WWF STORY
Hogan vs Flair: The Icons of the World Wrestling Federation
at Wrestlemania 9. Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair will battle in what promises to be the potential match in all of WWF History. let's take a look at how it started by 1984, Hulkamania had arrived in the World Wrestling Federation and guaranteed the whole WWF fans that he would become the World Wrestling Federation Champion and the promise was kept on January 23. 1984 when Hulk Hogan had become the WWF Champion. Hogan had been the reigning WWF Champion from January 23. 1984 through February 5. 1988. Hogan held on to the belt against all up and comers whether they were bigger, smaller or powerful than The Hulkster. Hogan defied the odds and called himself the man in the WWF. When there was another man who called himself the man in a organization we don't want to talk about. The Nature Boy Ric Flair. Flair had held their company's title and stated that he was the man in that organization, by the end of the 1980's. Hogan's challenges were tough by overcoming his biggest challenge defeating his former friend Andre The Giant at Wrestlemania III and spending the rest of 1988 without the WWF Title Belt. Hogan overcame the odds instantly and became WWF Champion for a second time in 1989. But as 1990 began. Hogan's popularity began getting stronger and stronger after losing the belt again to the Ultimate Warrior. Hogan was challenged by the toughest individuals in the WWF. Earthquake and Sgt. Slaughter. Hogan overcame the Iraqi Warrior to become WWF Champion for a third time at Wrestlemania 7. after becoming WWF Champion. Hulk Hogan was once again at the top of the mountain but little did he know trouble would encounter him. Bobby Heenan would direct a challenge to Hulk Hogan from Ric Flair but Hogan shut him out. Heenan was not lying when he brought the real world's champion in Ric Flair. Flair came to the WWF looking for one man and that was Hulk Hogan. In an edition of Funeral Parlor. Flair interupted Hogan's segment with Paul Bearer and issued a challenge to him and just before the two came to blows. The Undertaker showed up to help Flair attack Hogan. Hogan's match with The Undertaker at the 1991 Survivor Series led to a big downfall with Ric Flair showing up late in the match after Hogan thought he had the Phenom beat, but with Flair's help. The Undertaker delivered a devastating tombstone piledriver on a Steel Chair to Hulkamania to get the pinfall victory and become the WWF Champion for the first time ever. However six days later. Hulk Hogan and The Undertaker faced off in another re-match this time with Ric Flair showing up again and despite intereference from Ric Flair and Paul Bearer. Hogan overcame the odds and became WWF Champion for the fourth time but more contreversy was disputed again. to ensure that 1992 would feature a World Wrestling Federation Champion, Jack Tunney announced that the WWF Title would be decided in a 30-man Royal Rumble Match. Ric Flair entered the rumble match as the #3 competitor meaning that things would not go well for Flair. But Flair stayed in the longest of the match and even made it to the final minutes of the Royal Rumble. When it seemed Hogan was setting in to become the WWF Champion. Hogan was eliminated by Sid Justice but however Hogan would help Flair eliminate Sid Justice. By now it seemed Flair was now carrying the torch Hogan had 8 years ago. At Wrestlemania 8. Flair and Hogan were scheduled to wrestle for the title but instead Tunney had more plans by giving Flair to face Randy Savage for the WWF Title and Hulk Hogan against Sid Justice. Flair lost the title and Hogan would defeat his former friend by DQ as he left the WWF to do another movie but the question lies could we see Hulkamania again. by the fall of 1992, everything was changing Ric Flair was no longer the WWF Champion. Hulk Hogan eventually made his return to settle the score with Ric Flair at Survivor Series when Hogan was a part of Randy Savage's team to take on Ric Flair's team. Hogan was the sole survivor of the match but it was pretty obvious that he wanted Ric Flair. Hogan focused his attention to the 1993 Royal Rumble Match. Before he could enter that match. Hogan made a little surprise in the match costing Ric Flair the WWF Title. Flair would not take this lying down and demanded revenge against Hogan and he delivered. Flair brought in his cronies. Arn Anderson. Barry Windham and Tully Blanchard to eliminate Hulk Hogan. Flair had double crossed Hogan once again. Eight days later on RAW. The Four Horsemen were not done with Hogan as they dismembered him and left him to a bloody and miserable pulp. Flair sent another message to Hogan as him and his team beat down Brutus "The Barber" Beefcake and Jimmy Hart. Hogan returned at the following RAW with a surprise for the Four Horsemen. Brutus Beefcake. Beefcake and Hogan fought off the Four Horsemen last monday night, now with Hogan and Flair ready for Wrestlemania 9. The question is who will win and who will triumph?

