Hunter takes the European title early in this world, more appropriate method of it. Bret and Shamrock must of been brutal hard hitting affair, as well as game of Hart's mind games, knowledge and experience over Shamrock's MMA backround. Good stuff. Jarret attacking both men is interesting edition. Owen Hart taking a strong victory and shocking one, I wonder how what's next. Hell in a Cell ends in the same classic concept. The stage for Survivor Series is set. Now I only wonder what saga Kane/The Undertaker will leave in this reality. Credit for a beautiful account of the hell that was experienced. Great showing with Survivor Series ready to be delivering show.

Clips are shown of the first ever Hell in A Cell Match at Bad Blood between Shawn Michaels and The Undertaker with the debut of the monster Kane costing his brother, The Undertaker the match. We now know who will be going to Survivor Series, it will be Shawn Michaels vs Bret Hart for the WWF Championship at the 1997 Survivor Series.
Vince McMahon, Jerry Lawler and Jim Ross are your hosts for RAW IS WAR, They talk about how Michaels and Helmsley are scheduled to join us right now with Michael Cole and right on cue, Shawn Michaels's music plays as he makes his out with the new European Champion Hunter Hearst Helmsley, Chyna and Rick Rude.
Cole interviews Shawn Michaels and says that at the Kiel Center in St. Louis, MO. He was involved in the greatest matches with The Undertaker in the WWF. Michaels says to relax to Michael Cole and says that he hasn't gotten a hello in the WWF. So on behalf of the Kliq, He would like to give an official hello from the Kliq. Chyna takes off Cole's suit as they give him a wedgie as Michaels keeps talking. Michaels says that it's going to leave a mark. Michaels says that last night the WWF had the hopes and the dreams of putting an end to the career of Shawn Michaels, but, Take a look at who's here and who is not here. Shawn Michaels is here and The Undertaker is not because The Undertaker is crying in Death Valley right now at the mere fact that his brother Kane is alive and well and cost The Undertaker the match. Michaels says that Last Night, he proved to the world what he's been saying for ten years in the WWF that he is the very best sports entertainer in the World Wrestling Federation today, and last night, he proved it. The Heartbreak Kid took down the Phenom of the World Wrestling Federation, thus propelling himself from Superstar here in the WWF to the one and only official icon in the World Wrestling Federation, now that word Icon has been thrown around very loosely in this business, so he wants to categorize myself where he should be and that is in a class by myself, so when he is referred to the Icon, he is not one of these fossils, HBK is the Icon that can and always still go. Michaels tells Helmsley is that a lie or is that the truth?. Helmsley says that is the ever loving truth, Last Night at Bad Blood. They took down the two of the greatest WWF Superstars, first it started with The British Bulldog and look what Helmsley's got, the European Championship around his waist. And it ended with The Undertaker when he got his ass kicked from one side of the cell to the other and when a guardian angel helped out Shawn Michaels and that was The Undertaker's own flesh and blood Kane. But Helmsley wants to ask Shawn a question, Who is the man?. Shawn says him, Who is the Showstopper?. Him, And who is the main event?, Him, and What's the greatest force in Professional Wrestling Today?. The Kliq, Michaels says that it's one thing to hear him come out and talk about his spectacular performance, because, you might not believe him, So what he would like to have now is for all of those wonderful nimrods in the truck back there to show the world some of the performance from The Heartbreak Kid at Bad Blood. Michaels and Helmsley wait for it to come up and it takes forever for it to show up, Michaels and Helmsley begin to get upset with Michaels saying that this is a TV Studio and says that if he thinks Vince McMahon can send out his performance at Bad Blood?. The Clip is up, but it's not Bad Blood, it's Madison Square Garden on May 19, 1996 with Michaels, Helmsley, Razor and Diesel all taking the similar curtain call. Michaels says that he was a good guy and Helmsley was a bad guy. Michaels says it was supposed to be Vince McMahon's biggest day, Michaels asks that if it hurt Vince's feelings who is on commentary?. Michaels and Helmsley roll outside the ring with Michaels saying that if Vince's father is rolling in his grave and that Vince made Helmsley, Nash, Hall and Michaels an ass, but they made an ass out of him long before he made one out of him. Vince encourages the production truck to go to break while Michaels and Helmsley are making fun. (break) Back from Break and Michaels and Helmsley are still harassing Vince and the commentators with Helmsley this time talking saying that he's sat back since 1994 and won the Intercontinental Championship two times, and also won the 1995 King of The Ring. Helmsley says that Vince came up to him while Helmsley was having trouble in WCW. Vince told Helmsley that he was going to be a star and achieve in this business. Helmsley says that it started in July of 1994 when he told him to get into a feud with Randy Savage and he did and he had Burger King referring to Jerry Lawler as his manager, and then the Intercontinental Championship was given to him on a silver platter 5 months later, and then after he loses it, he wins the 1995 King of The Ring, but he didn't win the World Wrestling Federation Championship, and then what happens after saying goodbye to his friends, he gets the shaft. While people like Undertaker, Bret Hart and Vader have all gotten opportunities but where were Michaels and Helmsley's opportunities?. Helmsley says that Vince gave Michaels the WWF Title at WrestleMania 12, but he let him lose it to Vader at Summerslam. Because Vince loves big men, And now that Helmsley is back, Vince is not going to break Helmsley and Michaels up, they are going higher than ever before. Helmsley is now the European Champion, and at Survivor Series, Shawn will get his title back. Then Bret Hart's music plays as he comes out with his crew. Michaels continues to ramble on, Bret refers to Shawn as "Boy Toy". Bret says that America can go ahead and look at their big hero because this is what has come down to. Bret says that the fans should have self respect for this guy because he has no respect for anyone. Bret says that Shawn is a disgrace to the Professional Wrestling, and that he is a second generation wrestler. He paid his dues like a lot of Second Generation Wrestlers, and Shawn is nothing but the lowest form of scum he's ever come across. Bret tells Michaels that he's nothing but a denegerate and as the Rest of the Hart Foundation knows what the HHH stands for him and HBK. The two are nothing but homos. Helmsley responds saying that he's not gay. Bret says that they may have steamrolled their way back to the main event, but the fact remains he made more money combined in the ring. Bret then points at the belt and says that until Shawn or Helmsley have this, they will never be the showstopper until they take this thing away from him. Bret says Shawn wasn't the first one to beat The Undertaker, he was at Summerslam. Bret says that the Kliq and the other two guys that he's got. Bret says that Diesel and Razor, he ran those two guys out of town and he will run the both of them out of town and he's going to start with Hunter Hearst Helmsley, tonight, he issues a challenge to Helmsley, and if need be, why don't Helmsley put the European Championship on the line. Bret says that he doesn't have to face Shawn tonight, he wants that match against Helmsley tonight, But he will kick Shawn's ass at Survivor Series, Shawn says that he's got two words for the Hart Foundation, Suck It. And then says that Bret may have made more money and the Canadian Bacon that the Canadians love. But he doesn't have more money, because HBK is the main event, he wrestles once a month and once a week. And The Hitman is working 9:00 to 5:00 for a living, HBK is in the business because the WWF needs him, it needs Hunter Hearst Helmsley, Rick Rude and Chyna. Michaels says that Bret Hart is a zero and the only way to come to Survivor Series is to wrestle The Heartbreak Kid, otherwise, he will always be a paper champion and he will always be nothing more than support on his PPV Events, The Heartbreak Kid and his Kliq will take the World Wrestling Federation from this day until the day he decides differently, from Triple H, Chyna, Ravishing Rude and his Friends, Michaels says that Bret never killed The Kliq. The Kliq owns the business, and at Survivor Series, The KLIQ and The Heartbreak Kid are gonna own Bret. What a unusual promo by The Heartbreak Kid. But we will see Helmsley vs Bret for the European Title, Will Bret be a Double Champion tonight, and later tonight, Owen Hart will put the Intercontinental Title on the line in his first title defense against Faarooq and Stone Cold Steve Austin is here, and so is the debuting Kane. (break)
Match 1: No Holds Barred Match Dan Severn w/Jim Cornette vs Vader At Bad Blood, the two went to a double countout, but tonight. They are going to settle this fight in a No Holds Barred Match. Severn wastes no time going right for Vader on the entryway and this is going to be a seesaw battle. Vader gets the advantage over Severn with hard right hands and throws him straight into the rampway and follows it up with a clothesline. Vader then tosses Severn back in the ring where Severn fights back and takes the former WWF Champion's head off with a massive clothesline. Severn goes for the cover again but Vader is able to kick out at 2. Severn sees Vader up to his feet and begins to rock him with body shots in the corner and goes for a splash but Vader rolls out of the way and hits a splash of his own. Vader sends Severn over the top rope with a clothesline and continues to gain the momentum but Severn battles back and throws Vader into the steel steps. Severn grabs a fire extinguisher and remember that thing is legal cause it's No Holds Barred. Severn then sprays Vader in the face with it and Severn hits a temporarily blinded Vader with another clothesline on the concrete. Severn takes off the padding and it's exposed now. Severn picks Vader up and tries to go for a suplex but Vader ducks and hits a suplex of his own and that had to hurt Severn's back. Vader gets Severn back in the ring and hits a sitdown splash on Severn but Severn is able to kick out at 2. Severn fights back and hits a powerslam on Vader, but it's not enough to keep the former 2-time WWF Champion down. Vader fights back and almost looks to put the match down, but suddenly Jeff Jarrett comes out with a steel chair in hand and Jarrett hits Vader with the chair. What an Impact Jeff Jarrett has made in the past 24 hours, he took out Bret Hart and Ken Shamrock last night, and now he's taken down Vader. Severn then heads to the top rope and hits an elbow off the top onto Vader and he gets the win by defeating the former 2-time World Champion. Winner: Dan Severn After the Match. Jarrett raises Severn's hand in victory and what is this alliance between Jarrett and Severn?. Jarrett and Severn continue to go to work on Vader, Vader tries fighting off Jarrett and Severn but the odds are too much. Jarrett eventually brings Vader down by hitting his old move, the #1 Smash which he now calls the Stroke. Cornette raises both Jarrett and Severn's hands, it looks like Cornette is forming an alliance between Jarrett and Severn here, it looks as if we do have an alliance between Jarrett and Severn. (break) Match 2: The British Bulldog vs Tiger Ali Singh w/The Iron Sheik and Bob Backlund The British Bulldog cannot be happy about losing the European Championship to Hunter Hearst Helmsley at Bad Blood that he just squashes Tiger Ali Singh. Singh never gets in any offense at all, and Bulldog gets the win by hitting the running powerslam on Singh to get the victory. McMahon announces that Sgt. Slaughter has booked a Survivor Series Elimination Match between Hunter Hearst Helmsley's team against The British Bulldog's team. On Hunter's team, it will be Hunter Hearst Helmsley, Kurrgan, and the New Age Outlaws taking on the team of British Bulldog, Doug Furnas, Phillip Lafon and Jim Neidhart. Winner: The British Bulldog (break) A clip is shown of Steve Blackman, the same vignette we saw weeks ago, McMahon, Lawler and Ross return us to RAW in where we are at the Warzone with McMahon talking about the new superstars about to head to the WWF. A clip is shown again of the Hell in A Cell Match in where Kane made his debut and cost The Undertaker the first-ever Hell in A Cell Match with Shawn Michaels. Stone Cold Steve Austin's music plays as he makes his way down to ringside and Vince McMahon is about to meet him in the ring, the last time things between Austin and McMahon happened in the ring was at Madison Square Garden when McMahon got the Stone Cold Stunner, but what will happen here tonight between Austin and McMahon?. McMahon says that before they get to the right decision, Austin says that he'll whip Vince's ass with the commentators saying that Vince is not having a great night, Vince asks Austin why did he interefere in the Intercontinental Title Match between The Rock and Owen Hart. Austin says that he can do whatever he wants when