Trying to do a hand swap on two Mattel elites... got the hands to pop out but what is the easiest way to get them back in?

I'm assuming you mean the part that connects the hand to the wrist... best bet is to have the hand be heated the peg hard.

Boil some water or use a hair dryer. I prefer water. Put arms and hands in and after 30 sec to 1 min, just pop them in.

Thank Hulk, any tips for popping in the little pegs in the hands? Same thing. I just stick the arm in boiling water for 30 sec to a min and push the hand into the slot.