Vince Mcmahon and Jerry Lawler welcome us to Superstars Match 1: Lex Luger vs Randy Savage a great match to begin Superstars. Lex Luger taking on Randy Savage in what is a great battle. Luger's been on a dominant roll and so has the Macho Man Randy Savage. Luger gets a lot of offense against Savage but Savage begins to fight back against Luger hitting axe handles. This could be the end of Lex Luger's undefeated WWF streak. As soon as Savage gets momentum back on his side. Mr. Fuji comes down to ringside with Yokozuna. Savage spots him and Heenan distracts the referee and as Savage taunts Yokozuna on the outside. Luger sneaks up and rolls up Savage to get the victory. After the Matchup. Savage begins to get upset and attacks Luger knocking him over the top rope with a clothesline but Yokozuna is in the ring and Savage spots him and here are referees and officials trying to restrain Savage and Yokozuna. These two want to go it right now. They definitely don't want to wait til Wrestlemania 9. Winner: Lex Luger We go to a Wrestlemania XI report with Mean Gene Okerlund going all over the nine matches including another two new matches. Lex Luger vs Big Bossman and Bam Bam Bigelow vs Kamala. We go to pre-recorded comments from Bam Bam Bigelow saying that he ain't afraid of anything and he's certainly not afraid of Kamala just because he couldn't get the job done with The Undertaker, doesn't mean he can go running around like a crazy person. Bam Bam says that he's fought people like Kamala in the jungle and he's overcome and at Wrestlemania, This Match will be no different. Then Mean Gene goes to the Four-Corners Match. Mean Gene has comments from The Smoking Gunns. Bart speaks and says that fighting 3 teams is right up their alley and that they've already been here in the WWF to end the thievery of Money. Inc, Billy speaks up and says that there's a lot of teams wanting to call themselves the best Tag Team Champions. But they are already looking at them and at Wrestlemania XI. They are going to become the Tag Team Champions the Smoking Gunns style.
a clip is shown of three black men walking in the streets. They are referred to as M.O.M. Match 2: Tatanka vs Barry Horowitz squash match as the #1 Contender for the Intercontinental Championship looks to build some more mommentum. Horowitz gets some kind of offense in and almost gets his first win by hitting a dropkick off the top but Tatanka is able to kick out. Tatanka fights back and hits the tomahawk chop against Barry Horowitz to get the win. After the Match. HBK appears on the video wall and tells Tatanka that he is not going to become the Intercontinental Champion because The Heartbreak Kid will simply go down as the greatest Intercontinental Champion. HBK also challenges Tatanka to face Diesel this Monday Night on RAW because Tatanka won't even make it to Wrestlemania and that all the natives will deport him out after Diesel gets through with him and HBK stands at Wrestlemania the Intercontinental Champion even the Native Americans will have to go hunting for Raw Meat. My goodness HBK has stepped over the line. HBK has made a very unfortunate remark about the Natives Winner: Tatanka clips are shown of Hulk Hogan and Brutus Beefcake confronting The Four Horsemen on RAW. Match 3: Roddy Piper vs Mike Khoury poor Khoury gets squashed as Piper looks to build momentum towards his Wrestlemania Match against The King. Piper dominates by hitting his sleeper hold to get the victory. After the Match. Lawler gets out of the commentary table as he attacks Rowdy Roddy Piper. Lawler grabs Piper's kilt after Lawler beats him down and Lawler gets a pair of scissors and he just ripped Piper's kilt. Lawler then gets Piper's belt out and whips him severely in the back. Officials come in but Lawler holds them off. Lawler then gets a razor out and what is he going to do is he going to shave Piper's hair but he uses the scissors and the razor. Lawler cuts some of Piper's hair and then gets ready to shave it off until officials tell him no. Lawler then finishes the exclamation point by spitting on Piper's face. Lawler gets out of the ring as Mcmahon calls Lawler's attack vile and disgusting Winner: Roddy Piper Superstars goes off the air with Vince Mcmahon about to sign us off but an angry Piper who was helped to the back by officials grabs a headset and says that Lawler has taken this whole thing way too far and that Wrestlemania 9 won't be a match but a war and Lawler will have no retreat and no surrender.

What a spin on 93! I wasnt a big fan of all the returns at SS 92, but I did like the way you built up the Hogan/Flair feud and having the feud come full circle at WM9. Im curious to see if Undertaker turns heel, as I dont think a face vs face main event would be realistic at this time period.

Vince Mcmahon and Bobby Heenan welcome us to RAW Match 1: Yokozuna and The Headshrinkers vs Randy Savage and The Steiner Brothers a huge six-man tag team match with Yokozuna and The Headshrinkers teaming up against Randy Savage and The Steiner Brothers. Heenan goes over the relations between Yokozuna and The Headshrinkers. Some great action in and out of the ring including Savage getting his hands on Yokozuna before Wrestlemania 9. Yoko gets the win for his team as he pins Rick with a Belly to Belly Suplex and a Leg Drop to get the victory. After the Match. Savage begins to attack Yokozuna but suddenly The Headshrinkers go after Savage. Yoko and The Headshrinkers viciously put a beating on Savage and tie him into the ropes. Fuji hands Yokozuna the japanese flag. The Macho Man desperately tries to free himself from the ropes. The Steiners try to aid him but both Headshrinkers beat them down and take them to the outside. The Headshrinkers hold Savage up so Yokozuna can hit him with the Japanese Flag. Yoko jams the flag straight into Savage's ribs. Yoko and The Headshrinkers untie Savage out of the ropes but Savage is in so much pain. The Headshrinkers hold Savage up so Yoko can climb to the top rope. Yokozuna just wants to injure Savage before Wrestlemania 9. The Steiners then enter the ring to chase The Headshrinkers and Yokozuna off. But the damage has been done so to speak. Savage has been destroyed by Yokozuna just five weeks before Wrestlemania Winners: Yokozuna and The Headshrinkers Lord Alfred Hayes reports Wrestlemania with all the 11 great matches signed. Hayes talks about the Luger/Bossman Match and we get some comments from Bossman. Bossman says that Luger has been running a big name here in the World Wrestling Federation but when Luger put his hands on him. Luger stepped over the line and that at Wrestlemania. Luger is going to be servinng some hard times. Hayes also talks about the WWF Title Match with Undertaker and Bret Hart. Comments are made from Paul Bearer and The Undertaker. Bearer says that the time is drawing near for his Undertaker to become the World Wrestling Federation Champion once again. Undertaker says make no mistake he will not use a cheap tactic to beat Bret Hart. The only mistake that at Wrestlemania is that Bret will no longer become WWF Champion by April 4 and that Bret will Rest in Peace. Match 2: Doink W/Papa Shango vs Tony Devito The Evil Doink just weeks before taking on Crush at Wrestlemania squashes Devito and uses the Whoopie Cushion to get the win. After the Match. Papa Shango comes out and uses his smoke stick to burn Devito in the Chest. If Crush isn't careful at Wrestlemania that may definitely be his fate Winner: Doink Another Clip is shown of Men on A Mission that was the same advertisement used on Superstars. Match 3: Tatanka vs Diesel W/Shawn Michaels The Intercontinental Champion has given Tatanka a huge tune-up match against his bodyguard Diesel. Diesel dominates the early part of this match by beating on Tatanka but Tatanka is right back in the match by hitting Diesel with a lot of tomahawk chops and punches. Tatanka kicks Diesel in the gut and successfully delivers a bodyslam. Tatanka goes for the cover but Diesel kicks out. Michaels gets on the apron and tries to distract the ref but Tatanka attempts to get his hands on him suddenly Diesel comes from behind with a shot to the back and powerbombs Tatanka to get the win. Diesel has knocked off the #1 Contender. After the Match. Diesel is not done as Michaels enters the ring. Michaels and Diesel continue their beatdown on Tatanka and Diesel locks Tatanka to the ropes. Michaels goes and gets Tatanka's headdress. Michaels throws it to the canvas and stomps on it. Michaels instructs Diesel to get him an axe. Diesel gives him an axe and Michaels destroys Tatanka's headdress. That Headdress was given to Tatanka by Chief Jay Strongbow and speaking of Strongbow. Here he comes. Strongow begs Diesel and Michaels to stop it and suddenly they do. Strongbow tries to get the remnants of the Headdress back to Tatanka and tries to unlock him to the ropes but here comes Michaels and Diesel again as they attack Strongbw. Michaels then picks Strongbow up and he piledrives him to the mat. Michaels has just piledriven a legend, that is total disrespect. Michaels then spits in Tatanka's face. Michaels looks at the camera as him and Diesel walk out saying that Tatanka is just another boy that couldn't lace his boots Winner: Diesel RAW goes off the air with Referees and Officials including Tatanka checking on Chief Jay Strongbow. Tatanka is also checking up on his head dress as it was totally destroyed. Michaels is going to pay for this somehow. Vince and Bobby sign us off

