One of my go-to Wal-Mart's has had empty Elite pegs for a few weeks,
so I have been going almost every day since E19 has been hitting in my area (Georgia) and they've continuously had empty pegs... Until today, when my persistence finally paid off, and I found this little guy. For whatever reason it won't let me post the img code, so I've got links.

Definitely worth the wait, but I have to say, after all this time, I think Ziggler is the best in the series.
