So what was the reaction on this site when The Nexus debuted? In my years of watching wrestling, this was the most shocking moment as a fan. That, and John Cena being forced to join The Nexus.

I had no idea about it. I was watching a recording of it on TV when it happened I was in complete shock.
The recording cut out so I quickly ran upstairs and tried to find a video of the ending.
One of my favorite Raw moments, Nexus was awesome, it's a shame they never got anywhere in the end.

Wasn't here at the time and I didn't watch NXT so I thought they were just a bunch of generic rookies thrown together in a stable.

Everyone boned of it, was shocking and something fresh for the site's users to witness, it's a shame they eventually fed to Cena, where he slowly destroyed them all.

The Raw thread was a ghost town from the opening of the segment to the end, we were all hugely shocked.
I remember very vividly sitting in my chair with my mouth wide open completely unable to look away. It was just amazing.
Immediately after everyone in the Raw thread made an "NXT" sig (nXt ala nWo) and it was just the best thing since sliced bread for all of us.
It was great.

It was the only awesome thing they did. It's still a shame how poorly done that whole angle was and how Cena single-handedly buried 6 or 7 guys. Just ridiculous. Wade Barrett still hasn't recovered from it.

What I remember the most about it was a few days later Bryan was released for choking justin roberts, in which caused a stir on here of Team Work vs Team something else and poor Cobra Commander allegedly ate his own foot then Bryan returned at Summerslam so everyone felt bad for the dude