Good buidlup for WM9 here. The heat was really amped up in the HBK/Tatanka feud. Im surprised we only had 3 matches though and no real main eventers on the card.

I'm disappointed. The format for everything is totally wrong. You're pushing out way too many feature matches as opposed the squashes that were the norm. Everything is identical, i.e. three matches per show. Normally you'd see anything from four up to five or six squashes and a feature, main event match. Some stuff such as wrestlers calling each other out in the ring just didn't happen during this period either. Several storylines have just been stopped, several stars removed without question and stars randomly brought in.
Also, your use of the Four Horsemen puts me off. The WWF would never have been able to reference this group on TV, let alone get them all to jump over at the same time.
In regards to your WrestleMania card, I believe it could be improved.
- You gave away your WWF Title Match on the first edition of Raw.. this is absolutely unheard of and completely disregards any importance of a match between your champion and number one contender.
- No Holds Barred strikes me as odd for this time period. These sorts of matches generally didn't exist in the WWF in 1993.
- Owen/Razor is fine, but Owen was not a big draw at this point, it's a bit too soon for him. Why is he not still teaming with Koko? In fact, where is Koko?
- Too much focus on stars of the past and not enough on building a "new generation" Piper/Lawler would be a fine draw, but then you have the likes of Sid, the Horsemen, Hogan, Flair etc. featuring too prominently. You need to utilise your undercard more, and your rising stars such as Luger, Bam Bam, Yoko, Crush, Doink, Razor.
Unfortunately this is not a good representation of one of my favourite years in the WWF. Again, I'm disappointed.

Gorilla Monsoon and Hacksaw "Jim Duggan" welcome us to Superstars
Match 1: Samu w/Fatu vs The Undertaker w/Paul Bearer a rare appearance to see the #1 Contender for the WWF Title here on Superstars. Samu hangs tough with The Undertaker. Samu hits a lot of headbutts on the Phenom. Undertaker however fights back and finishes Samu off with a boot to the face followed by a tombstone piledriver to get the victory. After the Match. Fatu comes in and attacks Undertaker. But Fatu makes the mistake of it as Undertaker drives him down to the mat with an earth-shattering chokeslam to Fatu. Undertaker is rolling towards Wrestlemania. Winner: The Undertaker Lord Alfred Hayes gives a Wrestlemania Report. Going over all the matches. Lord Alfred goes to the disturbing footage between Shawn Michaels and Tatanka last Monday Night on RAW with Michaels destroying Tatanka's headdress and feathers. And with that we go to Shawn Michaels and Diesel. Michaels says that Tatanka is just a little boy that couldn't hang with The Heartbreak Kid because everybody knows HBK is a ladies man and the Intercontinental Champion. Michaels says that a lot of people are calling it disrespect for what he did with Tatanka's feathers but the reason why is because Tatanka is a member of the Ku-Klux Klan and that at Wrestlemania he's going to send him straight packing to the Buffalo. Lord Alfred announces that Mean Gene Okerlund will also be holding a report too abot the next show in Madison Square Garden. Match 2: Lex Luger vs PJ Walker a great squash for Luger just weeks before his Wrestlemania Match with The Big Bossman. Walker gets a little bit of offense but it's not enough as Luger puts him away by hitting the torture rack to get the win. Winner: Lex Luger Jim Ross gives us a first-ever face-to-face as he has two guests on hand that will wrestle at Wrestlemania 9. Razor Ramon vs Owen Hart. Razor speaks first and says that Owen Hart is just a blonde-headed punk who couldn't fill his shoes. He is the Bad Guy and he can do whatever he want. Razor says that he hopes Owen's mother will be there at Wrestlemania because she's not going to enjoy what Razor does to Owen Hart. And then after he is going to have fun with Owen's sister and wife. Owen gets enraged and tells Razor that Razor is spitting on the Hart Family because Bret Hart is the better wrestler than Razor Ramon. Owen says that he hopes after Bret is done with The Undertaker. Razor Ramon may be next on the list. Razor says that he ain't scared of the little Hart Family. He's not afraid of anything, he was born in the streets and he survived every day of his life. Razor says that Owen can't beat the Bad Guy all he is is just a little underdog. A little boy that wants to tarnish his father and brother's name. Owen speaks and says he hopes all of Razor's friends in Miami will be embarassed ecause at Wrestlemania. Owen like he always has when he was a kid is going to defy the odds once again. Jim Ross thanks them for both of their time Match 3: Sid Justice vs Tito Santana an unusual match here on Superstars. Santana taking on Sid Justice. Sid gets a lot of big time offense but Santana fights back against Sid by taking down the legs of Sid but Sid is too much for Santana and it looks like he's going to hit the powerbomb on Santana until Mr. Perfect comes out and goes after Sid Justice. The Ref calls for the bell as Perfect and Sid wail away at each other both officials and refs stop them from fighting. Winner: Sid Justice [/b] Mean Gene Okerlund gives us a report and says that Madison Square Garden will return to the WWF On March 21. 1993 and the matches have already been signed. Diesel takes on Tatanka. The Smoking Gunns battle The Headshrinkers. Lex Luger will take on Tito Santana. Crush and Kamala team up to take on Doink The Clown and Bam Bam Bigelow. Mr. Perfect and Roddy Piper take on Jerry Lawler and Sid Justice in a Tag Team Match. Shawn Michaels defends his WWF Intercontinental Title against Owen Hart. Razor Ramon takes on Randy Savage. The Undertaker battles Yokozuna in a No Disqualifaction Match. And in an eight-man tag team match. Bret Hart. Randy Savage. Brutus Beefcake and Hulk Hogan will take on The Four Horsemen. Match 4: Bam Bam Bigelow vs Jeff Hardy Jeff Hardy is just another poor victim again to Bam Bam Bigelow as Bigelow dominates him easily by hitting a big splash in the corner to get the victory. Winner: Bam Bam Bigelow
Gorilla and Hacksaw sign us off.

