I recently took back my basic AJ. Being an elite collector I just felt I didn't need it and would much rather wait it out for the elite.
Anyone in the same boat?

I have her basic and I'll def want her elite. I'm sure its gonna be an expensive one so I'm going to have to wait it out for a decent price...I know I'll never see it at retail.

I have the basic and plan on getting the Elite. I'm keeping the basic since the Elite has a different head scan.

is the elite confirmed to be in wrestling attire? She rarely wrestles anyway. AJ is in ring gear, the plaid one. She will have no accessories since the plaid takes so much deco hits to cover BUT.... She will have a new Crazy Chicks head scan. ADR will be in black with two molded scarves ( white and black so you can choose, and a special bonus accessory!) Orton goes back to a cloth shirt. Honky will have jumpsuit AND guitar! We made the costs work out on him! Post Christmas spoilers for everybody. |

Uhh the only people who are waiting out on the Elite are the ones who can't find the basic. They have the exact same articulation anyway and just about every other Diva was released in the basic line. Plus this was her first figure ever and is sought after like crazy atm. Idk why anyone would take it back.

But casual clothes I didn't like. I took it back because I didn't like it, simple. I only bought it because if the hype to it, to be honest. |

I'll pass on both versions. She's not someone I find very entertaining...so I don't need her on my shelves. I'll just keep Vickie with Dolph. The elite diva figure I want is Elizabeth. All other divas I have their basics.
I passed on these diva figures -
b21(?) Beth because I have her others
B23 Fox because I don't find her entertaining
B24(?) AJ for the same reason as Fox
Elite 17 Kelly because I have her basic

I got the Basic 24 AJ at Kmart on Thursday. I'm getting the Elite one also...but I'm not waiting for Eltie 21, it won't hit stores until probably AUGUST! I wasn't waiting that long for an AJ.

I have been going nuts looking for her basic for my daughter, who has every diva so far but AJ. At this point, I don't think I''ll ever see her at retail.

I plan on getting the elite, because Mattel always do a better job on the heads can the second time since b24 AJ looked too cartoony. Hopefully they will make her more cases like x2 because she's on tv every week now...
