Does anyone know how I can make a hand do the middle finger taunt, eg what hand I need, how to change it etc

Get a open hand ra hand,then boil it in water for 1-2 mins then take it out and press the other fingers down to make the middle finger stand up,hurry and get some super glue and super glue the other fingers down for 1 half of min and there you go!

Easier way to do it. Cut the middle finger out of the "fist" hand & replace it with an extended finger.  |

That requires sculpey and sanding and possibly repainting,my method is way easier j.
