Yes the second figure is from the hscf line which stands for high spec color figure are probably the most detailed dbz figs you can get interms of paint jobs. Banpresto which is owned by bandai is more catered towards the collector than the kid. Most Banpresto figs have very little articulation but the best paint jobs and sculpts. If your just into displaying you cant go wrong with Banpresto dbz figs..........If you want the best of both worlds the best dbz figure are from the sh figarts line but they arent cheap
