The era of wrestling is what's so special about it. A lot of us grew up on the early-mid 90's wrestling and the rest just enjoyed the characters and such so much. It has more to do with just getting that Undertaker from the era of the New Generation. It was one of his best Undertaker times ever when he wore either Grey gloves and leg covers or Purple. If you don't realize this you should def be downloading all the 90's wrestling and watching them ASAP. Cause there was only one good Undertaker!! Tht's him!

It's a very iconic look that collectors would really want. I personally want his 97-98 attire more, but I will still get it nonetheless.

It's the Undertaker - plain and simple. No explanation necessary

His best work and most iconic look was when he was the original Undertaker.

The black/purple was nice, but to ME, the Undertaker was most iconic during '97-'98. It all depends on when you were a fan - older, New Generation fans want this figure because that's THEIR Undertaker. I personally like the look of the purple or gray.

It's his most iconic attire and when his character was at it's best.

I love Undertaker. my favorite wrestler and gimmick of all time. So I want all his different looks and attires. that said,it's more than just the boot covers and gloves. his hair was longer and darker, he started wearing more pasty-white makeup and more purple under the eyes, and his coat was different too, with gold buttons on it and purple pockets on the sides. looks wise,we're going from a figure like this (the Entrance Greats version): to a figure that looks like this (the elite 23 version): while there are some things the samer, there's also a lot that's different.

I want 97 98 taker more, personally We already got that Taker honestly. Everyone keeps asking for him but he was widely made available in mass quantity in the defining moments series. He came with Austin and had the clip on bat wings and tattoo tear drop under his eye. If you mean the Ministry one, we got him too. So we def don't need another one from that era made. Also, the attitude era was not his most iconic look and times. It was the creepy 1990-96 Undertakers with Ties and gloves and such. It's when he debut and took on the likes of Hogan, Snuka, Jake Roberts, Yokozuna, Kamala, Diesel, Bret Hart, etc etc Now that is Iconic! Even won his first world championship under this look. So I dunno how ppl think the late 90's was more iconic?

He came with Austin and had the clip on bat wings and tattoo tear drop under his eye. If you mean the Ministry one, we got him too. So we def don't need another one from that era made. Sort of. The version we're thinking of had the black fingerless gloves, tights with the crosses, and the different style V-neck shirt with the shoulder pad designs. DM is from about a year earlier in '96, with leather pants and wrist tape. Ministry Undertaker is from a year or two later, which is also different attire altogether. It's in the details, and if wrestling fans want anything, it's attention to detail. So, yes...we DO need a different figure from that era made. Again, depends on the era in which you were a fan. I didn't watch wrestling until '97. So, THAT was my Undertaker. His feuds with Austin, Michaels, his Summerslam match with Hart, the debut of Kane storyline leading into WMXIV and the birth of the Brothers of Destruction...I get that, to you, his earlier stuff was more iconic, but I doubt anyone really questions this period of Undertaker's history in terms of how much of an impact it had.