he wants and what he does is none of Vince's business. He doesn't give a rats ass if Vince owns the WWF or not. Vince says that if Austin wants to play hardball, so since he didn't have any paper or a certificate that he's cleared to wrestle. Austin says that he doesn't have a piece of paper. Vince says that he has, he has that release form that can reinstate him immediately, if he signs it, no one in the WWF will be responsible for his actions, but if he wants to wrestle again and end up in a wheelchair, then he has to sign this paper. Austin says that Vince sits here Monday Night and Every PPV calling Stone Cold the Toughest SOB in the World Wrestling Federation and that is the truth, but if he did sign, he'd be the Dumbest SOB, But he will sign his piece of paper if Vince signs a piece of paper that says that Stone Cold will get an Intercontinental Title Match against Owen Hart. Vince agrees. Austin says in an Intercontinental Title Match, he wants to beat Owen Hart because Owen nearly paralyzed him and it nearly took eight years off his career, but if Austin does do that, Austin will sign his life away. McMahon goes for a handshake, but Austin refuses and tells McMahon that he's not going to shake his damn hand. Austin says that he'll sign that if McMahon signs the match between him and Owen Hart and that's the bottom line cause Stone Cold said so. Suddenly, The Nation interrupt and are on the titantron with Faarooq saying that Austin crossed the line that he's going to kick his ass because he parades around with a bald head cause that makes him tough. Faarooq says that tough is waking up on a winter's morning to see who wears a jacket to school, tough is a person who eats collard greens cause they don't have a knife or fork. Tough is getting up one Christmas Morning watching siblings cry cause they don't have bicycles to ride around, Austin parades around here and says "ass" and thinks he's a big man cause he's tough. Faarooq says that Austin stuck his nose and his ass belongs to the Nation of Domination, Faarooq says that Austin better not think for one second that he will interefere in the Intercontinental Championship Match tonight, because Austin is not going to ruin Faarooq's moment tonight. Austin says that it's not a race thing, or a color thing, it's Austin kicking his ass on the entire Nation of Domination and can't nobody stop him. Austin leaves the ring and continues to cause havoc, he grabs The King's crown and kicks it to the audience while he leaves the ring. Match 3: WWF Intercontinental Championship Match Owen Hart w/Jim Neidhart and British Bulldog vs Faarooq w/The Nation Last Night, Owen Hart won his second Intercontinental Championship in a Tournament against The Rock, but tonight, his first title defense is against the leader of the Nation, Faarooq. And you can bet Stone Cold Steve Austin is watching this right now. Owen and Faarooq get into a slugfest to begin with Faarooq gaining the advantage. Faarooq begins to beat on Owen but Owen is able to get momentum back in his favor on Faarooq by sending him out of the ring with a dropkick. Faarooq gets back in the ring and takes Owen's head off with a running clothesline. Faarooq goes for the cover but Owen is able to kick out at 2. Faarooq and Owen still continue their fight with Owen fighting back and going for the legs of Faarooq. The ref suddenly is distracted by The Rock and The Nation. The Bulldog and Neidhart pull them off, but here comes The Hitman. The Hitman is here to help Bulldog and Neidhart fight off the Nation on the outside. Faarooq hits Owen with a spinebuster and goes for the cover, but the referee is distracted and there's Stone Cold Steve Austin. Austin just hit Faarooq with the Stone Cold Stunner and then Faarooq turns right into a heel kick by Owen. Owen has covered Faarooq to retain the Intercontinental Championship, it looks like Stone Cold wants to make sure that he wants to protect his Intercontinental Title Match with Owen Hart at the 1997 Survivor Series. Winner and Still WWF Intercontinental Champion: Owen Hart
(break) The commentators are talking with JR saying that he recently interviewed Terry Funk earlier today. We go to a promo of it, JR talks about Funk's wrestling career on how he's been wrestling for over 34 years and that he's 53 years old, Funk says that when he started out in 1965. He didn't think this career would go to great heights, because he's had a lot of fun wrestling and he still is the better man in wrestling, but 2 weeks ago. He was a part of Madison Square Garden when he lost to Owen Hart, but what did he see. His old buddy and rival Mick Foley turn into Cactus Jack. Funk says that he saw Mick Foley transform as Cactus Jack on August 20, 1995 when they battled in a No Ropes Barbed Wire exploding match. They damn near killed each other and he swore to himself that he wouldn't see the side of Mick Foley again, but last year when Foley was known as Mankind, Foley was already sick in the head. At WrestleMania, Foley physically destroyed him. He damn near killed him in that Chicago Street Fight Match. He has the scars every day to remind himself when he wakes up, every day when he comes to the WWF. He will always remember the scars Mankind put him through at WrestleMania, but for Foley to methamorsphize as Dude Love and Cactus Jack. It makes Funk angry that Foley can do this. Foley's the same person and it's cause he is. And that's why Foley is a hypocrite and Funk is the real hardcore athlete around here, not Mick Foley. Ross asks that why'd he change all of a sudden with Mick Foley. Funk says that Foley wants the fame, the greed in the WWF and that's why when Foley transformed himself into Cactus Jack 2 weeks ago it made him sick to his god damn stomach, so Mankind, Dude Love, Cactus Jack, Mick Foley, whoever the hell he is. Let Funk tell Foley something, he made hardcore before Mankind could even be called the King of Hardcore. But what makes Mankind think he could be like Terry Funk?. Funk says that it makes Mankind tick whenever Funk sees him on the television and when Funk sees him backstage make himself bleed in this business and that he honors it and that he sacrifices himself for it, well the plain and simple fact is. Mankind has to be called the King of Hardcore before Funk ever lets him become Hardcore and this interview is over. (break) Match 4: Tag Team Match Bob Holly and Bart Gunn vs The Blackjacks Before the match can even start, the lights go out in the arena as the same music we heard from Bad Blood is played again with the commentators saying that it's Kane. And it's indeed Kane alongside Paul Bearer. Kane makes his way to the ring as all four men begin to get frightened of the size of the monster, and much like The Undertaker last night, all four men are shocked that Kane is indeed coming. Kane gets in the ring and Gunn is the first man to go after him, but he eats an uppercut. Holly tries his luck punching away at Kane but Kane just throws him off and hits a clothesline. The Blackjacks try to defend theirselves and hit Kane and eventually whip him into the ropes but Kane hits a double clothesline on both men. Kane then tosses Bart Gunn over the top rope and hits a chokeslam on Windham and also does the same thing to Bradshaw. Holly gets to his feet but Kane brings him back down with a Tombstone Piledriver. The same move The Undertaker uses. And it looks like we are not going to have a tag team match because the monster Kane has dominated. Winner: Draw Paul Bearer gets a mic and says that now that he has the fans's undivided attention, yes, laugh at the fat man, here's their chance. Go ahead and laugh, stand up, do what they wanna do, here is their chance. The one that they should be laughing is The Undertaker. The proof is here, Last June, he told the world that Kane was alive and he never lied. He told the truth, he tried to go back to The Undertaker but he wouldn't take Paul back. Paul had to do what he had to do, he slapped him, called him a liar and he burned him. But Kane is here, Paul says that the whole world saw The Undertaker's face when he stood for the first time 20 years face to face with his own brother. The look in the eyes that he knew it was him. Kane's alive. He's missing an eye and it's because of him. The 20 years of suffering, the 20 years of hiding out is now over. Paul Bearer says this is The Undertaker's Journey to the Highway of Eternity. Starting tonight with these four men, they will walk through the World Wrestling Federation, take each one, each WWF Wrestler and destroy them until they reach The Undertaker. Bearer says that Kane is here and they have The Undertaker to think, every time The Undertaker looks around, Undertaker will see his own brother, everytime Undertaker closes his eyes to go to sleep, he will remember the fire. Bearer closes it by saying that he welcomes The Undertaker to his worst nightmare. Kane then sets the turnbuckles alight similar to what he did at Bad Blood. But where is The Undertaker?. We haven't seen him since Bad Blood.
Clips are shown of Kane's RAW Debut from Moments Ago in where he destroyed Bob Holly, Bart Gunn and The Blackjacks.
Match 5: WWF European Championship Match Hunter Hearst Helmsley w/Chyna vs Bret Hart Last Night, Hunter Hearst Helmsley captured the European Title over Bret Hart's brother-in-law but he could lose it to The Hitman tonight, Bret has won every single title in the WWF but can he capture the European Title tonight?. Bret and Helmsley lockup with Helmsley shoving Bret into the buckle but Bret fights back and delivers punches to the guts and into the head. The commentators go over Bret's great performance at Bad Blood against Ken Shamrock. Bret whips Helmsley into the buckle and hits a Russian Leg Sweep and it looks like Helmsley may leave without the European Title after gaining it for 24 hours. Bret punches away at Helmsley but Helmsley fights back and takes Bret's head into the buckle and punches away at him. Helmsley eventually takes advantage of the match, He then takes Bret into the buckle but Bret hits a clothesline out of the corner knocking down Helmsley and Bret is now back in the match and he hits a DDT on Helmsley and goes for the cover but Helmsley kicks out at 2. The fans make a commotion because Shawn Michaels is out here pointing his crotch to the fans, Bret has now locked eyes on Shawn and that distraction allows Helmsley to attack Bret, and what is Michaels doing?. He is wiping the nose off of the Canadian Flag. That is such disrespect. Helmsley goes for the cover but Bret is able to kick out at 2. And wait a minute here comes Neidhart, Owen and The Bulldog. Business is now picking up, Helmsley continues to gain momentum in this match and Bret fights back in the match but Helmsley hits a spinebuster on Bret. Helmsley goes for the cover but Bret kicks out at 2. Helmsley continues to fight but Bret makes a comeback in this match and hits a flying clothesline from the top rope knocking down the European Champion. Bret goes for the cover again but Helmsley kicks out once more at 2. Bret grabs Helmsley and hits an Atomic Drop and follows it up with a clothesline and hits a backbreaker and Bret goes for an elbow but Helmsley hits a boot to the jaw, Helmsley picks up Bret and hits a right hand and whips him into the ropes but Bret reverses it and goes for a backbody drop but Helmsley hits a facebuster on Bret and goes for the cover again but Bret kicks out at 2. Helmsley continues to battle back and whips Bret into the ropes and Bret takes Helmsley down and it could be Sharpshooter time. Bret's about to become the first-ever Grand Slam Champion. Bret's got it locked in, Chyna gets Helmsley's hand on the ropes, and wait a minute here comes The Nation. What are they doing here?. The Nation obviously have a score to settle with The Hart Foundation. All hell is breaking loose on the outside, Bret gets out of the ring to try to help out but Michaels from behind hits Bret with Sweet Chin Music, the referee is beginning to count the WWF Champion out and it looks like Bret has been counted out, meanwhile The Hart Foundation have fought off the Nation and are chasing off Shawn Michaels now, but Helmsley has won the match by countout. Winner by Countout: Hunter Hearst Helmsley Helmsley can't believe that he beat Bret Hart, Michaels grabs him for a big hug and then Sgt. Slaughter appears on the titantron and says to Helmsley, nice win. But that win earned him a shot at the World Wrestling Federation Championship next week, Helmsley and Michaels are in shock but begin to smile for Helmsley's opportunity. Slaughter says that next week, it will be Helmsley vs Bret but it won't be for the European Title, it will be for the WWF Championship, and there will be no intereference from The Hart Foundation or even The Nation or even Shawn Michaels, Rick Rude and Chyna. All Parties will be banned from ringside. Michaels picks up the mic and says that they don't care. Helmsley can beat Bret on his own and win the WWF Title, and Bret won't have to defend the WWF Title in his hometown of Montreal at the 1997 Survivor Series, at the Survivor Series, it won't be Bret vs Shawn, it will be Helmsley vs Shawn and if Helmsley does win the title. They are guaranteed to have the match of the night, and if The Hart Foundation or Sgt. Slaughter are not down with that, then they got two words for them. Suck it. Michaels, Helmsley and Chyna and Rude laugh at an incensed Bret as RAW goes off the air.

