I'd say it's a tie between Cena and Rey. They are literally ALL over. Every single store has multiple figures of them.

Elite 4 (?) Fit Finlay was the biggest pegwarmer. At least the rest move in time, but that figure sat at every store for over a year. Hell there was one WalMart around here that had 4 pegs filled with just Finlay for over a year. Then one day they vanished and were replaced with E14.

Rey and Orton from any series. Zack Ryder is catching up quickly though.

My stores have almost no old figures left. Kmart has some B20s and an E15 Rey, that's the oldest Elite figure in my area. Of all-time, I saw an elite Kozlov at my Target for well over a year.

It's definitely Rey Mysterio around me. Cena would follow in a close second. I've noticed Triple H starting to pile up as well. Maybe once he is back on TV that will change.
Elite 18 and Basic 24 are currently clogging most of my shelves. Other than Elite 18 at TRU though, everywhere else seems to be turning over inventory fairly well.
I would say Rumblers are shelf warming the most of any of the lines, although power slammers just hit so over time it may be those. I just see a lot of Rumblers and a lot of Rumblers on clearance to top it off. I like the Rumblers so I hope they are doing well or at least better than they seem to be doing.

Miz and Show are pretty heavy locally right now. but Orton takes the cake. basics and elites are everywhere... well, not everywhere as basics and elites are actually pretty scarce in general. all i can seem to find in abundance are those crazy new figures that are huge and play with themselves. flex forces seem to be hitting all the closeout stores (marshalls, tjmaxx) as well as littering clearance sections at bigger retailers (kmart, walmart etc).

Rey as a character in the Elite line warms around here a little more than Cena. Rey in the basic line has always sold well, except for the B23 Green one, which was overstocked to hell during Christmas time. He's a slow burn around here.
Currently, the worst warmer in terms of quantity is Chris Jericho from Basic 22.
The one that has hung around the longest in Winston right now is the E12 Randy Orton at Target on University. After Christmas the pegs for Elite went away. A few days ago during the reset they came back along with a basic 15 John Cena and that Elite 12 Orton that I assumed had sold, but was just chilling on a shelf in the back. It's definitely the same one, because the eye is a little sloppy and the box has the same wear.
Before that it was Elite Finlay, Elite Vladimir Kozlov, and Elite Jack Swagger. And then before that it was E3 Santino and Miz.
The worst peg warming set from basics was basic 12. Last year, that was the set everybody had for Christmas, and they hung around forever. Basic 13 was a close second because of Wal-Mart endcaps. Basics in general don't warm as bad around here, probably due to the low price.
Elite 5 had to be the worst Elite line, period.
Brand goes to flexforce lightning. That and the wave of regular flexforce that had the new packaging. Most of the later sets didn't see retail because of that one. It was mostly guys who had been done to death already.

Here are mine.
-the biggest shelf warmer: Randy Orton... Especially E12
-the biggest shelf warmer series: I think E13 as a whole hung around the longest in my area. Basic 13 was never going away at one point
-the biggest shelf warmer brand: Flex Force Lightning. (soon to be replaced by Power Slammers)

In Terms of elites Finley, Orton, Morrison and R Truth I see quite a bit.

In Terms of elites Finley, Orton, Morrison and R Truth I see quite a bit. You see Finley still? From Basic 8 or his Elite? Either way, that's still pretty crazy those haven't gone away.

I call Cena, Rey, and Orton the Unholy Trio.
Right now, Orton is warming the most around me.

Basic 23 Chris Jericho Oh my..... You mean 22. Mine would be Randy Orton. I seriously thought about hiding them all the other day.
