I went to an antique store yesterday and bought an old ToyBiz Eric Bischoff for $2.00 Is it a rare variant?

I think the release was split pretty evenly. It's from the Red and Black Attack box set and there was a black hair version too. I'm sure it's a regional thing as my local had all black hair. They're split about evenly on eBay also and most go at auction for ~$5 - $7 loose or ~$10 BIN. So you got a good deal if he is in good shape but I don't think you'll be able to flip it for more than $10.

I saw a person on eBay asking $20 for the figure

Pretty sure UNK is right. I can remember going through these at KayBee Toys and they did seem to be split evenly. Other box sets have Mean Gene and Michael Buffer. The Four Horsemen set has Steve McMichael. Unfortunarely, we never got a Mark Maddwn box set. The world's loss

The Gene and Buffer sets have been fetching quite a bit lately by comparison. That, or people are asking a lot for them. Correct me if anyone knows otherwise, but I think all WCW box sets at some point got the markdown treatment. It's a shame because one of the last WCW Toybiz items I DON'T have is the Evolution of Sting set;(seriously, this and a complete Bash at the Beach set... thus far impossible to get economically) every time it's discussed here people were seeing them on clearance shelves for less than $10 bucks. I never even got to see them on a shelf. Same with Bash at the Beach, really. In my BCA + Toybiz fed when I was a kid, Bischoff was always running the show. I love this figure.

It was a long time ago.