WWF RAW IS WAR - October 13, 1997 Vince McMahon, Jerry Lawler and Jim Ross are your hosts for tonight. The commentators talk about how tonight is going to be an action-packed RAW. Bret Hart will defend the WWF Title against Hunter Hearst Helmsley, and Goldust will go one on one with Shawn Michaels. The Hart Foundation's music plays in the arena as they make their way to the ring together, Vince is getting ready to interview The Hart Foundation without the British Bulldog. Cause Bulldog is celebrating an anniversary and also a birthday. Vince first says that Bulldog's absence is celebrating an anniversary and also a birthday, Vince says that Bret ain't in a good mood with the antics of Shawn Michaels and Triple H and the impending match at the 1997 Survivor Series with Shawn Michaels, but he cannot be happy with last week's loss to Triple H and tonight he will have to defend the WWF Title against Helmsley. Vince asks Bret if he cares to comment, Before Bret can comment on it. Michaels and Triple H are on the titantron interrupting. Michaels says that Before the Hitman puts the crowd to sleep, they would love to tell Bret that he's getting old and jerking the curtain, on his cards. At Survivor Series, they're going to be in Bret's neck of the woods, but he's got some news for Bret. Bret may not even make it to Survivor Series, because it could be Shawn Michaels and his best friend Triple H for the WWF Championship. Because nobody knows Canada like Shawn nose Canada. A clip is shown of last week of Shawn putting the Canadian Flag in his nose. Helmsley says that he beat The Hitman last week so bad that his hands are still burning, but tonight, he's going to take what Bret holds most dearest and that is the World Wrestling Federation Title and Bret can sit and watch at Survivor Series while him and Shawn can put on the best match of the night in Montreal. Triple H says that he's bigger and smarter than Bret. Shawn recaps to footage of last week with Chyna hitting Bret Hart and the distraction followed by Sweet Chin Music. Michaels says that Bret shouldn't be picking on women. Helmsley gloats about his victory and says that lightning will strike twice only this time he is taking the World Wrestling Federation Championship away from the Hitman tonight. Bret says that the two denegerates should come down here right now and they can start this match right now, Michaels says that he's not going to take the challenge, Cause the last time he did it, was on March 31, 1996 at the Arrowhead Pond at WrestleMania 12 when he kicked his ass and took the title away from him. At Survivor Series, he will take it again either way, Michaels says that he's beat Bret's whole family, Helmsley says that he'll start the match now with the Hitman, but it won't be now. It will be later, Michaels says that sometime in the show they are going to cross paths and that Bret talks about them being denegerates, they should be known as D-Generation X. D-Generation X, They make the rules and they damn sure will break them. Bret then states that after he's done with Helmsley. He can guarantee that Shawn will not survive the Survivor Series. Then The Nation's music hits as they make their way to the ring. Owen Hart has a big non-title matchup against D' Lo Brown as it's up next. (break) Match 1: Non-Title Match Owen Hart vs D' Lo Brown This match is the first one on one match for D' Lo Brown as he battles the Intercontinental Champion Owen Hart in a non-title match, this is a good back and forth match between the two competitors with D' Lo gaining some good advantage on Owen but Owen is able to fight back, and we have noticed that there's no Hart Members or the Nation in this match. Owen attempts to win the match by hitting the sharpshooter, but wait a minute. There's Mark Henry!. Henry gets in the ring and hits Owen with a clothesline to the back and that's going to be a DQ win right there. Winner by DQ: Owen Hart After the Match. Henry starts to begin his beatdown on Owen, it seems like Faarooq has recruited Mark Henry as the newest member of the Nation of Domination. Henry whips Owen into the buckle and hits a big splash in the corner and follows it up with a running powerslam followed by D' Lo hitting a frog splash off the top rope on Owen, then suddenly the cheers rise cause Stone Cold Steve Austin has come out, Austin gets in the ring and sends the returning Henry over the top rope with a clothesline. D' Lo charges at Austin but Austin hits him with the Stone Cold Stunner. Why did Austin save Owen?. Similar to Bad Blood, Austin has saved Owen again. Vince announces that later tonight, Austin will sign a contract to face Owen Hart. (break) Match 2: Tag Team Match Doug Furnas and Phillip Lafon vs The Blackjacks Furnas and Lafon look to gain some momentum cause they got the call to join Team Canada to take on Team U.S.A. at Survivor Series, This is an okay tag team match, But Furnas and Lafon pick up the win with Furnas hitting a German Suplex on Windham and following it up with Lafon dropping an elbow drop to get the victory. Winners: Doug Furnas and Phillip Lafon
A clip is shown of Terry Funk going off on Mick Foley last week with Vince McMahon getting Mankind's thoughts on Terry Funk. Mankind says that Terry's right. Mick Foley or whoever the hell he is put Terry Funk through hell in August of 1995 when he became Cactus Jack, Mankind says that it made him respect Funk more, but Funk wants to go around talking about how Mankind puts his body on the line each night, because Funk seems to remember the last time he and Funk fought, was at WrestleMania 13 when Mankind and Funk beat the hell out of each other in Chicago. Mankind says that he will be real happy to beat Funk up once again to show him that he's the real king of Hardcore, whether it be him, or Dude Love, or Cactus Jack. Funk's going to see the real side of Mick Foley. Have a nice day.
(break)
Match 3: Sycho Sid vs Flash Funk Before the match starts, Jeff Jarrett, Dan Severn and Jim Cornette are on the entryway watching this match. Sid has been in a bad mood ever since losing to Goldust at Bad Blood and attempting to make Marlena be his slave. Sid gets the win by hitting the powerbomb on Funk to get the victory. Winner: Sycho Sid
After the Match, Jeff Jarrett and Dan Severn come to the ring with Cornette saying that they are not going to beat up on Sid. They want to give Sid an opportunity, at Survivor Series, Jarrett and Severn want to assemble a 5-man team to beat Ken Shamrock and Vader's team. And they feel like Sid is the man to join them, so what does Sid say. Sid says that to make one thing clear, he does not like Cornette and Cornette may not like him, but if that's what they want, then Sid can join them. The commentators do say that Jarrett and Severn have issued a 5-man team at Survivor Series to take on Vader and Ken Shamrock and 3 teams at the 1997 Survivor Series and that they found Sycho Sid, so it looks like it will be Jarrett, Severn and Sid for now to take on Vader and Ken Shamrock.
(break)
Back from Break, and the commentators are talking about how Sid is going to be the third man for Jarrett and Severn's team. We go Backstage to Vader and Ken Shamrock. Vader says that it's true, they are taking on Jarrett and Severn in a traditional Survivor Series Elimination Match and they need three partners. Shamrock says that they know that Jarrett and Severn have a big gun on their hands. But Shamrock and Vader are going to introduce the third tag team partner that is going to make his way to the World Wrestling Federation real soon, and his name is Steve Blackman, the commentators thank Shamrock and Vader for their time. So it looks like the sides are even, but who are the final two for Shamrock and Vader and more importantly Severn and Jarrett?.
Match 4: Shawn Michaels w/Hunter Hearst Helmsley, Rick Rude and Chyna vs Goldust w/Marlena Hour 2 of RAW kicks off as this is going to be a scientific matchup between Shawn Michaels and Goldust, this could be a great night for the formed D-Generation X. Michaels then points his crotch to Marlena and that angers Goldust to the point in where he goes straight for Michaels. Goldust begins to take the fight to Michaels that Michaels escapes the ring. Michaels however fights back after a distraction by Chyna and Rude and gains momentum in the match. But Goldust somehow makes a comeback and almost puts Michaels away with the Tornado DDT but Michaels kicks out at 2. Goldust tries to put the former WWF Champion again by hitting a top-rope bulldog and a powerslam but Michaels kicks out at 2. Michaels however battles back but and hits his elbow drop and goes for Sweet Chin Music but Goldust hits an atomic drop and follows it up with a clothesline. Goldust then sets Michaels into the ropes and wait a minute. Goldust is going to go for Shattered Dreams but Michaels counters. Michaels sends Goldust straight into the post and rolls Goldust up with his feet on the ropes and the ref never saw it. Michaels has gotten over one on Goldust as he starts laughing. Winner: Shawn Michaels
Michaels, Helmsley, Chyna and Rude begin to leave the ring, while Goldust is angry and upset while Marlena tries to console him, but then all of a sudden, the lights go out in the arena and then the eerie music we heard at Bad Blood is played again, and that can mean only one thing, alongside Paul Bearer is the 7' foot 320 pound monster Kane. And it looks like Goldust and Marlena should head for the heels. Last week, we saw what Kane did to Bart Gunn, Bob Holly and the Blackjacks and it looks like he may do the same thing to Goldust here tonight. Kane gets in the ring but Goldust charges at him and throws right hands at Kane and Kane will not go down. Goldust runs off the ropes but he receives a big boot to the face and now Kane has taken control. Kane picks up the Bizarre One and hits him with a big time chokeslam. Kane just chokeslammed the former Intercontinental Champion to hell. Kane then begins to leave the ring but he sees Marlena begin to check on Goldust, but Kane is cornering her. Ohhh no what is Kane going to do?. Kane grabs Marlena by the hair and begins to choke her but he scoops her up over his head and hits the Tombstone Piledriver on her. Kane just tombstoned Marlena, that dirty rotten monster. Why would Kane do that?. Why. Bearer grabs a microphone and says that a picture is worth a 1,000 words. Bearer then threatens Undertaker that everything Undertaker has dreamed of, they will take away, everything Undertaker that has accomplished, they would take away, Human eye has not seen, nor Human ear heard what Kane is going to have in store for The Undertaker. They are going to stroll through the World Wrestling Federation, destroy everyone just like he did to Goldust, Marlena, Bob Holly, Bart Gunn and The Blackjacks, and then The Undertaker will never rest in peace, ashes to ashes. What destruction that this monster has caused. Kane then sets his pyros alight as he leaves the ring with Paul Bearer.
(break)
RAW returns with Stone Cold Steve Austin making his way to the ring as Vince McMahon is in the ring, Ross and Lawler say that Goldust's wife Marlena is being carted into the ambulance as we saw the destruction by The Big Red Machine Kane earlier. Austin gets in the ring with Vince McMahon having a contract in hand. Austin snatches the contract and looks at it. McMahon says that hopefully it will be official, Stone Cold Steve Austin will be reinstated on November 9, 1997 at Survivor Series. But all Austin has to do is sign on the dotted line. Austin gets the pen with Austin saying that what Vince has to do is sign first because Austin doesn't trust Vince as far as he can throw him. Austin doesn't ask for People's opinion, but should he trust him or not?. The fans say no. If Vince wants the match, Vince has to sign first and Austin will sign next. Vince tells Austin to hold the microphone. Austin says if he doesn't trust Vince?. Vince puts on his glasses and signs the John Hancock. Austin says it looks like we got a deal, but then Vince says that we don't until Austin signs and he gets Owen Hart. Austin then signs the contract on the top rope and it's official, it will be Austin vs Owen at the 1997 Survivor Series. Vince says that it's official, Austin says damn right and that leaves only one thing left for him to do. Vince begins to be afraid. Austin says to shake Vince's hand, don't make a mess out of his pants. Shake his damn hand and they got a deal. Vince goes ahead with it and he shakes Austin's hand but Austin grabs him and says that he should've taken Vince out and that's the truth. Vince asks Austin before he go, not to kick the piece of paper around. Vince says that last week this wasn't his business, but what was he doing at Bad Blood when he helped Owen Hart defeat The Rock for the title. Austin says he doesn't have a problem with the Nation of Domination. But he wants Owen Hart, then suddenly Faarooq shows up with the rest of the Nation and the newest member Mark Henry. Faarooq tells Austin that his business is his business, what he did was cross the railroad tracks. Faarooq says that there is no white picking fences, what they do is make a sacrifice across the tracks. Faarooq says that Austin sacrificed himself to the Nation when he cost The Rock the Intercontinental Title at Bad Blood. Austin says that The Nation are a little pissed off and all they got to do is come to the ring, he'll stomp a mudhole just like he did to D' Lo and Mark. Austin says that he challenges them to come on. The Rock gets in the ring and Austin hits him with the Stunner and then he escapes. Austin just stunned The Rock, he will get his judgment day on Owen Hart at the 1997 Survivor Series.