WWF RAW - March 8, 1993. Manhattan, NY
RAW kicks off with Tatanka in the parking lot with Todd Pettengill trying to get a word with him. Tatanka states that when Shawn Michaels arrives in the building tonight, he is going to make an example out of him because what happened last week will not be toleraated and he's not ready until Wrestlemania 9. He'll be here all night long if he has to wait for him. we then cut to the RAW logo as Vince Mcmahon and Jim Ross welcome us to RAW.
Match 1: Sid Justice vs Earthquake a big matchup here. Sid is taking on the Big Man from the Natural Disasters. Earthquake, Earthquake dominates the match pretty quickly but Sid fights back. Earthquake tries to go for a splash in the corner but Sid ducks and kicks Earthquake in the gut and sets him up, oh my goodness he's going for the powerbomb. Earthquake is 400 pounds. Sid eventually lifts him up and OH MY GOODNESS. Sid just powerbombed Earthquake that is very freaking impressive. Sid goes for the cover and that matchup is over. Sid with impressive strength and outstanding force against the big man known as Earthquake. Typhoon comes in to check on Earthquake but Sid sees Typhoon and grabs him by the throat. Sid lifts Typhoon in the air and UNBELIEVABLE. Sid just chokeslammed Typhoon to the mat. Sid has shown his impressive power against the Natural Disasters. Winner: Sid Justice Mean Gene Okerlund gives us the Wrestlemania Report. He gives the 11 matches including the two main events. Okerlund talks about the match between Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair. A promo is from Hulk Hogan saying that he's waited over a year for this and that all Ric Flair's been saying is that Hulkamania has been trying to dodge him, well the fact of the matter is. Hogan doesn't dodge nobody, he's been in the ring with the best and he's respected all the men that he's fought before. But Ric Flair doesn't respect Hulk Hogan. Hogan says that this match is going to be big and whatever happens at Wrestlemania 9. Two men are going to give it their all in there. Okerlund announces that Ric Flair is here to announce his new manager for Wrestlemania 9. Match 2: The Smoking Gunns vs Barry Horowitz and Mario Mancini great squash for the Smoking Gunns as they have to contend with three teams for the WWF Tag Team Titles just weeks before Wrestlemania. The Gunns get the victory after hitting the sidewinder on Horowitz. After the Match. Money, Inc appear on the stage and Dibiase speaks saying that at Wrestlemania. The Smoking Gunns are not going to get the Tag Team Belts. Because Money. Inc will be holding the gold until 1993. Winners: The Smoking Gunns
Backstage in the Parking Lot. Tatanka is still waiting the arrival for Shawn Michaels until Randy Savage enters the fray. Savage tells Tatanka not to make any mistakes because Shawn Michaels may be up to something and he's got a feeling that it's up to no good. Savage warns Tatanka that when Michaels gets in the building tonight. One of them might not make it to Wrestlemania. Jim Ross enters the ring and introduces Ric Flair. Flair comes to the ring along with The Four Horsemen. Ross asks about the match between Flair and Hogan at Wrestlemania 9. April 4. No Holds Barred. Flair says that this feud between him and Hogan have come full circle for over a year because Flair wanted to be better than Hulk Hogan. Flair says that last year Hulk Hogan tucked his tail between his legs when he left cause he was scared of fighting Ric Flair one-on-one. Flair says that he's brought in somebody that Bobby Heenan has signed and his name is JIM CORNETTE!. Cornette enters the ring with a tennis racket and says that Ric Flair is the greatest man of all time and that he's been brought here to be the spokeperson of Ric Flair. Cornette says that he's here in the WWF to manage stars and that's what he's here to do lead this man into victory. Cornette says that after Flair beats Hogan. Flair will be one step closer to the World Wrestling Federation Championship. Flair then brings the mic up and says whether Bret Hart or The Undertaker be the WWF Champion at Wrestlemania. Flair will issue the first strike after he defeats Hogan. Flair will be back in contention to the WWF Championship. Flair says Hogan better be ready for Wrestlemania 9 because he is coming for him. WOOOOOO
Match 3: Virgil vs Bam Bam Bigelow Virgil barely gets some offense against the Beast from The East, but sadly Bigelow has his number. Virgil fights back though with a few dropkicks and a cross-body off the top but Bigelow is just too strong and finishes Virgil off with a big splash off the top rope to get the victory. After the Match. Bam Bam gets on the mic and says that at Wrestlemania. This will be Kamala's fate. Winner: Bam Bam Bigelow backstage. Tatanka is still waiting on Shawn Michaels. Tatanka sees a car arrive out of nowhere and Tatanka looks at the car as he jumps on it. Tatanka looks at the car but there's no Shawn Michaels. Speaking of Shawn. Michaels comes from behind and attacks Tatanka. Tatanka was distracted and that allowed Michaels to attack from behind. Tatanka fights back and Mcmahon tells us that The Undertaker is in action next and that they will stay untop of this fight. Match 4: The Undertaker vs Mike Bell it's a squash for the #1 Contender for the WWF Title as Taker dominates this contest. Undertaker finishes this match off by hitting the tombstone piledriver to get the victory. Before the Match. Mcmahon announces that both Undertaker and Bret Hart will be here to sign the contract for Wrestlemania 9. Winner: The Undertaker after Undertaker and Paul Bearer leave. The cameras cut to see Tatanka and Michaels fighting into the fans. Tatanka is very upset and he's got a legit right to be upset cause of what happened to him last week. Tatanka takes Michaels to the floor. Michaels tries to make an escape and eventually escapes and goes backstage where Tatanka is right after him. Tatanka and Shawn continue their battle backstage and all hell is just breaking loose. Tatanka rips Michaels's shirt off and Refs and Officials try to calm Tatanka and Shawn down. But Tatanka takes Shawn back to the arena as Tatanka throws him into the ring. Tatanka is so frustrated. But wait here comes Diesel. Diesel does his best to attack Tatanka but Diesel misses a boot and Tatanka ropkicks Diesel out of the ring. The refs and officials return to the ring to try to calm down Tatanka. But Tatanka grabs Shawn and throws him over the top rope onto a sea of referees and officials. Shawn lands right untop of them. Finally Michaels escapes again and Tatanka is on the hunt. Diesel is with Shawn as well. Shawn and Diesel go outside and get in a limousine but wait Tatanka is right behind them. Tatanka hits Diesel with a right hand and then throws Michaels out of the car. Tatanka then gets in the car and Michaels tries to get up, oh my goodness. Tatanka is driving the car and Michaels is defenseless. Michaels is going to get run down here. But a siren is heard. And it's cops. Cops eventually put Tatanka in handcuffs, was this what Shawn Michaels was trying to do, get Tatanka's attention cause it certainly seems like Michaels has. Michaels laughs at Tatanka as Tatanka is placed in the cuffs. Michaels goes into the car and barks at Tatanka saying that he can never beat the Heartbreak Kid. RAW goes off the air with Tatanka led away in the cop car.

