Hey guys,I saw Romeallmighty's work and wondered how in the world does he make his full skin-tone paints so good?Like is it the type of sealer he uses or brushed,because mine never comes out like his.Can anyone help?

I'm not sure how he makes his skintones. But folk art makes a "skintone" color and it's more of a generic skintone. Delta ceramcoat also makes skintone colour like maple sugar tan etc.

It just takes practice with mixing and experimenting with paint.
I'm pretty sure Rome is using an air brush and that does give you a super smooth clean look. Also using a sealer will help smooth things out.
Another trick that I've notice him using, and one I use myself and a lot of other customizers use, and that's highlighting certain areas with slightly darker colors. Rome Highlights a lot around the eyes and the sculpts in the torso to add definition. Also highlighting around the mouth and lips adds a lot.
Maybe look at a coloring chart guide for models or just painting in general.