(break)
Match 5: Singles Match Kurrgan w/The Jackal vs Ahmed Johnson This is a rematch from Bad Blood as Ahmed Johnson and Kurrgan will go one on one once more. Ahmed and Kurrgan start the match off by exchanging blows on the entryway with Ahmed gaining the upperhand on Kurrgan. Kurrgan fights back in the ring and hits a boot to the face. Ahmed eventually makes a comeback and eventually brings the big man down by hitting a spinebuster. The Jackal is on commentary saying that Triple H made the right choice by picking this man. Ahmed goes for the pearl river plunge but Kurrgan throws him off and hits the one handed claw slam on Ahmed to get the victory. Winner: Kurrgan
Backstage, Shawn Michaels and Triple H are walking to the ring with Triple H getting pumped up for his championship match as the match with Bret Hart is up next, and Sgt. Slaughter has called for no intereference in this match.
(break)
Match 6: WWF Championship Match Bret Hart vs Triple H Last Week, Triple H scored a win over Bret Hart by countout, and that's what earned him this championship match against Bret. Bret wastes no time going after Helmsley right after Helmsley's entrance as the bell rings. Bret wants to make sure The Kliq does not make it to Survivor Series. Helmsley makes a comeback by attacking Bret and does everything he can to put the champ down, but Bret kicks out at 2. Helmsley then whips Bret into the buckle and begins to go to work on the lower back but Bret is able to fight back against Helmsley but his brief momentum is stopped with Helmsley hitting Bret with the spinebuster but Bret is able to kick out at 2. Helmsley then locks in the sleeper hold on Bret but Bret counters it into a suplex. Bret heads to the top rope and hits a flying clothesline hitting Helmsley but Helmsley is able to kick out at two. Helmsley fights back and hits a right hand and goes for the facebuster and connects with it but Bret pops out of the facebreaker and turns it around into a clothesline and hits a Russian leg sweep on Helmsley but Helmsley is able to kick out at 2. Helmsley rakes the eyes and hits a DDT on Hart but Hart is able to kick out at 2. Hart and Helmsley have put on a great match. Helmsley grabs Bret and goes for the pedigree but Bret fights out of it and takes Helmsley down by hitting the sharpshooter and it looks like Helmsley is about to tap out, but will he?. Helmsley surprisingly makes it to the ropes and the hold has to be broken. Bret hits Helmsley with a right hand and nails him with another headbutt and whips Helmsley into the ropes but Helmsley counters it and tries to go for the pedigree again but Bret counters it into a takedown and rolls up Helmsley to get the win and retain the WWF Title. Winner and Still World Wrestling Federation Champion: Bret Hart
After the Match. Shawn Michaels runs in and begins to attack Bret with Rick Rude making his way to ringside and so is Chyna. Shawn tries to hit Sweet Chin Music on Bret but Bret counters it and takes down Shawn with a spear and punches away at him. Bret and Shawn are going at it with one another. Shawn and Bret are exchanging blows here in the center of the ring. Shawn fights back and here comes officials and refs trying to pull apart Shawn and Bret, but Helmsley gets to his feet and knocks down some officials and Bret and Shawn also hit some officials as well. Helmsley makes the save for Shawn and it's a 2 on 1 against Bret. Bret is able to fight back and toss Helmsley over the top rope to the floor. And Shawn takes down Bret again, officials and more referees try to stop the fight and even some of the WWF Roster like The Nation of Domination, the D.O.A., Flash Funk, The Legion of Doom, The Outlaws, Bart Gunn, The Blackjacks, Marc Mero, Brian Christopher, Tiger Ali Singh, The Headbangers, Ahmed Johnson, Tajiri, Jushin Thunder Liger and some others make their way to the ring. Bret and Shawn are not going to be restrained, they just wanna go right after each other. Owen Hart and Jim Neidhart are also here to restrain Bret. Helmsley gets back up and restrains Shawn with Rude and Chyna. Shawn and Bret charge at each other and start to exchange punches once more with Bret and Shawn taking the fight to the outside and there's Sgt. Slaughter. Bret and Shawn are going at it amongst the WWF fans with Bret knocking Shawn to the guardrail and the superstars, officials and referees are still trying to restrain these two. Shawn then hits Bret with one of the lighting rigs that they use and Shawn tries to back off with Rude, Helmsley, Chyna and the Officials, but Bret charges right back at Shawn and the two are going right back at it again. The two want to kill each other before Survivor Series. This is a 1-year personal rivalry that started all the way on March 31, 1996 at WrestleMania 12. Bret and Shawn still fight as the commentators take us out of time as RAW goes off the air.

Bischoff then left the ring and snatched a microphone saying that if Sting wanted competition, Sting could choose his own opponent at Halloween Havoc. Sting pointed not at Hogan, but at Syxx. Syxx was frightened for his life as Sting chose Syxx to face him at Halloween Havoc.

WWF RAW IS WAR - October 20, 1997 Vince McMahon, Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler are your hosts for RAW Is War. They talk about a lot of things that are set to happen tonight, with Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels in the house just 20 days before Survivor Series. Bret Hart will battle Faarooq in a non-title match, but Bret will pick Shawn Michaels's opponent for tonight and Bret has chosen Owen Hart to take on Shawn Michaels for the WWF Intercontinental Championship, and plus, The Undertaker will break his silence to talk about Kane. The commentators then go to Michael Cole standing by with the Nation of Domination. Backstage, Michael Cole is in the Nation of Domination's locker room, but they aren't there as Michael Cole sees the graffiti and a Canadian Flag was upside down, chairs are overturned and Faarooq's suitcase was rifled through, then back to the outside of the ring, the Nation of Domination are near the commentary table with Faarooq yelling at Vince McMahon asking if he's a racist. Faarooq picks up the microphone and says that he was planning on taking Bret Hart earlier tonight, but right now, he's pissed off and he will take care of it, and the reason why is right here all along like he said was nothing but Racism, his eyes don't see in color, in black and white. And that they're telling him to leave the country, all of his ancestors paid the price to live here and that this Country was built on a Black Man and that Black People are the original natives of the country, Faarooq then challenges Bret to get his ass down here. Bret doesn't show up yet, but Faarooq continues to trash Bret saying that The Nation are good enough picking up after them, good enough to wash their car, but Bret cannot come out to face him like a man, then Bret's music plays as he shows up with the rest of the Hart Foundation and this may not be pretty.
Match 1: Non-Title Match Bret Hart w/The Hart Foundation vs Faarooq w/The Nation of Domination The match was scheduled to be earlier tonight, but Faarooq doesn't wanna waste any time as Faarooq goes right for Bret, Faarooq begins to hammer away at Bret, but Bret is able to fight back and suddenly we see Shawn Michaels, Chyna, Triple H and Rick Rude make their way down to ringside with Michaels on the commentary table. Michaels says that he knew Bret was a lot of things but he didn't know he was racist, racism is really running rampid in the World Wrestling Federation, and now Michaels feels the need to become the World Wrestling Federation Champion. As Michaels continues to talk. Bret continues to go to work on Faarooq but Faarooq battles back and hits a powerslam on Bret and sends him out of the ring with a clothesline and that allows The Nation to go after Bret, but there are the rest of the Hart Foundation and we got a brawl on the outside. We have a brawl on the outside, but here comes Ahmed Johnson and The DOA, apparently Ahmed and the DOA have not forgotten about the Nation that they go after them while Michaels and Triple H begin to back away, but Triple H is also involved in the fight as he takes down The Bulldog while the referee tries to get some established control, Faarooq is still in the ring, but wait a minute here comes Stone Cold Steve Austin. Austin grabs Faarooq and hits the Stone Cold Stunner on Faarooq. Austin has certainly not forgotten about Faarooq's threats to Austin weeks ago as Hart gets back in the ring and pins Faarooq to get the non-title victory give the assist to Stone Cold. Winner: Bret Hart (break)
Match 2: Marc Mero w/Sable vs Brian Christopher This certainly should be a good matchup here, but before the match begins we see Jeff Jarrett, Sycho Sid, Dan Severn make their way to the ring, it looks as if they want to make a deal with Brian Christopher to join the group. Cornette is there with them, towards the middle of the match, Cornette begins to harass Sable and Mero sees this and attempts to go after Cornette, but Christopher sneaks up behind Mero and tries to get the rollup on him and picks up the victory thanks to Camp Cornette's team for the 1997 Survivor Series. Winner: Brian Christopher Cornette gets in the ring with Brian Christopher as Sid, Severn and Jarrett show up. Cornette tells Christopher that he sees talent in him and he wants Christopher to be the fourth member of Cornette's team. Christopher accepts the deal and it looks like Christopher will join Sid's team for the Survivor Series. They leave the ring but Mero picks up a microphone and says that so if Christopher wants to join Cornette's team, well he will join the team of Vader, Steve Blackman and Ken Shamrock and he is going to lead the team to victory. It looks like Mero and Christopher have both thrown their names in the hat, but who will be the fifth and final partner of Jim Cornette's and Ken Shamrock's as well?. (break) Match 3: Doug Furnas w/Phillip Lafon vs Billy Gunn w/Road Dogg This should be a good match between Doug Furnas and Billy Gunn here, Gunn gets the advantage to start the match off but Furnas is able to fight back against Gunn but Gunn pokes the eyes of Furnas and almost puts Furnas away with the Jackhammer but Furnas is able to kick out. Furnas somehow battles back and hits a cross body on Gunn and surprisingly picks up the win from that Cross Body, and what a victory for Furnas and his team. But will Furnas get the surprising upset when he joins Team Canada at the 1997 Survivor Series. Winner: Doug Furnas
Before RAW goes to a break, the commentators announce that the next match will be Mankind taking on Dan Severn in a one on one match. (break) Match 4: Mankind vs Dan Severn w/Jim Cornette & Jeff Jarrett What an intense one on one match this should be as the Deranged One battles Dan "The Beast Severn". Mankind and Severn start the match off by exchanging blows with one another. Mankind gets the advantage over Severn but Severn is able to swat Mankind away by hitting a headbutt on him and Severn eventually gets the advantage over him by hitting Mankind with a clothesline but Mankind fights back and hits Severn with his signature clothesline knocking himself and Severn over the top rope to the floor. Mankind charges at Severn and hits his signature swinging neckbreaker on the outside. Mankind tosses Severn in the ring where he goes for the cover but Severn kicks out at 2. Severn battles back in the match by poking the eye of Mankind and hits a running clothesline followed by a splash in the corner as he just wears down Mankind in the middle of the match. Severn however misses a charge and that gives Mankind the chance to fight back as he hits Severn hitting another neckbreaker but Severn fights back and hits a running powerslam on Mankind. Severn goes for the cover but Mankind kicks out once more at 2. Mankind makes a comeback and hits another swinging neckbreaker on Severn. Mankind then kicks Severn and starts throwing him into the buckle hitting hard right hands against Severn. Mankind kicks Severn in the gut and hits a knee to the face followed by a running bulldog but Severn kicks out at 2. What a unbelievable match between Mankind and Severn. Severn however rakes the eyes and scoops Mankind up and hits a bodyslam and goes for the elbow drop but Mankind gets to his feet and hits a punch to the gut nailing a Double Arm DDT on the Big Man. Mankind then sets up for the Mandible Claw and he has it on Severn, but wait a minute here comes Terry Funk with a steel chair in hand. The referee is distracted by Cornette and Funk goes for the chair shot but Mankind sees it coming and goes right for Funk and Mankind nails a clothesline knocking Funk down. Severn then surprises Mankind with the submission crossface hold but wait a minute here comes Vader. Vader gets in the ring and goes right for Severn, Shamrock is there too and he and Jarrett are going at it, Funk is going right at it with Mankind, and the official has no choice but to call for the bell ruling this match a draw. Winner: Draw All hell has broken loose between these 6 men, then suddenly Sycho Sid and Brian Christopher show up and it's 5 on 3, But here comes Marc Mero. Mero heads to the top rope and hits Sid and Severn with a double dropkick. And suddenly, we see someone make his appearance to even the odds, it looks like Steve Blackman, and it is Steve Blackman. Blackman hits a running kick knocking down Severn sending him over the top rope and delivers a high back body drop to Jarrett, the rest of Severn's team retreat and it looks like Terry Funk and Mankind are now going to join in the opposite 5 on 5 match, so it looks like it will be Team Cornette consisting of Brian Christopher, Terry Funk, Sycho Sid, Jeff Jarrett and Dan Severn taking on the team of Ken Shamrock, Vader, Marc Mero, Mankind and Steve Blackman, and what a matchup that will be. (break) Clips are shown of The Undertaker's career in the World Wrestling Federation set to a melancholy portion of his theme music fighting the likes of Hulk Hogan, Ultimate Warrior, Bret Hart, Ted Dibiase, Mankind, Vader and others, but then it changes back to eerie music with Paul Bearer announcing that The Undertaker burned the funeral home to the ground Last June. Then it shows clips of Paul Bearer threatening that Undertaker's brother Kane was alive with Kane finally making his debut at Bad Blood and costing The Undertaker the match at Bad Blood: Hell in A Cell with Shawn Michaels, then it goes to clips of Kane attacking The Blackjacks, Bob Holly and Bart Gunn, Goldust and Marlena with Paul Bearer's voice being heard last week saying that a picture was worth a thousand words and that The Undertaker needed to fight him.
