Yes that was a TNA proto figure from Toy Biz, but the line was cancelled before it saw the light of day

That was from the cancelled 9th wave of Marvel Toys (previously called ToyBiz) TNA figures. It would've been beautiful, and if that wave had come out and you collected them all it had a Traci Build-A-Figure which would've been the first knockout figure they made. Instead, when WWE announced that they weren't going to re-sign with Jakks somewhere in 2008, TNA swooped in to become the sole Wrestling property licensed to Jakks. Talk about misreading the signs. I like my Jakks TNA figures, but love my Marvel Toys. "Jakks makes the bestselling wrestling toy line? Must be because they're good! Let's ignore that it's due to the WWE!" Seriously, Jakks hasn't exactly made TNA a killing. They've pretty much become a niche product. I regret this not getting made also:  If you've seen the Hernandez that Jakks made, it doesn't even have the likeness nailed like this one would have! |

Where and what is this? Notice his straps are rubber, probably were able to pull them down, you can see his ab crunch inside the singlet, didn't notice that until now. |

I was a collector of only marvel toys TNA figs and was very disappointed that these didn't see the light of day. They were only getting better with their production quality it sucks they went under right before their best series.

I wish Marvel/ToyB!z would've kept making TNA figures, instead of Jakks taking over.
I loved the articulation and size of the Marvel figures.