Youre kind losing me with the Tatanka/Michaels feud. First Michaels accuses Tatanka of being in the KKK, and then theyre running each other over with cars? Not very 1993

Lord Alfred talks about the matches including the Yokozuna/Savage Match. Match 3: Jerry "The King" Lawler vs Raven Clarke King completely dominates the match and stares down Roddy Piper on the Commentary table with Piper talking trash to Lawler. Piper gets out of the commentary as Lawler continues to dominate but Clarke gets some good offense with Lawler being distracted. Lawler eventually wins the match by hitting his piledriver on Clarke. After the Match. Piper picks up the mic and tells Jerry Lawler that he's got a surprise and that Lawler should come to the corner of the ring where his robe and crown is. Lawler goes to get his robe and crown. But Piper enters the ring. Piper then knocks Lawler with several right hands knocking him out of the ring. Piper then grabs Lawler's robe and crown and wears it. Piper has taken The King's crown and robe. Lawler will not be very happy about this. Lawler protests to give Piper his robe and crown back. Ross thanks them for their time. Match 4: Arn Anderson, Barry Windham, Tully Blanchard w/Jim Cornette vs Koko B. Ware. Tito Santana and Barry Horowitz a rare surprise to see Horowitz team up with Santana and Koko B. Ware to take on The Four Horsemen in a six-man tag team match. Santana. Ware and Horowitz fight a great effort against The Four Horsemen but Anderson gets the win for the team by hitting a spinebuster on Horowitz to get the win. Winners: The Four Horsemen Vince and Piper with Lawler's robe and crown begin to sign us off until Jerry Lawler's voice chimes in. Lawler tells Piper to return his crown and king back. Piper gets out of his commentary seat and picks up his mic and tells Lawler that even he will admit. Lawler looks bad in that King's robe and crown and that he's been stealing all the king's names. Martin Luther King. Elvis Presley and King Tut. Lawler says that he's not a terrible king. He's a good king and that if Piper doesn't return his crown and robe. He will tell Jack Tunney to cancel the match at Wrestlemania 9. Piper walks up and gives Lawler back his king and crown. Lawler says that Piper did the right thing. Piper then hesistates and pushes Lawler to the ground. Lawler falls on his butt. Piper laughs but there won't be any laughter or any stealing at Wrestlemania 9 because Roddy Piper will take on Jerry Lawler. Superstars goes off the air.[/div]

Thought I would share my 2 cents with you, you seem to be getting a lot of slack for this series it seems. I think that could have been fixed by just letting everyone know your style before hand.
Your style is how I would imagine Vince Russo to book 93.
I understand and agree with some of the critiscm that you are getting the thing that bugs me the most is the fact u had Bret-Taker on Raw then it's headlining Mania. I am of the thought that the Mania Main Event is the biggest match possible at the time, don't give it away on Raw.
I don't have an issue with the guys you are using, it's your choice to use who you like however I have an issue with how your using them, people just seem to be thrown together without much thought.
If you were trying a true reflection of 93 you are way off but if u had no intention of going down that route and had your own vision you should have shared the vision. So people wouldn't judge it against WWE 93 and it also doesn't help that Bob Bob Bigelow has a similar series going and he's smashing it out of the park.
I think people are either going to love or hate your series. I don't hate it but I am not sure you are doing enough to make people want to come back and read the next show.

