There pretty close there's a few that are a lot smaller that look out of place but most are good the newer sets from series 5 on were a lot better.

2-pack Abyss and Lance Hoyt fit in nicely. From what I remember Petey Williams and Jay Lethal don't look too out of place next to the shorter Mattels.
Most other figures are a little undersized height -wise, though. (WWE Mattels in general are scaled taller than TNA's 6 inch figures.)

I like the TNA figures, but despite being really good from series 5 and up, the scale is all over the place. Some figures like the Samoa Joe and AJ Styles that were in the two pack are absolutely enormous, while Sonjay Dutt, Alex Shelley, and Senshi are quite small. Putting Sonjay Dutt alongside Samoa Joe looks pretty odd. AJ Styles is almost as tall as a Ruthless Aggression figure. The funny thing about the scale issues is that it seems like Marvel/Toybiz and Jakks both have no concept of Samoa Joe's real height.
To answer the question, they'll work fairly well, but some will seem to tall and some too short.

I personally think the Marvel TNA figures are very underrated. They're much better than the Jakks figures.

Am I the only one who thinks those TNA figures were actually pretty cool? nope i've always preferred Marvel TNA Figs. The Billy Gunn/BG James figure(not the two pack) fits in perfectly with the mattel line, as do many others.

Is that figure on the right meant to resemble a human?! when you compare the 2 , man does Toy Biz look like crap It might be outdated, but you have to remember that ToyBiz set the precedent for what was considered market standard throughout the 2000's with it's Marvel Legends line. These figures build off of that style of tooling. There was no precedent for what ToyBiz was doing at the time. Guys like Hasbro and Mattel may have come along and perfected it, but don't forget about the innovation in style that led to it.

The Marvel/Toybiz Christopher Daniels fits in perfect with my Mattel collection, and is one of my favorite figures to this day.
