I appreciate it, crazywrestler. I had a totally different figure that I had been working on (and still am), but I was rushed for time and assumed the Jan. 26th deadline would've been enforced. So instead, I had to instead submit my Cornette custom, which itself was a bit of a rush job. Had I known it would be almost three weeks later before anything would be posted, I would have focused on completing my original entry instead of my Cornette "fix-up". Lol!

I understand how you feel Maskedsuperstar I wish I would have used my time to finish making sure everything was straight and clean but things happen and that Cornette is a work of art. TNA fans would have loved to see his Legend figure released. But you created a monumental Manager.
I am looking forward to the next competition sadly enough who knows when that will be. I have been doing quite a bit of experimenting reading tips, and watching tutorials on youtube. Guys like Apocalypse, GDM, Gonzo, AxeHenning all have inspired me.

Cornette looks good, but I'd like to see the glasses more like his photo. Goldberg looks cleanly done.
Warheart's zombie Andre is so cool. The painting of the flesh is really good and I like the face a lot. I like that Gonzo went with the Flash gimmick as opposed to nWo or whatever else. Good work on the face! What head is that? The figure has this galoob look about it that's pretty cool.

Sorry guys, again I apologize for my taking forever to post. I will post details about the next event soon. I will fix the host folder for the more pics. Zaxary, I used a Round 5 MMA Brock Lesnar. Heavily modded the head, bulked the torso and sculpted singlet. MMA shorts were sanded down and upper legs resculpted. The bottom part of the boots are from a Bruce Lee figure's shoes, which I made a casting of and then infused into the lower legs, then sculpted the remained of the boots and kneepads.

Got to look at all the pics, great stuff there, my vote goes to christianedge. The cornettte is great, but the sugar dunkington I liked better,
The zombie Andre and flash norton are incredible
Thanks for the complements on Goldberg, it's my first ever full skin tone

My votes will go to Christian Edge and The Champ is Here.
Jim Cornette is very well done, smooth and clean, and even has a vintage feel to it. Great job.
Dunkerton is no where near as clean as Cornette, but the overall figure I like better. I love that you sculpted almost everything on here. Those that know me, I love to see people challenge themselves with sculpting. I have no clue who Dunkerton is, but I really dig the figure.
Goldberg looks very simple and clean, and the fact that you did a full skintone and made it look good is an even greater accomplishment. Goldberg is a simple figure, but easy to mess up. You seemed to nail it this go around.
Is that a Jakks head on the Doink? I'm not sure if that is sculpted hair or if that's molded plastic from an actual Doink head. Can't go wrong with Doink, he's definitely a challenge to get right. Overall the figure looks really good, the lines could be a little cleaner and maybe a few more coats of paint in some areas. I don't know why, but everytime I see a Doink figure it reminds me of the crappy nylon hair they put on I think it was the old Hasbro Doink figure. Glad its not that, haha.

Gonzo, great work with that! Ever made his former partner? I know his gimmick had something to do with Ice, but his name escapes me. Great work in this contest from all, honestly, and I regret not entering.