Razor picks up a mic and tells the fans that after he's done with Owen. He doesn't care who the WWF Champion is after Wrestlemania. He doesn't care if Bret Hart wins or loses the championship because either way he's coming for Bret after he's done with Owen. Winner: Razor Ramon a clip is shown of the first inductee into the WWF Hall of Fame. And it's Andre The Giant. Clips are shown of Andre. **** Match 2: The Smoking Gunns vs Barry Horowitz and Raven Clarke a squash tag team match for The Gunns as they look to become WWF Tag Team Champions very soon. Santana sees Diesel but Michaels comes from behind with a forearm to the back and Michaels hits Santana with the Sweet Chin Music to get the non-title victory over Santana Winner: Shawn Michaels **** Mean Gene Okerlund is in the ring to produce the contract signing between Undertaker and Bret Hart as Jack Tunney is with him too. Undertaker enters the ring first with Paul Bearer and Bret comes out next. Tunney says that before they could get the signing underway both Undertaker and Bret have looked over at that contract and that once the contract is signed. The Undertaker vs Bret Hart will be official. Undertaker first signs the contract darkly and so does the World Wrestling Federation Champion. Tunney says that both men can say what they want to say. Paul Bearer speaks for his Undertaker and says that Bret Hart has been a great champion even his mother and father would be so proud of him. Paul says that him and his Undertaker both respect Bret Hart. But at Wrestlemania. The Undertaker is going to become champion very soon. The manager of Mable and Mo pick up Earthquake and take him back in the ring. Mo holds Earthquake's shoulders so Mable can hit a crushing leg drop on Earthquake almost decapating him. Officials and Refs come to the ring and stop this carnage. Earthquake and Typhoon are just completely defenseless Winners: The Natural Disasters

