Very nice Hasbro custom. The head is obviously what stands out (and not just due to Ryback's big nose). The expression, the beard and the ears - everything is spot on.
The skin tone should get a mention as well. Nice and even, looks particularly good on the arms.
Will you be sticking to Hasbro?

What a talent! Having a quick glance, my favourites were Sting, Iron Sheik, Hillbilly Jim, DDP and John Cena. All make use of the original heads well.
Is the Ryback figure (and the others for that matter) still "as new". By that I mean, do the figures retain close to the original stiffness on the joints and in the movement or have they become slack with age/use?
