 Well, actually, it's not. I ordered 2 Best of PPV HBK's from TRU.com before they jacked the price up on Sunday. I was going to trade the extra Ricardo torso for a Michael Cole part because that's all I was missing to make a second Cole. But look how the part arrived! It's missing the bow tie piece. Ugh! I'm sure I would be much more upset if I hadn't ordered two and Ricardo didn't have his tie. This just looks like casual wear Cole. What's that Mattel hotline # to complain and get a coupon for a replacement figure? |

Sorry to hear that Terry. It always unfortunate to hear manufacturer errors at the expense of collector dollars in order to obtain them. Hope you find to get a voucher to receive another one.
