It is starting to get under my skin that the internet community shits all over everything lately. TNA fans especially. Is TNA a a low point? Depends how you look at it.
Yes we would love the home grown stars to be the top guys but now the majority of former WWE guys were just midcarders there and being made main eventers makes them homegrown to me. I dont remember people complaining about The Radicalz getting pushed when they jumped ship but because TNA is special I guess we have restrictions.
Let me be clear. Guys like MCMG, X-division and especially Joe are among my favorite wrestlers. I hold Joe and CM Punk as my top 2. I havent seen Joe buried in this fued with Angle.Yes, he hasnt won, but when he does it will be that much more special. Think, Raven and Dreamer back in ECW. We keep telling TNA to think long-term but maybe we should start thinking long term.
Boycotting TNA is not the answer. What happens if ratings plummet? Bye Bye TNA and we are left with nothing. Not buying PPV's is your choice cause that requires paying money but watching a free cable show doesnt entitle you to anything. I am a true wrestling fan and I will watch any wrestling I can despite the circumstances. There are good and bad points but I watch it because I love wrestling.
People crapover TNA for a lot of the same reasons they crapon ECW. ECW isnt like the original and isnt hardcore like they believe it should be: TNA claims to be alternative and yet it follows a very WWE-like basis nowadays. Is it ok to complain? Absolutely. But just accept it. Things change. TNA may seem at a low point but has got some of its highest ratings lately. Yes, things like Pacman are intellectually- disabled and dont help but we get goods and bad.
Homegrown talents arent killed. Wishing for them to all be on top and bury the older talent is unrealistic and probably wouldnt even be good for business. I see such differences between TNA fans and WWE fans. All based around the simple fact that he stars werent developed in TNA. WWE fans often wish for stars that paid their dues like Booker and Kane to get titles where TNA fans complain just because these experienced guys didnt start out in TNA. Its a tad pathetic.
Is it perfect. Far from it! But lets get through it. Lets let them know the faults but lets also exploit the positives. Dont try to hurt the company, try to help it.

Boycotting TNA is the dumbest thing I have ever heard; Do you really think a few fans up their own asses on a message board not watching and leaving negative comments about the product will make a difference?

But the difference is, TNA has a much more internet based audience. If word gets out around the internet, it could be fatal to TNA wheras with the WWE it wouldn't effect them that much. Anyway I agree with the OP. TNA isn't great but it's not terrible.

TNA was starting to drop, and I wasn't liking it for about a month or so. It's getting good again now by pushing XXX and MCMG. That match they had on Hard Justice stole the show.

Boycott TNA until they put out something good. Why make time for them and there work if they don't give a shitt about the fans.If the ratings slip then they have 2 choices Pack up and Go OR Make some serious changes. When WWE had there ratings slip about 3 weeks ago They came back brought out The Mcmahons,Mick Foley,Fixed the GM situation, and booked a wwe title shot that no one really knows who will win.Signing a criminal(PACMAN JONES)and putting Every belt on 1 person is horrible. When 1 person can hold 5 belts at once that makes TNA Championships look like there worth nothing.

They aren't pushing them period. Daniels PUSH was aborted. XXX lost CLEAN to the STEREOTYPE JOBBER team, The GURU and BLACK MACHISMO.

Your comparisons are awful. TNA isn't pushing any of it's home grown guys. Joe has still yet to get the title and don't give me the he'll get it at BFG bull **** because it's already planned that it's gonna be Angle vs Sting or Jarrett. AJ Styles the once poster boy for TNA is now Christian's bitch. Daniels main event push is gone and like mentioned Triple X is a jobber team now. LAX isn't getting pushed like they should be. MCMG mostly wrestle on Impact and lose to jobber teams on explosion. Chris Harris is feuding with ing Dustin Rhodes. Not to mention it's already been mentioned that TNA only has plans for Angle, Cage, Sting, Jarrett, Abyss, Team 3D, Tomko & the Steiners. Out of that whole list only ONE home grown star. Need I go on as to why TNA blows the big one?

Think about this. I remember two years ago, Joe, Styles, and Daniels were put into the main event and put on one of the greatest matches I've ever seen, not to mention the first TNA match I ever saw. Where are they now? Joe's jobbing to a (guess what) former WWE star, when he should have had the title almost a year ago. A.J. Styles, who at one point was arguably the face of TNA, is now second fiddle to Christian Cage. Then there's Christopher Daniels, who should also be in the main event, but is part of a jobber team.
My point is, these guys have already proved themselves in the main event, why all of sudden does TNA think they can't do it now?

I haven't watched TNA in a few months and started catching up on some episodes and the last PPV...I have to say it's the dumbest thing I've seen in a long time. I don't see how TNA fans can be harsh because well, I can't see how TNA can have fans with this crap. Kurt Angle holding all of the titles is something an 8 year old comes up with when he's playing with his action figures (Trust me, I did it when I was wee, ha). I don't know who Pacman Jones is, but I'm already sick of him. The shows are such an embarrassing mess. Hell, give me WWE Idol anyday.

No, because TNA isn't producing the only product. If people get sick of TNA, there is at least 5 hours of wrestling, sometimes 7 that they could tune in for their fix instead.

How is Triple X a jobber team? They lost one match and you guys act like they are never going to win again. You have got to be kidding me. I would hardly say that one match makes them a jobber team. Also I do not consider Joe "homegrown talent". He was a pretty big name prior to TNA. Joe will eventually get the title. Don't worry. He will have it eventually. I think he will be the one to take it from Angle somehow. Maybe in a 3-way or 4-way at Bound for Glory.

TNA owns WWE, I can honestly say I have never found ONE TNA iMPACT un entertaining, they're a breath of fresh air after the 50 years of crap that we've had to watch from WWE, why is it that WWE was the only brand for a year? WCW should have been the ones to buy out WWE. The slogan at the start of the titles on each TNA show is right 'TNA, we ARE wrestling.'