The camera cuts to The Undertaker in the dark room saying that he's been carrying the grief for over 20 years of a brother he thought he lost, and in one moments time, the brother that he thought he lost was standing before him, he's faced every single superstar in the WWF. Hulk Hogan, Ultimate Warrior, Yokozuna, Kamala, Bret Hart, Ted Dibiase, Jimmy Snuka, Ric Flair, Jake Roberts, Vader, Shawn Michaels, Mankind and all of the others that have tried to oppose him and all the others that were afraid of him, but now he was very shocked when Paul Bearer brought his little brother to the WWF. And Paul can rest assured that he is living in hell, but when he looked into his eyes, he didn't see the love of a brother, he saw the hatred of a brother and that he saw the demon, and no matter how many times Paul Bearer can poison his mind and say about The Undertaker, it really doesn't matter now. He's fought everybody in the WWF and he will continue to fight everyone in the World Wrestling Federation, as far as facing his little brother is concerned. He will never fight his own flesh and blood. He will never fight Kane, but as far as Paul Bearer goes. Paul Bearer is going to go to hell for what he's done and hopefully he will bring some good in his little brother back. Match 5: Tiger Ali Singh w/The Iron Sheik and Bob Backlund vs Flash Funk The match never gets underway, why?. Because the lights go out in the arena as the eerie music we heard at Bad Blood is played once again as Kane and Paul Bearer both make their way down to ringside and it looks like Kane may be disrupting another match here. Winner: Draw Kane enters the ring and Singh and Funk are frightened as hell. Singh charges at him but eats a boot to the face by Kane. Flash goes right for Kane and tries a cross body but Kane powerslams him down to the mat. Kane grabs Singh and chokeslams him to the mat, Kane then stares down The Sheik and Backlund. They both get in the ring and look at the former two WWF Champions go straight for Kane, but Kane punches them both. Funk tries to get at Kane again but Kane also kicks Funk in the gut and hits a chokeslam on Funk as well. The Iron Sheik gets up to go after Kane again but Kane tosses him over the top rope to the floor. Backlund then surprises Kane and tries to go for the crossface chicken wing but Kane throws him off and Kane hits another chokeslam on the former World Wrestling Federation Champion. Kane's on a chokeslamming rampage. Kane grabs Backlund and hits him with the Tombstone Piledriver. Then suddenly Goldust enters the ring. It seems as if Goldust has a bone to pick with Kane cause of what Kane did to Goldust's wife and the mother of his kids last week. Goldust goes to work on Kane with right hands and some have an effect on Kane. Goldust runs off the ropes and nails Kane with a bulldog but Kane won't go down. Goldust runs off the ropes and hits a DDT on Kane but Kane is unfazed. Kane then grabs Goldust and tosses him over the top rope to the floor. Goldust then gets to his feet and picks up the microphone saying that if The Undertaker doesn't want to fight Kane. Hell, Goldust will. Because if Kane wants to destroy everyone in the WWF. Then so be it, but he has no right to go after Goldust's wife. And he wants Kane to fight him at the Survivor Series. Bearer responds by saying that if that's what Goldust wants, then that's exactly what Goldust is going to get. Goldust says that at Survivor Series, Kane will never forget the name of Goldust. Paul Bearer says ohhh really, Kane is going to demolish Goldust at Survivor Series and that Goldust will not survive the Big Red Machine. Kane then sets his pyros down as Goldust watches yelling at Kane saying that he's going to pay for what he did to Marlena.
(break) Match 6: Mark Henry w/The Nation of Domination vs Ahmed Johnson w/The D.O.A. We haven't seen Mark Henry in action, but he has returned and is now rejoined with the Nation of Domination, so hopefully Henry will pick up some waves with The Nation. Ahmed has backup in the form of D.O.A. as Ahmed tries to fight at the big man but Henry shoves him down to the mat and hits a running splash on Ahmed. Ahmed battles back in the match and eventually brings Henry down with a spinebuster. Ahmed then signals for the Pearl River Plunge, but Henry shoves Ahmed in the ropes and hits a powerslam on him and follows it up with a big splash to get the victory, and what a clean win for the World's Strongest Man over Ahmed. Winner: Mark Henry After the contest, the D.O.A. enter the ring and try to get at Mark Henry, but The Nation of Domination make the save for Henry and begin their attack on the D.O.A. and Ahmed and it follows up with The Rock hitting Ahmed with the Rock Bottom while Faarooq hits the Dominator on Crush and D' Lo follows it up with a frog splash on Chainz. The Nation leave the ring leaving carnage in their way. Backstage, Shawn Michaels and Hunter Hearst Helmsley are with Rick Rude and Chyna. Michaels says that tonight he is going to humilate and embarass The Hart Family once again when Michaels takes the Intercontinental Championship away from Owen, cause he's already been the Intercontinental Champion two times and that was in 1993. But he wants the Intercontinental Championship again, And then at the 1997 Survivor Series, they would have to make the match a title for title match. Shawn will both take the Intercontinental and the World Wrestling Federation Championship from all of the Hart Family Members and D-Generation X will continue to rule the World Wrestling Federation. In another Backstage area, Owen Hart is shown with the Hart Foundation saying that he and Shawn Michaels have had history, if Shawn recalls, November 20, 1995 was when Owen kicked him in the skull and injured him, but Shawn decided to come back at the 1996 Royal Rumble and return to the ring, and then beat his brother for the WWF Title at WrestleMania 12, well Shawn may not have to be at the 1997 Survivor Series, because he might put him out of action just like he almost tried to do to Stone Cold Steve Austin at Summerslam, and if Shawn's D-Generate Buddies wanna help him, then he may as well do the same thing to them. (break) Match 7: WWF Intercontinental Championship Match Shawn Michaels vs Owen Hart Surprisingly there are no DX nor Hart Foundation in this match, it looks like Shawn and Owen will go at it one on one to see who walks out the Intercontinental Champion. Michaels and Owen lock up in the center of the ring with Michaels throwing Owen into the ropes but Owen blocks a right hand and Michaels gets a side headlock in but Owen hits a shoulder tackle on Michaels and Michaels goes for a leapfrog but Owen takes him down with a right hand and follows it up with a spinning heel kick followed by sending Michaels over the top rope with a clothesline. Owen runs off the ropes and goes for a baseball slide but Michaels catches him with a clothesline and tosses him into the steel steps and gets back in the ring, we see The Hart Foundation looking on as Michaels regains control of the match and Michaels gets out of the ring and hits Owen with a piledriver the same move he did to The Undertaker inside Hell in A Cell at Bad Blood, it's similar to what Owen did to Stone Cold at Summerslam, but Owen may have gotten a taste of his own medicine. Michaels grabs Owen and tosses him back in the ring in where the two continue to go back and forth. Michaels almost gets the win by hitting a cross body off the top rope but Owen kicks out at 2. Owen fights back and goes for a sleeper hold but Michaels hits a suplex and punches away at him. Michaels then tosses Owen into the buckle and whips him into the buckle nailing a beautiful dropkick but Owen kicks out at 2. Michaels snapmares Owen down and locks in a sleeper hold, Michaels has suddenly taken control of this back and forth match. Owen hits a few elbows on Michaels and nails a right hand and takes Michaels into the buckle and Michaels fights back and goes for a dropkick, but Owen hits a catapult and goes for the cover but Michaels kicks out at 2. Owen whips Michaels into the buckle but Michaels shoves Owen straight into the ringpost scooping The Rocket up and slamming him down and goes to the top rope hitting his signature elbow drop, but it looks like he may hit the Sweet Chin Music on Owen. Michaels goes for the superkick but Owen hits the enziguri. The same move that he injured Michaels with in 1995. Owen and Shawn are down. Owen goes for the cover but Michaels is able to kick out at 2. Then suddenly we see Stone Cold enter the ring and remember the restraining order between Stone Cold and Owen Hart, Owen Hart has a restraining order against Stone Cold, the commentators say that the restraining order will be lifted when Austin and Owen wrestle at the 1997 Survivor Series. Austin grabs the ref and hits the Stone Cold Stunner and that allows Michaels to hit the Sweet Chin Music on Owen, but wait a minute here comes Bret Hart and Bret is going at it with Shawn. Winner By DQ: Owen Hart
And just like last week, Bret and Shawn are picking up where they left off with the referee still down. Helmsley, Chyna and Rude both get in the ring and get Shawn out of safety to avoid another brawl with Bret. Shawn then picks up the microphone and says that he guesses Bret is as stupid as he looks for costing him the chance to become Intercontinental Champion and having their title for title match and also he blames Stone Cold Steve Austin, but he will deal with Austin in due time. But Bret, next week. He's got a big challenge for Bret, when Commissioner Slaughter picked Bret's match for Shawn and he chose Owen. Well, everyone's thinking Bret will take on Hunter Hearst Helmsley next week, but he will not take on Hunter, he's got someone bigger and badder, the man that was set on fire for 20 years by his deranged brother, The Undertaker. And is now in the World Wrestling Federation, and the man he is talking about that will make his in-ring debut because he approved that to Slaughter before the match started, Bret Hart will go one on one but just be glad his title will not be on the line, Bret will go one on one with Kane!. What?. Bret Hart vs Kane next week here on Monday Night RAW?. What a debut this will be for the Big Red Machine, his first in-ring match against the World Wrestling Federation Champion, then suddenly Kane's music hits as he appears on the rampway with Paul Bearer. Kane then stares down Bret and sets his pyros alight and he stares down Bret as RAW goes off the air.

The Nation have made a statement as of late; and kicked up some dirt. However; Steve Austin is the new target of the Nation. And that's gonna be fun seeing the road they go down even if it's similar to the one of our world. I still look forward to see the growth and flourishing of Steve Austin. The DX-Hart Family beef is paying off well; and I am on edge to see how Survivor Series 1997 will play out. Along with how if this Hart-DX feud will be larger then the one in our timeland. Kane's staredown with Hart was very icy to read; picturing those two. I am glad to see Kane get match with main eventer; I really am looking forward to those two facing off. The build up to the 5 on 5 was done very well tonight as well; and I think it's great asortment of mid-card and upper mid card. Really am looking forward to how this diary will progress into the early attitude era. I am glad to see you back; bro. However we see some more content hitting sooner rather later.

Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler are your hosts, they talk about tonight's big night as Kane will take on Bret Hart in a non-title match which will be right now, and also tonight. Speaking of Bret Hart, Shawn Michaels will have his state of opinion on Bret Hart just thirteen days before their match at Survivor Series.
