Yeah, I'm not building the entire thing. I did enough to complete the missions and unlock the additional quests/buildings. If it's needed again later, then we can talk. In the mean time, just completed building Sir Putts Alot. The cost doesn't bother me so much, when I take into account getting two characters out of it. I think the next time I have everyone completed at the same time, I'm going to set everyone up for 24 hour tasks just to see how much money it generates. I'm assuming Sir-Putts-Alot unlocks Rod & Todd? They just popped up on mine since I got that back with the Valentine's Day giveaways. |

Anyone looking at the Krustyland rumors? Apparently you will have to build a bus station in your town. Then you can go to Krustyland. It's apparently an entirely new area with Krusty themed overpriced crap. You build your own Krusty park which earns you tickets which you can use to build more rides. It has it's own currency that's separate from Springfield. Supposedly drops in August sometime.

Ok,so I just built the itchy and scratchy whatever for the boardwalk, should I continue the boardwalk mission or build Springfield downs?

Ok,so I just built the itchy and scratchy whatever for the boardwalk, should I continue the boardwalk mission or build Springfield downs? The downs is worthless, but you pretty much can't build anything else in town until you build it. It's huge and does absolutely nothing. I boxed it in my inventory because it's ugly and useless. If you don't build it, you can focus just on your boardwalk though until you get around to building the Downs. |

Yay!! Finally got Town hall started. Ridiculously expensive but should be done by lunch time tomorrow. I forked over yet another $6 and bought the Rich Texan. He cracks me up. You all know how big I am on politics and right-wingers though.

So pretty much as soon as I read "Carlos'" post about the Krustyland potential update, my game prompted me to update. All my characters are on 4 hour missions now, so nothing has happened in game. I'll check back.

Just got the update right after I set everyone on 24-hour (or more) tasks, haha. Oh well. I think my favorite task is still between Nelson and the shooting car, Moleman filming a short film, or (the newest addition) Wolfcastle inspecting his laces.

The boardwalk pieces are actually fairly cheap and I've discovered you can stockpile them. My plan is to come back to my boardwalk once I'm done w/my town. I may stage buildings there and stick them in inventory when I'm done w/them. Interrogating Flanders cracks me up. It annoys me because it ties up two characters and only one of them gets paid, but it's still pretty dang funny. I also get a kick out of Apu feeding the octuplets. I have not got any update on my game. Disappointed.  |

Ok. Just got the update on my phone. I'm downloading it now on my tablet. I found the Krustyland bus depot in the decorations section. Looks like a level 20 quest. I'm 22 so I should be eligible for it I think. All of my characters are on quests for the next 20 mins or so. Who is the character who kicks off the Krustyland quest?
Edit: NVM. Krusty kicks it off. Bus costs $50k. Ouch. I ain't got anything close to that. Especially after dropping $48,500 for the town hall.

Busting my hump right now to save up money. Still don't have enough for that stupid shuttle. I'm like $5k short. I'm running into serious money issues on this game. I've got two buildings (Itchy and Scratchy store and King Toots) that I still haven't had a chance to start and I'm at a halt on my boardwalk because I have no cash as I'm saving up for the Krustyland shuttle. I kind of wish there was a better donuts to game dollars ratio. It's like 30 donuts for $10k cash which just isn't worth it at all.
