Can someone please explain what the Legends contract is. The only thing i know is that the older wrestlers have to be under one in order for mattel to make their figure but what else is included in this contract?

It is a contract that Legends sign with the WWE allowing WWE to make new merchandise off of them. It also allows the Legend to make appearances on WWE TV.

Basically WWE has them on contracts for specials like 1000th Raw, Wrestlemania etc, can appear on dvds, get figures made but chances are they're not going to wrestle

In its essence its a deal that give WWE licensing rights and doesn't require the legend to be a full time employee. It's like a limited contract.
