Got my TRU coupons right after Christmas and have been waiting for them to re-stock so I could spend them. My first one had to be used by yesterday, so I hit TRU and saw they had finally put out another wave of Elite 18 and the new basic line with AJ....so that is what I got, which was cheap with the BOGO and the TRU coupon:
This is my fourth Lawler fig, however he is my favorite wrestler and I making some variations of him since this will probably be the only wrestling Lawler fig we will get. I got the AJ because it was cheap and there was literally nothing else I wanted. The only Mattel Diva I planned to get is Miss Liz, however I will probably add AJ to my Dolph fig if I keep it....right now, I have the AJ fig on my trade page if you are interested.
I also fixed-up my Big Show figs.....minor changes, but it does enhance the figs:
On the BOPPV one, I switched out taller boots and tighter fitting knee pads. I wanted to use the Jakks head, shown on the other Show fig, but the skull cap would not fit it. I hate the smiling scan....Show is a monster, he doesn't need to be smiling. Here is a shot without the cap:
I still have about $20 worth of TRU coupons good until Jan 27 and a $30 TRU giftcard, so I hope Elite 19 hits TRU before then. Check out my new TRADE PAGE (link below)....I have several new items and I am looking for the DKR Bat Signal or parts of it.
