I don't think they will. Without the rights to the twitter, facebook, and youtube logos, a Mattel Kid Sized belt or Adult Sized replica would be as plain as the one that came with Elite 17 Zack Ryder (unless you added Deans decals).
So it's probably not going to happen.

It worked with the little tiny belt that came with Elite 17 Ryder, but that Internet Belt will not be made in a size that can be worn by a person unless you want to pay almost $2000 to commission one like Ryder did. |

I don't think WWE has the rights to make it. It's between Ryder and whoever he financed to make it. It's not a WWE property. Ryder, as a figure fan, obviously would get permission for Mattel to make it if they asked, but WWE probably wouldn't bother with it. Especially since they wouldn't let him carry it on TV.
