Ive always wanted to know how this is done. taking a figure that has hair and making him bald. Does anyone have tips on how to do this.

depends on what figure.... if its someone like the Warrior, then you just boil the head and yank the hair off, then fill in the gap with some apoxie or what ever sculpty you use, and paint the skin tone.
if its someone like Orton, then you just sand it down with some fine sandpaper, then run warm water over the head to get rid of any dusty bits. you can also use a dremel, but personally I find it easier to use sand paper, as with the dremel you can take a lot off very quickly and can lead to mistakes that cant be fixed.

For a short haired guy like CM Punk just use sandpaper.
