So I noticed that my BOPPV Christian's head was softer plastic/rubber like the heads of the BAF (Cole/Rodriguez/Laurinitis?). Sure enough, it came right off when I pulled on it. Are all the Christians like this? Is the rest of the series like this? I know Elite 19 isn't like this. Any other newer series that are like this? Just curious.

There have been a few figures I've gotten recently that have been like that. I think it was a Punk figure I wanted to do a head swap with and I never even needed to use a flathead screwdriver to take the head off, just pulled with a little force and it popped right off.

If you are using a screwdriver to remove heads ... You are doing it wrong.

If you are using a screwdriver to remove heads ... You are doing it wrong. Yeah, I never heard about this method before. I just microwave some water, dip it for about 15 seconds and just pop it off.

If you are using a screwdriver to remove heads ... You are doing it wrong. Well, I've been doing it since the Jakks TTL days and have never had a problem, so I beg to differ.

No need to do any of that. Run your sink till it gets hot then put the water on his neck for 15 seconds then take a towel and pop.

Guys, is this the same process for Jakks heads too? And after you swap heads, is there anything you need to do to insure the new heads stay? I'm gonna try my first swaps on mattel and 2 jakks figs.