Match 1: Non-Title Match Kane w/Paul Bearer vs Bret Hart Just 22 days ago, Kane made his debut in the World Wrestling Federation attacking his brother, The Undertaker who set him on fire 20 years ago. And tonight he makes his in-ring debut and what a big in ring debut it is as he takes on the WWF Champion Bret Hart. Hart does not seem intimidated by Kane. But as he takes off his ring attire. Kane does not hesistate going right for the WWF Champion as Kane just goes all over Bret with right hands. Bret however tries to fight back by hitting Kane with punches but Kane will not go down. Bret hits a dropkick but Kane still won't go on his feet. Bret runs off the ropes and nails Kane with a clothesline sending Kane over the top rope but just like his brother The Undertaker. Kane is landing on his feet. Bret gets on the apron and tries a cross body on Kane but Kane grabs Bret and throws him into the ringpost in which that gives Kane more leverage and momentum against Bret. Kane tosses Bret back in the ring in where Kane continues his dominance. Kane then stuns everybody by hitting a beautiful dropkick taking down the Hitman. Lawler and Ross are shocked of the amazingness of Kane. Kane heads to the top rope and hits a diving clothesline on Bret, kinda similar to what The Undertaker does. But Kane seems to be more agile than The Undertaker, Kane goes for the cover but Bret kicks out at 2. Kane then continues to dominate Bret by resting him down. Bret fights back and tries to put Kane down again but Kane throws him down and hits a big clothesline knocking the WWF Champion down but misses with the elbow drop. Bret heads to the top rope and hits Kane with a flying clothesline but Kane still won't go down. Bret kicks Kane in the gut and hits him with a few right hands and Bret begins to kick the legs of Kane. Bret runs off the ropes and hits a flying cross body on Kane and Kane finally goes down but look he just sat up. Bret kicks Kane in the gut and nails a russian leg sweep and goes for the cover but Kane is able to kick out. Kane then sits up. How is Kane able to get to his feet like this. Bret continues to punch away at Kane and goes for a suplex but Kane shoves him off and nails a boot to the face. Kane is setting Bret up for the chokeslam but Bret pokes the eyes of Kane and hits a piledriver on Kane. Paul Bearer gets on the apron but Bret punches him right in the face. The Fat Man deserved that one. Bret then grabs Kane by the legs and sets up for the sharpshooter. Bret has a little trouble getting the sharpshooter in on Kane and just as Bret rolls Kane over. Kane grabs Bret by the throat and gets to his feet and Kane nails the WWF Champion with a huge chokeslam. Kane then gets to his feet and is signaling for the Tombstone Piledriver. Bret gets to his feet and Kane scoops Bret up and goes straight for the Tombstone but Bret fights out of it and there is still fight left in the Hitman. Bret punches away at Kane and runs off the ropes and goes for a move but Kane catches him and hits the Tombstone Piledriver on the WWF Champion. Kane goes for the cover and shockingly enough, Kane gets his first win over the WWF Champion in his first ever RAW Match. Winner: Kane The commentators are in shock that in Kane's first RAW Match, he was able to defeat the WWF Champion. Paul Bearer instructs Kane to do more damage to Bret but just as he begins to do so, Bret's Hart Foundation members rush to the ring to go after Kane. They all begin to attack Kane but look at this Kane is not going down. Kane fights back and hits Neidhart with a chokeslam, Owen tries for an enziguri and connects with it but it doesn't take Kane off his feet. Kane then does the same thing he did to Neidhart by hitting the Intercontinental Champion with a chokeslam. Bulldog gets in the ring and begins to stare down the monster. Bulldog starts to punch away at Kane with right hands and looks to scoop Kane up for the running powerslam and Bulldog's got Kane. He just lifted Kane up, but Kane slides out of it and hits Bulldog with a uppercut. Kane then grabs the Bulldog and hits the Tombstone Piledriver on the Bulldog. What pure devastation by Kane. Not only in his first big win over the WWF Champion, but he has singlehandedly taken out the entire Hart Foundation. Bearer grabs a microphone and directs the message to The Undertaker saying that he hopes he was watching. Kane has just taken out the World Wrestling Federation Champion, But Paul Bearer's prophecy is not over yet. Because, last week. The Undertaker made a refusal to fight his own flesh and blood Kane, well The Undertaker will have no choice but to fight Kane and when The Undertaker does. Kane will make sure that The Undertaker never rests in peace, and Paul Bearer will enjoy it when Kane sends The Undertaker away from the World Wrestling Federation in a bodybag. Bearer then says that for that win that Kane did to Bret Hart. Shawn Michaels owes him one, if Shawn Michaels was to beat Bret Hart at Montreal at Survivor Series, then the least Michaels will do is give Kane a WWF Title Match. Because Kane wants to be the WWF Champion soon enough after they're done with The Undertaker, but at Survivor Series, Goldust will be next in line to be destroyed by Kane. And there is nothing nobody can do to stop Kane. Kane then sets his pyros alight as the commentators are stunned by Kane getting the victory over Bret Hart. (break) Clips are shown of moments ago with Kane getting the shocking win over the World Wrestling Federation Champion, and then the post-match dominance of Kane destroying the entire Hart Foundation. Match 2: Mark Henry w/The Nation of Domination vs Chainz w/The D.O.A. We go to a big shocking victory to an even more bigger match as Mark Henry of the Nation of Domination goes one on one with Chainz. Chainz goes to work on Henry with right hands but Henry just shoves him to the mat and Chainz goes right after him again and whips Henry off the ropes but Henry shoves him off the ropes and hits a body splash on Chainz. Henry dominates the match against Chainz but Chainz fights back and goes for a clothesline on Henry in where he brings the former Olympian to the mat. Chainz goes for the cover but Henry is able to kick out at 2. Henry fights back and hits a powerslam on Chainz. Henry then goes in for the splash but Chainz scoops Henry up and hits him with the bodyslam. Chainz goes for the cover again but Henry kicks out once more. Chainz goes for a flying shoulder block and he hits it. Chainz goes for a move but Henry grabs Chainz and hits a falling powerslam taking Chainz down to get the victory. Winner: Mark Henry After The Match, The Nation and the D.O.A. begin to brawl with the Nation getting the upper hand against the D.O.A., Ahmed Johnson begins to show up and starts to fight with members of the Nation, all hell has broken loose against these teams. Crush and Henry begin to fight on the outside and on the rampway. Crush hits Henry with a few right hands and goes for a powerbomb but Henry shoves him down and choke tosses him off the stage and Crush fell off the stage below. Crush may be injured, The Nation are able to get advantage over the DOA and Ahmed on the outside with officials and refs eventually able to stop them. (break) The Commentators talk about more matches happening later tonight, tonight it will be Terry Funk and Mankind going one on one in a WrestleMania rematch, but it won't be Hardcore. And The New Age Outlaws will defend the Tag Team Titles against Doug Furnas and Phillip Lafon. And plus, we will see Stone Cold Steve Austin. Match 3: Taka Michinoku vs Jerry Lynn What a debut for Jerry Lynn as he goes one on one with the new light heavyweight sensation, Taka Michinoku in a very good Light Heavyweight match. The commentators discuss the potential possibility that Sgt. Slaughter may come up, a title for the light heavyweights soon and that there may be a tournament for it. Lynn gets some good advantage against Michinoku and almost gets the win by hitting a suplex driver but Michinoku is able to kick out at 2. Michinoku fights back and hits Lynn with the Michinoku Driver to pick up the victory. Winner: Taka Michinoku (break) A video clip is shown of the feud between Stone Cold Steve Austin and Owen Hart set to "Killing in The Name" by Rage against The Machine. The song fades out with Owen Hart hitting the Tombstone Piledriver on Stone Cold Steve Austin, but the song returns with Stone Cold defying authority and hitting the Stone Cold Stunner on Mr. McMahon on September 22, 1997. Stone Cold's music plays in the arena as he makes his way down to ringside. Austin will be returning to the ring on November 9, 1997 looking for revenge on Owen Hart cause of what Owen did at Summerslam. Austin picks up the microphone and says that he came out here looking for a fight, but that's not what he's here to do right now. The first thing he wants to talk about is Owen Hart. Austin says that he will give the devil his due, Owen Hart is one hell of the toughest son of a bitch in the World Wrestling Federation. At Summerslam, he had Stone Cold's respect but dropping him on his head was the worst thing that Owen had ever done. Owen claimed that it was an accident, but all of a sudden, he sat there and said that he would do it again. Although the Intercontinental Championship is without a doubt the workhorse championship in the WWF. He won't be concerned about that after he beats Owen Hart's ass at Survivor Series and gets payback on him. Because he's already won two titles under his belts in the WWF. The 1996 King of The Ring and becoming a Tag Team Champion twice and one Intercontinental Championship under his belt. He knows that after he beats Owen Hart's ass at Survivor Series. The Intercontinental Title will once again be his, Austin says that he wants Owen to know this. Owen dropped him on his head, but at Survivor Series. Austin will drop Owen not on his head, but on his back and when he looks at the lights. He will know that Austin 3:16 says I just whooped your ass. Austin says that with or without the Intercontinental Championship. He can guarantee that Owen Hart will not survive the Survivor Series. Cause there will be No Way Out for Owen Hart, just as Austin continues to go on. The Nation's music plays as Faarooq and the rest of his group shows up. Faarooq says that he has warned Austin time and time again not to give involved in their business. But last week, Austin went too far when he decided to stun Faarooq and cost him his match against Bret Hart. Austin should bow down to The Nation for this and apologize to him for what he did last week or else The Nation will walk up that ramp and kick Austin's ass all the way to Texas and injure his neck permanately for good so that Austin doesn't make it to the Survivor Series. Austin says that he will let the Nation in on this. As soon as Survivor Series is over and if the Nation still have a personal issue with the Texas Rattlesnake. Well after Survivor Series, he's going to take the personal issue and stick it right up the Nation's ass. Austin says that if anyone son of a bitches want to step up, he challenges them to step up and flush the commode. The Nation begin to think it over and just as all 5 men get in the ring to go straight for Austin. Ahmed Johnson and D.O.A. sans Crush show up to attack The Nation. The commentators state that Crush will not be participating in the Survivor Series Elimination Match cause of his injuries. D' Lo eventually gets in the ring but Austin kicks him in the gut and hits him with the Stone Cold Stunner. Austin just stunned the hell out of D' Lo. Austin has sent a message to Owen Hart just 13 days before the Survivor Series, but will Austin be the Intercontinental Champion for the second straight time tonight, the brawl between the NOD and Ahmed and the DOA is still going on with Austin leaving the ring as RAW takes another commercial break. (break) Backstage, Shawn Michaels, Triple H and Chyna are all backstage with the Commentators asking what Michaels is going to say for the Hitman tonight. Michaels says that he has requested that Triple H, Chyna and Rick Rude will not be joining him, because he doesn't want them to get involved and he hopes that Bret has done the same thing with the Hart Foundation, because he has a lot of things to say to The Hitman before the Survivor Series. Match 4: Goldust w/Marlena vs Tony Williams Yes, Marlena two weeks ago after recovering from the Tombstone Piledriver by Kane is back in Goldust's side. Goldust completely squashes this match against Williams, It seems like Goldust is wanting to gain a lot of momentum before Survivor Series as he takes on Kane who completely defeated the WWF Champion Bret Hart tonight. Goldust gets the win by hitting the Curtain Call on Williams to get the victory. Winner: Goldust Goldust gets on the microphone and says that at Bad Blood, we saw a monster. A monster known as Kane that was set on fire by his brother The Undertaker 20 years ago. Weeks ago, Kane came in and destroyed Goldust and his wife. Kane put his hands on his wife and Kane made it really personal. Goldust does another movie quote "You Were Good, Kane. Real Good. But as long as I'm around, you'll always be second best, see?. The 1994 movie "Mask". Goldust says that at Survivor Series, Kane will never forget the name of Goldust. Real serious words by Goldust, but then the lights go out and then they come back on to reveal Kane and Paul Bearer at the stage with Bearer picking up the microphone. Bearer says that so Kane will never forget the name of Goldust. Well guess what, Goldie. Kane will never forget the name, but Goldust may never forget the name of Kane, because at Survivor Series, just like he did to Bret Hart tonight. Goldust is going to go down straight in flames. Kane sets his pyros off the stage as Goldust stares him down.
