I'm looking to make a custom with a jacket similar to Eugene's but don't want to go with fabric. Are there any figures in stores now that have the rubber jacket/shirt/vest piece?

CS11 Nash and Windum have rubber vests (they should still be in stores)

The CS12 Warrior also comes with a Jacket ( on Dusters/ Jackets just slice off the part past the Waist it will make for a decent vest
