Put a coffee cup of water in the microwave for 3 minutes. stick the arm of your warrior and the other arm you're getting the hand off of. After a bit, they will get rubbery and you can just pull it off both arms and connect it back on.

To swap the hand from the pivot just heat it up a little bit and use a flat head to pop the peg out from the joint, switch the parts and bite on it to put it back in place. Same goes for and pivot joint (forearms included)

my cs 12 warrior has two opesite warrior logos on his feet which make it look the shits so i need to buy a new 1.... any way to replace the forarm joint dip the forarm in hot water for a minite the gentley pop off the arm replace with the correct arm imediatly or dip in water again as it goes hard again very fast, then pop on the new arm with 1 side of the peg in then use a screw driver to push the other peg down into place, squeeze it then use the screwdriver to push in the peg, once its in run the arm under cold water for it to harded. DO NOT BITE as this will leave horrible marks on the fig.... hope i helped