Match 5: WWF Tag Team Championship Match The New Age Outlaws vs Doug Furnas and Phillip Lafon Last Week, Doug Furnas got the one on one victory over The Road Dogg. But the Tag Team Championship is on the line with The Outlaws taking on Furnas and Lafon. Furnas and Lafon get the advantage over the Outlaws as they take them down with double dropkicks and they continue to maintain the momentum. But Gunn and Dogg are able to fight back against Furnas and Lafon. The Outlaws do a good job of wearing down Lafon, but Lafon makes the hot tag to Furnas with Furnas hitting a double dropkick on both The New Age Outlaws. Furnas continues to gain the momentum and this is a back and forth match, Furnas and Lafon are close to victory, but wait a minute here comes Hunter Hearst Helmsley and Chyna. Helmsley distracts the team allowing The New Age Outlaws to get the victory with Gunn hitting the famouser on Furnas, and don't forget. At the 1997 Survivor Series, The New Age Outlaws will team with Hunter Hearst Helmsley & Kurrgan to take on Team Canada in a 8-Man Tag Team Elimination Match. Winners and Still WWF Tag Team Champions: The New Age Outlaws After The Match, Helmsley gets in the ring to help The New Age Outlaws attack Furnas and Lafon until The British Bulldog and Jim Neidhart come out and they are still banged up from what happened against Kane earlier tonight. Bulldog and Neidhart eventually get the upper hand and it's a four on three until Kurrgan enters the ring, the big gun has shown up and gains the advantage for Helmsley and The Outlaws. Kurrgan hits the claw hold on Bulldog while Helmsley hits Furnas with the pedigree. And Team Helmsley are standing tall, but will they stand tall at the 1997 Survivor Series? (break) Match 6: Mankind vs Terry Funk This has been the feud of 1997, at WrestleMania 13 in Chicago. Mankind and Terry Funk put one hell of a hardcore battle behind them, but they are going to go one on one once again here tonight. Just before Funk makes his entrance. Mankind tells the referee to not to ring for the bell if they use a weapon. Sgt. Slaughter then comes in and tells the referee to relax the rules. They can use whatever they want. Funk and Mankind start to exchange blows with one another and this is going to be a hell of a match similar to WrestleMania. Funk grabs a cookie sheet and goes to hit Mankind in the face with it but Mankind nails a drop toe hold sending Funk into the steel steps. Mankind starts to use the cookie sheet and hits Funk in the face with it, so it looks like this match is a No Disqualifaction Match. Lawler says that Mankind and Funk are both idiots, the referee is not also counting these men out. So it looks like the referee is just letting these two get it on. Funk is able to gain the upper hand on Mankind by using a fire extinguisher by spraying Mankind in the face with it. Funk gets in the ring and Mankind gets back with him as well. These two begin to exchange blows and continue to use weapons with one another. Mankind gets a table out and looks to place Funk into it as he goes to the top rope but wait a minute here comes Dan Severn, Sycho Sid, Jeff Jarrett and Brian Christopher. They shove Funk off, and it's now a 5 on 1 against Mankind. They begin to use weapons on Mankind including a 2X4. But suddenly Ken Shamrock, Vader, Marc Mero and Steve Blackman run out to make the save. It also looks like Blackman has weapons as well, numchucks, The Nunchucks are enough to keep Team Severn at bay. But what a war this is going to be at the Survivor Series when Team Severn and Team Shamrock are on a collision course and they go nose to nose. Winner: Draw
Backstage. Bret Hart is walking with a purpose, it looks like Bret has accepted Shawn's invitation to go nose to nose, not for a fight, but just for a talk. Will tensions Explode between the two just before the 1997 Survivor Series?.
(break) Back from RAW and Shawn Michaels is in the ring, but as Shawn is in the ring, the commentators say that next week. The British Bulldog has challenged Hunter Hearst Helmsley for a rematch for the WWF European Championship, and The British Bulldog will get his rematch clause as he takes on Hunter Hearst Helmsley for the European Title next week on RAW is WAR. Michaels has a microphone in hand and says that as much as he and Triple H are friends. He doesn't want Chyna, him or Rude to be with him because he wants to do this by himself, see Bret Hart claims that he is the best there is, the best there was and the best there ever will be. Well the last time we saw Bret Hart was tonight flat on his back when Kane defeated him in the middle of the ring, 1. 2. 3. Michaels then says about Paul Bearer's warning. Michaels says that should he be the World Wrestling Federation Champion at the Survivor Series. Then he will consider giving Kane his fair share because after all it was Kane that helped him out at Bad Blood defeat The Undertaker inside Hell in A Cell. But Michaels will give Kane the fair share by offering him a title match that is if he makes it past Goldust. Michaels says that he's now heard the rumours that him and Bret will face off at the 1997 Survivor Series one last time, and yes the rumours are true this is going to be the last time that the two will ever face off again. And so, he wants Bret Hart in the ring because he's got a lot of things to say. Bret Hart's music plays as he makes his way to the ring on his own as well. Bret has a microphone of his own and tells Shawn that's real nice that Shawn is campaigning to give superstars title matches and opportunities when he knows he is going to lose. But he knows that Shawn wanted him in this ring, well he's here so this better be damn good. Shawn says that he is going to keep this short and sweet, him and Bret have been here for many years here in the World Wrestling Federation, see while Bret started his career in the 1970's in his Father's Dungeon, Shawn was just a kid wanting to idolize his dream and he did that at the age of 12 wanting to become a professional wrestler, he competed in a talent show with fake blood. His football school career started at the age of 6. And while Bret was out of that dungeon and wrestling in Stampede Wrestling in 1976. He stayed in school and as he graduated in school. Bret was already making a name for himself in the World Wrestling Federation, Vince McMahon, the creative genius bought out his father's promotion so that he could bring Bret Hart, Davey Boy Smith, Dynamite Kid and all the other canadians to the World Wrestling Federation. But one day, just one day when Shawn figured out that college life was not going to work out for him. He wanted to be a wrestler and that's where his start began in the NWA, The Mid-South Wrestling Territory. And that is where he and Marty Jannetty gained success, he became a Tag Team Champion. Just 2 years before Bret could call himself a Tag Team Champion when he was in a tag team with Jim Neidhart in 1987. Michaels says that he and Jannetty traveled all over the world in The Texas All Star Wrestling and in the AWA. They became the AWA Tag Team Champions, and then while The Hart Foundation rose to the top of the World Wrestling Federation Tag Team Division. The Rockers were about to come in, but then in an odd twist of fate. Vince McMahon decided two weeks later that there was no use for Shawn Michaels and Marty Jannetty, and they went back to AWA to become Tag Team Champions again, so that left all the fans's doubt that Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart would never face off in 1987. But then low and behold, Shawn Michaels got his second chance in 1988. While The Hart Foundation and the Rockers were dragging around the Tag Team Ranks going over Demolition, The Bulldogs, The Rougeau Brothers and all the others. There was superstars in Singles Ranks, Hulk Hogan, Andre The Giant, Randy Savage, Ultimate Warrior and every single one of them. They came up to Shawn and Bret backstage saying that they would never be as good as them once the 1980's were done. But they were wrong, were they Hitman?. By the start of the 1990's. Bret's team and Shawn's team began to flounder, 1991. Bret won the Intercontinental Championship at Madison Square Garden over Mr. Perfect, a great wrestler he's competed against. But where was Shawn, still with Marty Jannetty, and for that. He had to make a choice, either be a singles wrestler or become a nobody as a tag team, and although they never got their taste at the Tag Team Championship. They were still The Rockers, but Shawn wanted to let Marty go, so January of 1992, The Rockers were no more because Shawn turned his back on Marty Jannetty and Bret was still the Intercontinental Champion. Michaels says that when he brought Sensational Sherri as a manager, it made his career go up higher and higher. But Bret's was more higher, higher and higher. After Bret lost the Intercontinental Title, Bret wanted something else. The World Wrestling Federation Championship, and he got it. Shawn says that he remembers the first time he and Bret faced off, The 1992 Survivor Series. The folks of the 1980's said that they would never main event in the 1990's. They lied and they were wrong. But now things changed and Shawn had the Intercontinental Championship with him. Shawn says that Bret was lucky to have a victory over Shawn because Bret knows in his mind that Shawn could've beaten him and make him a short-term champion, he should've been the only one on the first Monday Night RAW with both the Intercontinental Championship and the WWF Championship around his waist, but it was about Bret's ego, but as the years grew. So too did their accomplishments. The 1994 King of The Ring was The Hitman while Shawn was a Tag Team Champion with his good buddy, Kevin Nash known as AKA Diesel. And then another WWF Championship came from the Hitman two months later, Bret had his run as champion longer than anybody in this business, but who had his number in 1996?. After coming back from a career ending injury that his brother Owen almost put him in near retirement, he came back to win the 1996 Royal Rumble Match and beat Bret Hart in the greatest match of all time at WrestleMania 12 and now he was in charge of the throne, and although he lost the belt. He proved that he is better than Bret. He proved that he can beat Bret, and at the Survivor Series, he knows in his heart that he can beat Bret Hart. Bret replies by saying that he rests his case on that one, all the things that Shawn has said are true, and some of them are false. Because yes, he is a 4-time World Wrestling Federation Champion and he's lost that belt three times in his career. One was to The Undertaker at WrestleMania 9, One was to Razor Ramon at WrestleMania 11 and one was indeed to Shawn at WrestleMania 12. Bret says that WrestleMania has been his dream to stay the World Wrestling Federation Champion, but Shawn took everything away from him that night, and that's why he holds a grudge against that. At Judgment Day, Bret won the match against Shawn, but it is still not enough to hold that grudge forever. Bret says that their careers have been intertwined for so long. Bret says that he and Shawn both are 2 time Intercontinental Champions and 2 time Tag Team Champions. They've accomplished everything there is to gain. Bret says that moment at WrestleMania 12 when he walked out on his so called American Fans. He wanted Shawn to see if he had the guts to be champion for one long year, but he just couldn't do it. Because everybody knows what happened at Summerslam 1996 when Vader took his title. And Shawn's obsession with being World Wrestling Federation Champion nearly caused him to lose his smile, probably. Shawn was losing the title on purpose because Bret knew that he was going to come back to get his rematch clause down the line. Shawn says that Bret's right. He did lose the title on purpose and he did lose his smile because he was too scared and too chickencrapto face Bret at WrestleMania 13. And that's why in December of last year, he cost him the World Wrestling Federation Championship, he could've done the same thing at Summerslam. But he didn't. Bret doesn't even the honor and class to be a champion like last week when he vandalized The Nation of Domination's locker room. And he sure as hell didn't have the class last March when he shoved Vince McMahon around and when he shoved Authority around and humbled and humilated Stone Cold Steve Austin at WrestleMania 13. That's a champion that does not have the integrity or decency as a human being to have that championship. A Championship that has been worn by some of the greats in the World Wrestling Federation. Bret tells Shawn to shut his damn mouth for once, ever since 1988, he's always heard since Shawn came to the World Wrestling Federation, who would be the better star in the World Wrestling Federation, Bret Hart or Shawn Michaels?. Well Bret thinks the fans will agree with it whether they want to admit it or not. But he thinks that he is the better star than Shawn Michaels because Bret beat his ass three times on PPV. 1992 Survivor Series, 1994 Ground Zero and 1997 Judgment Day. And the reason why Shawn says that it's the last time him and Bret are probably ever going to wrestle, Shawn is right on that one. And whether or not he leaves Montreal with or without the World Wrestling Federation Championship. He will go to that Atlanta Organization and kick his best friends's ass maybe and not only that he could take the World Wrestling Federation Championship with him as well so that Shawn, Vince and the WWF will have the look on their face when the WWF Championship is on another show. Shawn says that he hates to disappoint Bret because the last time somebody came in that show with a WWF Championship, they threw the belt in the garbage. But he will not give Bret the satisfaction of taking the World Wrestling Federation Championship to that show at Survivor Series. He is going to have to die trying if it means taking that belt from him and making sure Bret has his final goodbye in Montreal. Cause his fans are going to be really disappointed and his family are going to be embarassed and humilated crying because he already humilated and embarassed his family once when he had Sunny Days. Bret says that if Shawn's really bringing it up again. Shawn says that he's damn right and why he got suspended for it is because Shawn found out the truth to all the boys in the locker room. Bret says that he may have embarassed his family by mentioning Sunny once, but all has been forgiven in the family home. Bret says that he will never forgive Shawn for saying that name. Bret says that it's time not to talk about the past, they were here tonight to talk about their accomplishments. Bret says that he wants to stay WWF Champion at whatever cost, he doesn't want to take the belt to that Atlanta place because people are going to think he's crazy for it. Bret says that at the Survivor Series, he just doesn't want no excuses from Shawn. He just wants a damn good match, a match that they had at WrestleMania 12. A match that will go down, because one way or another whether he leaves the WWF, he wants to come out victorious and he wants to go home and drop the belt the next night so that he can move on to another brand while Shawn and his boys will probably sit there being the DeGenerates and the Ass Kissers that they are and the Arrogant Fraternity College boys and like High School Bullies as well. Shawn says that the one thing that he and Bret have shared is what it comes down to, who is really going to be the best of the WWF after Survivor Series is over. So Bret can plan the final days in the World Wrestling Federation. His final days as Champion, because every career in the World Wrestling Federation must be over. People like Hulk Hogan, Randy Savage, Andre The Giant, Ric Flair and all of the other guys. They all have experienced it first hand. Shawn says that he needs to beat Bret more than anything. He needs to prove that his win at WrestleMania 12 was not the easy way out. He needs to prove more than anything why he is truly called The Superstar of the 90's. And why he is the Showstopper, The Heartbreak Kid, The Main Eventer, The Icon that can totally still go. Because Nobody said that he would be the first of everything, Ladder Matches, Hell in A Cell Matches and all the other stipulations that they have thrown at him. All the other superstars that he's beaten. All the other superstars that have kicked his ass but in the end, he stood tall, with or without a singles championship. Shawn says that he wants to be the man to end Bret Hart's WWF run at Survivor Series, why because he can. Bret says that Shawn can say what he wants, but it's not going to change the fact that yes they will have a good match, and yes. He's confident about this, he's got what it takes to beat Shawn. For many years, Bret has had Shawn's number and at Survivor Series, he is going to keep it because of all the superstars and all of the many challenges he went through in the World Wrestling Federation. This is what has come down to, Bret says that he's going to give it his all in there and he just hopes that Shawn gives it his all too. Bret says that his motto stands for "The Best There Is, The Best There Was and The Best There Ever Will Be" was always his catchphrase. But at Survivor Series, we are really going to find out who the best there is, the best there was and the best there ever will be. Bret and Shawn then go face to face with one another as they continue to exchange words as RAW goes off the air with that historic promo the two cut on one another just thirteen days before the Survivor Series.

