Also, about a year ago Ebay changed the process where you can only leave a buyer positive feedback or none at all. to me, this is really flawed. as a seller on ebay you should be able to leave bad feedback on a POS buyer that doesnt pay. it sucks and its a huge waste of time. of course, not everyone in the world is honest and so much shady activity happens on ebay that they were forced to change things up. but still....i think its a huge flaw. [/quote] eBay loves the buyers and will always at least 99% of the time will side with them on all disputes.

If you have paypal linked to your checking account, it doesn't get withdrawn as soon as you check out anyways. It usually takes 24 hours, but on the seller's end, it shows up in their account immediately as paid. So you have time to transfer funds or make a deposit. As for the guy with the Chihuauah in the cell pic as his sig, its a different guy. Gapversion is a member on here, but he's never posted. How do you know?

The excuse I "love" the most is the buyer saying that their young child was on their computer and bought the item without their permission. I get that one all the freaking time.

I got my Elite 1 CM Punk and my Legends Stone Cold Steve Austin from Gapversion1, I think he took a week to ship, but I had a good experience with him.

I think he sells and anticipates his funds from those sells to pay for future winnings. Which I have done, I will list stuff and on the last day buy stuff with my winnings and then all of a sudden the Person who won my stuff takes for ever to pay and then the seller who's stuff I won has to wait until my buyer pays! Crazy I know but I have a good feeling I am not the only one who does this, why else would you list your old stuff to buy new stuff. I am more than a 100% that seller is an active member here.

He finally paid the day i could close the dispute and give him a strike. I hate Ebay sometimes, more so when selling.
Thanks to everybody who can in here to share their experiences!

Just don't sell to the guy, he starts telling you how to run your business and won't hesitate to low ball you, he also demands you lower the shipping rates to his standard.
