I am using this puddy and I am trying to harden it. Any suggestions? I have it as a tounge and hair and goatee, it is all on the head, should i leave it on and how would i harden it if i do.

I have used FIMO for other things, not for figures, and it suggests baking it, so I would suggest trying to boil it, as baking would likely be bad for the plastic on your figure. The way we do it with Sculpey is boil some water and hold the sculpted part in the water for 1-2 minutes.

I just apply the Fimo to the part of the figure then put it in a cup of boling water untill the water go's cold.

I usually just boil the waterfor 2 mins and throw the sculpey part in the water with the pan or bowl still on the stove and i let it sit in the boiling water for 2-3 mins and dry the head and pop it in the freezer,it comes out great for me

Thank you everyone. I ended up boiling it. It came out great. The only this is it bent the long braided goate but looks better that way. Tougne came out sweet. I am going to post the proto with a sample picture of who i am making it of. Let me know what you think. Thanks again everyone.
