Joe Louis Arena, Detroit, MichiganEddie Guerrero and Chris Benoit defeated Bubba Ray and Spike Dudley in an Elimination Tables Match. Jamie Noble defeated Billy Kidman to retain the Cruiserweight Championship. William Regal defeated Jeff Hardy to win the European Championship. John Cena defeated Chris Jericho. Rob Van Dam defeated Brock Lesnar by Disqualification to retain the Intercontinental Championship. Booker T defeated Big Show in a No Disqualifications match. Lance Storm and Christian defeated Hulk Hogan and Edge to win the Tag Team Championship. (Chris Jericho attacked Hogan during the match) The Undertaker defeated The Rock and Kurt Angle to retain the Undisputed Championship. (Undertaker scored the winning decision over Kurt Angle) *During the event, Vince McMahon announced that the Tag Team Championship and the Women's Championship will be defended on both brands.
*Shawn Michaels and Triple H reunited when Triple H jumped ship from SmackDown to RAW. |

Back then the Tag Team Championships were not cross brand, however you may introduce a backstory were the Championships have became crossbrand. (:

Interesting time period so you've got me curious.
Thing is with the Tag Team belts beind defended on both brands, Raw has three exclusive championships to Smackdown's one and it just seems too unbalanced. Is one title going to move to the blue brand? Are you going to make a new championship?

The Tag Team Championship at the time was exclusive to SmackDown, but back then the Intercontintal, European and Hardcore were all eventually merged together and then finally with the upcoming World Heavyweight Championship. |
