Has kanes mask changed? It seems to look way different then it did when he came back.

Maybe it looks different because he paints his eyes red, rather than black. The mask itself seems to be the same. Maybe the different color paint is giving it the illusion of being different.

It may be because his eyes are painted red instead of black, the mask might have gotten a little darker too.

Look at the forehead part. There are lines on them now . The original mask didn't have it. And the nose is more exposed then the original .

I guess it's possibly they may have modified it to make it more comfortable.

Yes, he changed it in early March last year at the start of his feud with Orton.

The current mask isn't made of the same material or even by the same person as the first Resurrected mask. The current mask is a combination of latex and canvas. Strips of canvas are used to add stiffness to the masks and prevent them from stretching, which preserves the shape of the sculpt. The canvas also adds durability and improves the lifespan of each mask. The switch was made from leather to latex for better comfort and also because Kane's leather masks had a tendency to become brittle and split over time. Because each of the current latex masks comes out of a common mold and their paint applications are rather simplistic, they offer a high level of consistency in their appearances, which has both pros and cons, in my opinion. I, for one, always enjoyed the unique expressions of each of Kane's past leather masks. Although I love the current design, I do miss the variety that his leather masks offered.

His mask now reminds me of Rellik for some reason.
