Doug Basham will work well.
For the torso I'd recommend either a shirted torso or even better a crusierweight torso and a rubber shirt on top of it.
Arms would be short sleeves -- either the regular shirted ones, or if you're using the rubber shirt, the Rosey ones. They'll make it look more like a jersey.
Legs would simply be workout pants.
