He bought a figure from me and sfter buying it demanded the shipping be lowered. Which I didn't do. I asked why he bid and he said basically he does this assuming people will lower shipping. HE was planning to resale the item and needed more room to resale. Avoid avoid avoid. He paid after the second week. Total loser!!! I attempted to buy something from him a couple months before that he had a buuy it now or best offer on and wouldnt even drop $5 on a $100 item. Like I said AVOID!!!!!! Yep he buys big lots of figures and resells them individually at a markup. The figures he sells arent from his own collection (or most arent, cant say for sure).

ya he's bought some lots off of me and resold the figs individually at a markup. cant remember if he was a timely payer or not...ive bought some loose figs from him though i think that they werent described as mint but the listing didnt in my opinion adequately describe the condition....as in the figure was filthy, paintchipped, greasy and smelled weird....but i blamed myself for not being thorough

Wow you guys are liberal with your days you give people to pay. I give people 3 days. 10 days is absurd. It's paypal. Have the funds ready before you bid or before you click Buy It Now

I believe he gets on here, there's a guy here who has a small dog inside an elite scale ring on his sig. That gap version seller had the same thing on his store page. I could be wrong, I forget this users name.

The king of scavengers is Cenation5ks, this guy stays online hawking figure lots.

He Bought two UFC figures from me a while back. He's very unreliable about his commitments to make the payment. He eventually paid and I sent his items. The transaction took more than 2 1/2 weeks to complete. I think he may be a member on here.

I just don't get this. ONE time have I ever ordered on Ebay and had an issue come up with funds on my end. There was an issue with my bank. I contacted the seller, explained the situation and when I should have the money by. They understood and accepted. If you can't pay in a timely manner, don't order. If sh*t happens, at least communicate. F**k this guy.
Idc if he's a member on here. F**k him.

How long does an unpaid item case give the buyer to pay? 4 days to open a case and another 2 or 4 days after the case is open. so basically you 6-8 days to pay even though i dont agree with it.

He's sent me some ridiculous low ball offers on my items before. I buy lots to resell too, so why would I sell my stuff to him dirt cheap? I'm about to get rid of best offer on all of my items anyway. I have free shipping on everything and I'm sick of getting low ball offers that barely even cover my shipping and packaging costs.

You can open a case 4 days after non-payment and you can then close the case to get your fees back 4 days after that.

He bought a large lot of basics from me about a year ago. He took a few days to pay, but nothing too alarming.

I've had some real winners come out of the woodwork on buying my stuff on eBay this season. I've resorted to posting on the page that they have 4 days to pay or the dispute will be opened and then you have to wait another 4 days until you can close it and get your fees back. I've had lots of "transfering funds, PayPal isn't taking my credit card, etc." excuses lately too. Luckily they end up paying but I don't understand why people bid and don't buy or take days to pay. I always pay for stuff immediately. If they're not willing to do that they need to stay off the computer.

The rash of non-payment has really soured my eBay experience.
5 of 9 items that closed this past Sunday remain unpaid.

Yes and this sucks badly for those that want to buy off ebay because we are outbid by people that have no intention of paying and drive up the prices and then we have to pay more for figures at auctions end or lose out and watch it be relisted when we could of not only got the figure but for a much better price as well.

If you have paypal linked to your checking account, it doesn't get withdrawn as soon as you check out anyways. It usually takes 24 hours, but on the seller's end, it shows up in their account immediately as paid. So you have time to transfer funds or make a deposit.
As for the guy with the Chihuauah in the cell pic as his sig, its a different guy. Gapversion is a member on here, but he's never posted.

I've sold and bought from him, and yeah he took more time than most to ship and pay but was never unpaid. I've messaged him a few times and got responses as well. I think he may be in over his head at times.

Also, about a year ago Ebay changed the process where you can only leave a buyer positive feedback or none at all.[/quote]
to me, this is really flawed. as a seller on ebay you should be able to leave bad feedback on a POS buyer that doesnt pay. it sucks and its a huge waste of time. of course, not everyone in the world is honest and so much shady activity happens on ebay that they were forced to change things up. but still....i think its a huge flaw.