Gorilla Monsoon welcomes us to the MSG Network. Monsoon says that he doesn't have a broadcast partner then suddenly Hacksaw Jim Duggan's music plays in the arena as Duggan comes out with his trusted 2X4 as the fans go nuts in the arena. It looks like Duggan will be joining Gorilla Monsoon for this show tonight. Duggan says that the fans came here to Madison Square Garden to see fights and that's exactly what theyr'e going to get. Match 1: WWF Intercontinental Championship Match Shawn Michaels w/Diesel vs Owen Hart what an opportunity for Bret's brother Owen to become a champion along with his brother Bret. Owen gets some pretty good offense in against Shawn in the early goings of this match. But as soon as Owen goes for a move. Diesel pulls Owen over the top rope as Owen goes for a charge. The Referee looks at Diesel and Diesel has his hands but the ref will not allow it as he ejects Diesel from the ringside area. Michaels completely gains the momentum against Owen. But Owen makes a comeback late in the match pulling off some good moves his brother does. Owen attempts to hit HBK with the sharpshooter and he does. We could have a new Intercontinental Champion here, Michaels reverses the sharpshooter into a roll-through pin on Owen but Owen kicks out. Michaels and Owen both get back on their feet and Michaels goes to hit Owen with a dropkick but Owen catapults the Heartbreak Kid and hits an enziguri but wait there's Diesel again. The Referee distracts Diesel until Razor Ramon runs in and scoops Owen up for the Razor's Edge in which he connects. Razor just cost Owen Hart the Intercontinental Title right here. Michaels gets up and pins Owen to get the three count. Michaels has retained the Intercontinental Championship. Michaels gets up and celebrates with Diesel. What a hard-fought effort for Owen but he failed to get the Intercontinental Title here tonight. Winner: Shawn Michaels Gorilla and Jim take it to Mean Gene who is standing by with The Smoking Gunns who are about to take on The Headshrinkers. Billy speaks and says that the Headshrinkers may be tough and ugly but when it comes to the Smoking Gunns anywhere they go theyr'e always ready for a fight and Madison Square Garden will be no different. Match 2: The Smoking Gunns vs The Headshrinkers well this is not going to be a catch-as-catch can Tag Team Match, this is going to be a war. Billy and Fatu start the match off. A lot of back and forth action as we said this is not a catch-as catch match. This is going to be a war. The Headshrinkers and Gunns take the fight in the ring and outside the ring but order is restored. The Smoking Gunns get the win after Billy hits Fatu with a modified-leg drop bulldog to get the victory. Winners: The Smoking Gunns
Gorilla Monsoon and Jim Duggan talk about the next time MSG returns it will be in June 12. 1993. One day before the new PPV King of The Ring. Match 3: Virgil vs Papa Shangowell this is a little bonus match even though it wasn't on the cards but a little good match between Virgil and Shango. Virgil gets a little bit of offense against Shango but Shango fights back against Virgil and hits him with a shoulderbreaker to get the victory. Winner: Papa Shango backstage. Mean Gene interviews Lex Luger and Bobby Heenan. Heenan says that Luger has been on the tear and that no WWF superstar has been able to defeat Lex Luger. Luger speaks and says that Tito Santana is going to find out first hand that he is the Narcissist. Match 4: Lex Luger vs Tito Santana poor Santana before he could have time to start this match Luger just jumps him from behind. Santana hardly gets any offense against Luger but Luger finishes this match off by hitting a powerslam to get the victory. Winner: Lex Luger Jim Ross is standing by with Tatanka who is ready for his match with Diesel. Tatanka says that he's tired of Diesel and HBK's threats what they did to him and his feathers. Tatanka says that Diesel is his one step to get to Shawn Michaels and after he gets through with Diesel. HBK better kiss his Intercontinental Championship goodbye because he's coming for it. Match 5: Tatanka vs Diesel Tatanka faced Diesel before on Monday Night RAW but theyr'e fighting for the second time. Diesel won their first encounter breaking Tatanka's undefeated streak. Tatanka is all furious as he goes after Diesel with hard lefts and rights. Tatanka is very upset and angry about what happened weeks ago when Michaels and Diesel broke his feathers and also destroyed Chief Jay Strongbow. Diesel regains the upper hand by attacking Tatanka. Diesel is completely dominant since he ever came to the World Wrestling Federation. Tatanka battles back after Diesel misses a boot. Tatanka dropkicks Diesel and knocks him off his feet with a clothesline taking Big Daddy Cool down. Tatanka is all fired up here in The Garden. Tatanka lays into Diesel and you can tell he is very angry. Diesel slows Tatanka's momentum down by hitting a one-armed chokeslam even the commentators are impressed with that. Diesel just did what The Undertaker and Sid Justice are known to do. Diesel sets up for the jacknife but Tatanka backdrops out of it. Tatanka calls for the end of the trail but can he lift Diesel up. Tatanka lifts Diesel up and goes for it but Shawn Michaels runs down to the ring and attacks Tatanka. The ref has no choice but to call for the bell. Michaels grabs Tatanka and throws him onto Diesel. Diesel attempts to hit Tatanka with a powerbomb but Tatanka once again fights out of it and punches away at both HBK and Diesel. Tatanka is doing his best to fight both men off and HBK slows his momentum down. HBK picks up Tatanka and goes for a piledriver and he hits it. HBK just nailed Tatanka with a piledriver. Diesel then picks up the Intercontinental Title belt. HBK hoists Tatanka up are they going to do it on the Intercontinental Championship belt. Michaels sets Tatanka up for another piledriver and right on the belt. Michaels hit another piledriver on Tatanka. This attack is disgusting. Michaels leaves the ring as Tatanka is busted open. Michaels then gets on the apron and imitates Tatanka by doing a war dance, such a disgusting display by The Heartbreak Kid. Winner by DQ: Tatanka MSG goes to intermission with a Wrestlemania 9 Advertisement. Match 6: Tag Team Match Bam Bam Bigelow and Doink The Clown vs Crush and Kamalasuch strange bedfellows here as Bam Bam teams with Doink to take on Crush and Kamala. Crush and Kamala gain the advantage as they work pretty well for their team. Doink and Bam Bam function quite together but this is a strange tag team contest and why not. Crush gets in and cleans house on both Bam Bam and Doink. Crush attempts to hit Bigelow with a shoulder breaker but Doink comes in and throws a bucket of water onto Crush's face behind the referee's back as the Referee distracted Slick. Crush goes down and Bigelow runs off the ropes hitting a big-time splash to get the victory: Winner: Bam Bam Bigelow and Doink Jim Ross is with Razor Ramon who will be going one-on-one with Big Bossman. Ramon says that Bossman may be serving law and order in the World Wrestling Federation but there's only one man who is the law and order and that is Razor Ramon. Match 7: Razor Ramon vs Big Bossman a great match with Ramon and Bossman. Razor completely regains control of the match but Bossman quickly battles back hitting Razor with heavy shots. The Momentum in favor goes to The Big Bossman but Razor battles back quickly backdropping Bossman over the top rope to the floor. Razor continues to regain momentum in this match by working on the legs of Bossman. Bossman fights back and hits a big-time spinebuster on Razor but Bossman only gets a nearfall. Bossman misses a charge in the corner and that allows Razor to hook the tights on The Bossman to get the win. What a cheap win for the Bad Guy over a veteran like Big Bossman. Winner: Razor Ramon Jim Ross talks with Jerry Lawler and Sid Justice about their upcoming Tag Team attraction with Mr. Perfect and Roddy Piper. Lawler speaks and says that the last time they were in MSG he beat up Roddy Piper and made him miserable infront of the whole wide world just like he's going to do at Wrestlemania. Sid speaks and says that he hopes Mr. Perfect is ready because Perfect is going to be brought down to justice. Mean Gene talks with Mr. Perfect and Roddy Piper. Perfect speaks and says that Sid may talk the talk a lot better than he can chew his own mouth with but tonight. It's Madison Square Garden. Perfect and Piper are here to embarass Lawler and Sid. Piper speaks and says that with Perfect as his tag team partner tonight, it is now a perfect-tag team. Piper finishes the interview saying that Lawler and Sid are going to be humilated tonight. Match 8: Jerry Lawler and Sid Justice vs Mr. Perfect and Roddy Piper an awesome tag team match at MSG. These four men have un-settled wars they would like to settle before Wrestlemania 9. Perfect and Lawler start the match off for their team they work extremely well in this match. The Heels work over Piper as Sid plants Piper with a big-time chokeslam to the mat. Piper then makes the tag to Perfect after being beaten on for a good five minutes. Perfect comes in a house of fire dropkicking Sid and clotheslining Lawler out of the ring. Perfect drops Sid and Lawler with not one but two atomic drops. Piper gets up and hits Lawler with an atomic drop out of his own and pokes him in the eye. The referee's lost control in this match. Lawler and Justice get the win for their team when Perfect hits Justice with the perfect-plex but Lawler comes in off the top rope hitting a fistdrop untop of Perfect and Lawler rolls Sid on Perfect to get the three count. After the match. Piper enters the ring and disrobes Lawler's pants. Lawler sees his underwear hanging as he begins to scream. Sid then attacks Piper and attempts to hit the chokeslam but Mr. Perfect gets up and knocks Sid down with a few right hands and dropkicks him over the top rope to the floor. Winners: Jerry Lawler and Sid Justice Jim Ross interviews Paul Bearer and The Undertaker about the No DQ Match with Yokozuna. Bearer speaks for The Undertaker saying the last time him and Yokozuna faced off was a Disqualifaction but president Jack Tunney has sanctioned this match a No Disqualifaction Match so that won't happen again. Undertaker speaks and says that Yokozuna has made a name for himself in the World Wrestling Federation. But tonight at The Big Apple. He's coming to take Yokozuna's soul. Match 9: No Disqualifaction Match The Undertaker vs Yokozuna this is a No DQ. No Countout match only way you can win is by pinfall or submission. Undertaker and Yoko start their brawl as soon as Undertaker takes off his coat and hat. Taker and Yoko fight in the ring and out of the ring. Yoko attempts to hit Taker with a steel chair on the guardrail but Taker dropkicks the chair right in Yokozuna's face have you ever seen Undertaker hit a dropkick like that. Taker then knocks Yoko with a straight fist knocking him into the guardrail. Taker and Yoko fight into the crowd but you gotta remember this is a No Disqualifaction Match. Everything is legal. Taker sends Yoko out of the crowd with a hard uppercut. Undertaker then jumps on the barricade leaping onto Yokozuna with a big clothesline. Undertaker and Yokozuna are pulling out all the stops here in this brutal match. Yoko fights back though and rams Taker's head into the steel steps. They re-enter the ring where Undertaker continues to regain momentum as he goes for the ropewalk. Taker sets it up and hits it on Yokozuna but Yokozuna is still on his feet. Taker runs off the ropes but Yoko hits a big samoan drop on Undertaker. Yoko takes back momentum in this match nailing Undertaker with everything he has but everytime Undertaker sits up. Yokozuna is back on the attack. Yoko attempts to finish the match off by hitting a belly-to-belly suplex on The Undertaker and then sets him up for the banzai drop but Undertaker sits up and grabs the steel chair that was in the ring. Taker hits Yoko in the back with it and Yokozuna falls down on the mat. Yoko gets back up to his feet but Undertaker is waiting. Taker hits him with another steel chair shot and Yoko goes down hard. Fuji gets in the ring but Undertaker pops him with a hard right hand. Taker climbs the top rope and hits a big diving clothesline on Yokozuna and Taker goes for the cover. The ref counts Yoko's shoulders on the mat and he gets the three count. Undertaker has broken Yokozuna's WWF undefeated streak here tonight but what a war between The Undertaker and Yokozuna. But Undertaker is only two weeks away to getting the World Wrestling Federation Championship. Undertaker signals the I Want the belt motion around his waist Winner: The Undertaker Mean Gene interviews The Hulkamaniacs for their eight-man tag team match with the Four Horsemen. Hogan does all the talking but his team talks too. Hogan says that the Four Horsemen have run roughshot for far too long and what better way for it to end at the big apple. Because they are ready for war and a war The Four Horsemen cannot win. Match 10: The Four Horsemen vs Bret Hart. Brutus Beefcake. Randy Savage and Hulk Hogan what a way to end Madison Square Garden on a high note. Savage and Anderson start the match off. A lot of great action here in this match. Even Hogan and Flair get in the match for the first time staring each other down. The Horsemen regain momentum as they beat down the WWF Champion. Bret fights back though against all the members of the Four Horsemen hitting a bulldog on Blanchard. Bret then makes the hot tag to Hogan who goes crazy on The Four Horsemen. And now all eight men enter the ring and all hell has broken loose but wait Cornette has given Flair a foreign object. I haven't followed this as closely because its making me lose a lot of interest. The WrestleMania card just doesn't sit well with me. You had Taker/Hart on RAW.. I believe the first one.. and now its the main event at WrestleMania. That's baffling. The biggest pay per view and it's been spoiled on television earlier in the year. I'm not surprised that you're going the route with Hogan and Flair at Mania. I chose a different route and went a year without Hogan.
As said by Chaz, the idea of the Four Horsemen strikes me as odd. The name shouldn't have been applied to the group in the WWF.
Honestly, I kind of disappointed that you took the house show route that I did by having the house shows aired. Lack of creativity, in my opinion.
As for the MSG show...
I find it interesting that Owen Hart has a title shot despite hardly getting any television time. Razor has gotten a lot of time in comparison. Also, Diesel didn't arrive in the WWF until June... so I don't know how that was explained.
At least you're not having MSG shows every month. I wonder if you are doing Boston Garden shows.. like I have done.
This era is really odd to me. The way it's being presented is baffling. Considering the roster, you should have just started in January '92. Then over time get all these old guys out of there. Hopefully after Mania you aren't using some of them full-time.
Please try and improve on the format. It just looks awful. I've worked really hard on WWF '94 and think this can be done much better.

