Theres a mattel elite cactus jack coming out on rsc soon so i doubt anyone would try one now...

Well i have all the parts but head so far. Gonna use one RA body customize it just to make it a bit bigger color it black and add a cactus jack logo sticker. For legs i am gonna use one of RA legs with boots color the legs black add cactus stickers at side and the hardest part coloring the boots. Oh yeah and gonna add his scar and hair on arms.

If you're making an RA figure, why don't you just but an actual Cactus Jack figure? Or use it as a base to modify it into a different attire or whatever?

Thats the problem. I want a cactus figure but i can't find one for less than 20 bucks:/ and i have so many useless figures.

Yes u need a all stars jake the snake paint the tights black and the boots r perfect than u need a cacyus jack head n shirt

I am making a shirt using santinos body and legs colloring the legs black and boots yellow with spots hhh arms and idk for head i need to get it somewhere.

Cactus Jack (Mick Foley) is a bit more round than the standard Jakks body. I'm not too familiar with the complete Jakks line, but I know the Harley Race or Terry Gordy body/legs would look better.
For a Mattel fix-up, I made a Cactus Jack using the Jakks head on a Jim Duggan legends body with a Ralph's shirt and painted legs/boots.

Here's my Mattel fix-up: Jakks head and plaid shirt on Legends Duggan body/legs with spam shirt and painted legs/boots. I'm still working on the "CACTUS" letters down the sides of his legs; going to be my first try at doing my own decals. Cactus is shown next to a flashback Mankind for scale:  For a Jakks fix-up (if you can't just get a Jakks Cactus Jack figure) I would recommend using a body like this Harley Race one. It has the rounder stomach that adds the bulk Mick needs to be more accurate:  |
