So I went to an independent toy shop and brought the elite 10 Kane, opened the package very carefully and....the leg was snapped off, I'm very mad and I know they won't take it back. I had a similar problem to my elite 7 David hart smith where his leg is warped and swollen up and won't even bend or nothing What do you think?  |

Take it back and see what they say. Tell them you're calling the BBB if they won't return it. If neither works I'd suggest seein if someone from the fix up board can give you repair tips...

That's Elite 4 Kane, not Elite 10. It's elite 10 That is not Elite 10. E10 has different pants and shiny boots. Looks like you bought an E4 Kane figure repackaged in E10 packaging which seems to be the case since you think that is E10 Kane when it's not |

I literally just called mattel because my elite 18 sin caras gold paint was rubbed off from the coat to the figures legs badly and they are sending me a voucher. Give them a call

Possibly someone bought an E10 Kane and put their broken E4 Kane in the box

Bet you that store owner ripped you off. Broke his E4 Kane so he threw it in a box and not even the right one! Did he have the WHC and Blue Case??
