So apparently Dennis Rodman's peace envoy didn't work so well. All of S. Korea's broadcast networks and their financial networks went down simultaneously today in a coordinated attack. All signs are pointing at N. Korea so far. We'll see if this escalates.

Everything is back and running now (took about 2 hours). Supposedly, skulls were showing up on screens during the freeze.
