Punk vs Bryan at Mania 27 for the United States Championship. I think that would have been a better match than Punk/Orton.

This at any Wrestlemania after 92. Muta vs Undertaker was scheduled for a Wrestlemania? According to rumors at every Wrestlemania since 92. As well as Sting vs Taker. Of course it was all what if's and here say but could you imagine a Muta vs Taker in their prime. My god.

Would have been awesome for sure.
Another match that would have happened:
Diesel vs Shawn: Summerslam 96.

I know I read a while ago that Undertaker was suppose to fight Stone Cold at WrestleMania 2000, but they both got injured months before. They were willing to make an appearance that night, but Vince kept them backstage

They were willing to make an appearance that night, but Vince kept them backstage I think they were supposed to be in the Fatal 4 Way, making it Rock vs Triple H vs Austin vs Undertaker Then they got injured and were replaced with Big Show and, originally, Chris Jericho, who was then replaced with Mick Foley. Its also rumored that the original plan for WM2000 was Triple H vs Rock one on one with the same lay out and result as their match at the next months Backlash PPV, but Austin couldnt get medically cleared in time for his run in by WM, so it was pushed back to Backlash and we got the 4 Way at Mania instead

Some of these sound like they'd be phenomenal matches.

So they paired him with Taker to encourage him to learn, but he wasn't progressing like they wanted.

Wasn't the cast of Jackass going to do something with Umaga at Summerslam one year but backed out? Yup, canceled due to the Benoit deaths