ANNOUNCEMENT FROM PRESIDENT JACK TUNNEY March 25. 1993 Good Evening, I have a very imporant announcement to make about something big coming in the World Wrestling Federation, For a number of years we have had 3 titles in the World Wrestling Federation. The Tag Team Championship. The Intercontinental Championship and the biggest title in our industry is of course the WWF Championship. But we are going to bring another title here in the WWF and that will begin after Wrestlemania. The Light Heavyweight Championship belt. If you are a participant from 190 pounds to 220 pounds. Then you will have the opportunity to wrestle for the championship. Now, there's going to be some superstars to make their WWF debuts here in the tournament that have wrestled around the world and some WWF superstars that you may know. There will be an eight-man tournament it will start the night after Wrestlemania and go all the way until The European Rampage where we crown a new Light Heavyweight Champion. I wish these eight superstars the best of luck.

Bad decision to bring the WWF Lightweight Championship into the mix. This is years before the division would be highlighted by WCW to begin with. I looked over your roster and there isn't enough guys to make the division interesting or exciting. I mean, if Marty Jannetty and Virgil are your guys for this division, it won't be a good one. There is no need for a new championship in the WWF.

A FAX FROM JACK TUNNEY March 24. 1993 "As part of Wrestlemania Week being underway, RAW will not be live at the Manhattan Center. RAW and Superstars will only be live where Wrestlemania 9 is being located. There will be no RAW or Superstars matches This Monday and Saturday".
