing the Primo/Epico.

OMG OMG OMG I neeeedd that Primo/Epico set! But the most it's worth to me $20 so it's Walmart price or I'll never buy it lol

found this set at 3 different walmarts.
1st had multiples of show/bryan & cena/kane but no primo/epico.
2nd had 1 of everybody so i grabbed the primo/epic &
3rd had 2 each of cena/kane and show/bryan and 1 primo/epico, but since i already had my primo/epico i left it for somebody else to get, hopefully a collector or kid & not a scalper
