Is there an easy way to pop RA figures head onto a body??

really, you just push the peg back into the hole, sometimes its harder than others, but theres really not a fancy trick. You could try boiling the head and neck area for a couple minutes to soften the plastic.

everytime ive tried it just wont go in. i have to glue them instead

I've never had a hard time popping the head onto the figure. Just apply a lot of pressure and it should go into the whole where the peg is supposed to go.
