i have tried and tried and tried again to get a skintone that matches jakks. but every time i fail. i know im intellectually- disabled. i was wondering if anyone could give me a step by step guide with the colors and brands of paint. if so then i will give karma.

It's really hard to get the exact skintone as Jakks. Just keep mixing, brown, orange, yellow, red and white.

Sorry man. As any experienced customizer can tell you, it's hard. Maybe get a flesh skintone already made. Deco Art medium flesh is pretty close. Well If you've seen a Stevie Richards or Paul London where the lower legs are a different color, that's what it's almost like. Adding some white to that could help.
