Hernadez- I've seen a Haas head work but an Angle one can be used. Tanktop and some workout pants.
Konnan- No idea what head to use. SHW Torso and maybe some baggy Tajiri pants or Jeans.

Any bald head would work for Konnan. It'd be easier than getting the hair off. A D-Von head has a nice mean look but you'd have to paint skintone.
