WWE must really have extremely low expectations for ratings for this Monday's, so they go ahead and give away the results. This past Monday was the lowest rating in 15 years.
Ah well, keep giving us taped Raws and we'll keep not tuning in!

I really don't know what this does for him in the long run. Not only did he beat Kingston the last time he became champion, he's winning the wrong title. I just hope this elevates Barrett towards becoming World Heavyweight Champion.

I don't understand why everyone's so excited. He's been Intercontinental Champion before and it did nothing for him. Honestly, I believed things would change when Kingston beat Miz. Now he's lost the belt and he won't be rising up the card anytime soon. Barrett is a future world champion and I REALLY hope this elevates him towards reaching that future in 2013. Congratulations, Wade.

Not really a shock however still good for Wade. I just hope this reign is a lot better than his first [he also beat Kofi for the IC Title].. Maybe he can become a fighting champion and defend it at WM 29 [the poor IC Title rarely gets a defense *even rarer for a quality defence* at WM..  ].. |

And this marks the second time Barrett won the IC title at a taping. It kinda sucks that both his reigns were cheapened by everyone knowing beforehand. It's kind of a joke when you watch live shows and nothing happens constantly and you get this at a taping. Awesome.