Note: Before I start, I want to say that Nitro Quick Results have been put on hold after the Survivor Series. WWF RAW IS WAR - November 3. 1997
A clip is shown of the confrontation between Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart, Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler are your hosts for the show, they say that Shawn and Bret are not going to be here tonight because of their match at Survivor Series, but later tonight, there will be a video clip featuring the two, but in tonight's big main event, it will be Hunter Hearst Helmsley taking on The British Bulldog for the WWF European Championship. the commentators also say that Kane may be here tonight and question who is he going to strike tonight, and plus Stone Cold Steve Austin is also here as well. Match 1: Vader w/Ken Shamrock, Steve Blackman, Mankind, Marc Mero and Sable vs Jeff Jarrett w/Sycho Sid, Dan Severn, Brian Christopher, Terry Funk and Jim Cornette. What a match to kick off RAW is WAR between Jeff Jarrett and former 2-time WWF Champion Vader, Jarrett gets some offense against the big man but Vader throws Jarrett down to the mat and hits a big clothesline taking the former Intercontinental Champion down. Jarrett eventually rakes the eyes against Vader and tries to go for the legs, the commentators have stated that Jarrett has had a new attitude ever since returning to the World Wrestling Federation. Vader makes a comeback in the match and almost gets the win at one point as he hits a powerbomb on Jarrett and almost goes to the top rope, but Dan Severn surprises him with a clothesline to the back and the referee was distracted by Jim Cornette and that allows Jarrett to hit the figure-four leg lock on the former WWF Champion and the former WWF Champion has no choice but to tap out. Jarrett has won the match, but with highway robbery. Winner: Jeff Jarrett
After the Match, Team Jarrett starts to run away while Team Shamrock checks on Vader, but the question is who will survive the Survivor Series between Team Jarrett and Team Shamrock?. A video clip is shown of Kane's destruction ever since he debuted at Bad Blood, and The Undertaker's words echoing two weeks ago saying that he would never fight his own flesh and blood. And plus, Kane attacking Goldust and his wife Marlena with Goldust challenging Kane to a match at Survivor Series. (break) Match 2: Tag Team Match The Headbangers vs The Legion of Doom The Legion of Doom are not featured at the Survivor Series, but they have a good wave of momentum hopefully if they can beat The Headbangers tonight. This is an okay Tag Team Match for the most part, The LOD look to get the win by hitting the Doomsday Device, but suddenly they are distracted by The New Age Outlaws's music as they come out and they are wearing the LOD's gear. And that allows Thrasher to sneak up behind Hawk and roll him up to get the victory. What a distraction by The New Age Outlaws to give The Headbangers the victory. Winners: The Headbangers Before RAW goes to break, the commentators announce that Sycho Sid will face Ken Shamrock one on one tonight and also we will hear from The Rattlesnake as well, but coming up next is the RAW debut of Steve Blackman. (break) Match 3: Steve Blackman vs Tiger Ali Singh Tiger Ali Singh does not have his managers here tonight after that brutal attack by Kane two weeks ago, but this is the debut of the Lethal Weapon Steve Blackman, Blackman shows off his quickness and toughness in this match, Singh has a good effort but cannot follow up on the kicks and educated feet of Blackman. Blackman locks in the Dragon Sleeper to make Singh tap out. And what a victory for the Lethal Weapon Steve Blackman, but will Blackman be the sole survivor at the 1997 Survivor Series for his team? Winner: Steve Blackman (break) Kevin Kelly is in the ring looking to interview Stone Cold Steve Austin who makes his way to the ring. Austin has six days to take on Owen Hart for the Intercontinental Championship and he wants his revenge against Owen who almost tried to take his career away at Summerslam. Kelly gets on the mic and says that this has been personal between Stone Cold and Owen Hart. Austin says that Kelly's damn right, it's been personal ever since Summerslam. After all the months of raising hell against official, after what the doctor said that Austin couldn't wrestle. He is going to prove the WWF wrong and the doctor wrong because ever since he handed Owen the Intercontinental Title at Bad Blood. He has waited three damn months to take Owen Hart out just like that. He says that Montreal may be The Hart Foundation's hometown, but after that. It will be Austin 3:16 Territory when he gets handed the Intercontinental Championship. Austin says that Vince McMahon and everyone may hold a vendetta against him just because he uses colorful language and just because he can do what he wants because he is the 1996 King of The Ring and because he busted his ass for seven years in a company that didn't have nothing for him, Austin says that he came to the WWF two years ago to be the best and yes, he's beaten the best. He's beaten Bret Hart, but the one thing he has not gotten to yet and that's the World Wrestling Federation Championship. Austin says that after he wins the Intercontinental Championship, Shawn Michaels or Bret Hart better have a set of balls because he's coming for that World Title and there's not a damn thing anyone in the WWF can do about it. Austin then addresses The Nation saying that he's going to come right for them too. Because if Faarooq wants to bring in his Nation after him, he's going to open up a six pack of whoopass on their front door because they pissed off Stone Cold Steve Austin and Stone Cold is the last guy that they wanna piss off. Because if they mess with Stone Cold at Survivor Series, he will open up the biggest can of whoopass on not only The Hart Foundation, but on the Nation of Domination. Austin says that like he said last week there will be Hell to Pay when the bell rings, and there will be no way out for Owen Hart, either way when he walks out Intercontinental Champion, or doesn't walk out Champion. The only way that he goes to hell is that Owen Hart goes to hell with him. And that's the bottom line cause Stone Cold said so. (Break) Match 4: Ken Shamrock vs Sycho Sid We are told that Shamrock and Sid's partners will not be allowed at ringside. So this match should be a good fair fight between these two competitors. Shamrock starts the match off by locking up with Sid but Sid a veteran in his craft throws Shamrock down and tries a move on Shamrock but Shamrock stings Sid with right hands and hits a dropkick and Sid gets taken down. Sid gets up only to receive an armdrag and a hip toss takedown by Shamrock. Sid battles back and hits a sidewalk slam on Shamrock and goes for the cover but Shamrock is able to kick out. Sid continues the momentum but Shamrock is able to battle back and hits a Fisherman's Suplex taking down Sid. Sid eventually battles back and hits a chokeslam on the World's Most Dangerous Man, but just as Sid is able to put Shamrock away. The lights go out once again, and Kane's music plays in the arena as he comes out with Paul Bearer. Kane is here, through hell fire and brimstone. Kane gets in the ring and we see the first ever face to face confrontation between Kane and Sid. Sid begins to hammer away at Kane with right hands and none do not faze the monster. Sid whips Kane into the ropes and goes for a clothesline but Kane ducks and hits Sid with one of The Undertaker's diving clotheslines of his own and the referee has no choice but to call for the bell. Winner: Draw
Last week, it was Bret Hart. But now it looks like Kane is targeting another main event competitor. Kane begins his physical assault on Sycho Sid and turns his attention to the World's Most Dangerous Man. Shamrock however fights back and surprises Kane with a Belly to Belly Suplex but wait a minute Kane just sat up after going down. Shamrock tries a dropkick but Kane catches him and powerslams him down to the mat. Kane then sees Sid up and hits a chokeslam taking him down. Kane then picks Shamrock up and hits the Tombstone Piledriver, And could that be the fate of Goldust at the Survivor Series?. Kane sets his pyros alight, but look at the carnage Kane has done to Sycho Sid and Ken Shamrock. Can this man be stopped?.
(break) Michael Cole interviews Hunter Hearst Helmsley with Chyna and Rick Rude at her side for his European Championship Match against The British Bulldog. Helmsley says that his good friend Shawn Michaels isn't here because he is prepared for the Survivor Series so that he can wipe the floor with that Hitman Bret Hart and show Bret who a real World Champion is. But he's got his own agenda tonight and that's The British Bulldog. Helmsley says that the whole world saw what happened at Bad Blood when he had The Bulldog down and out, but tonight will be a different story because he will hang on to the European Championship and show The British Bulldog what a real man is like and that Bulldog's wife Diana will have someone bigger to take care of cause he has it on good authority that Bulldog can't hang in the bed with her anymore it's all because she is alone. And Helmsley will be there to provide something for Diana when he gets through with her husband.
Match 5: Chainz w/The D.O.A. (8-Ball, Skull & Ahmed Johnson) vs D' Lo Brown w/The Nation This is not a bad match between Chainz and D' Lo Brown but the match ends a little quicker than 3 minutes as the Nation run in to attack Chainz but 8-Ball, Skull and Ahmed Johnson come out to help. Winner: Draw The DOA & Ahmed are at a 5 on 4 disadvantage against The Nation, but suddenly The Lights Go Out in the arena and the fans are sensing another Kane appearance. The commentators assume Kane is back to do more damage, but The Undertaker's gong hits and the lights come back on and The Undertaker is there behind The Nation. Taker starts to go right after them one by one, it looks like The Undertaker has volunteered to help The DOA and Ahmed Johnson, The Undertaker might possibly be the fifth member to join Team DOA. Taker picks up the 400-pound Henry and chokeslams him to the mat and nails Kama with another Chokeslam. So it looks like The Deadman will be the fifth partner for the 1997 Survivor Series as he does the cut throat motion to the Nation. The Nation may not only have problems with the D.O.A., Ahmed Johnson and Stone Cold Steve Austin, but The Undertaker as well. (break) Match 6: WWF European Championship Match Hunter Hearst Helmsley w/Chyna & Rick Rude vs The British Bulldog This is the rematch from Bad Blood, of course Bulldog wants to get redemption over Helmsley of what happened that night, but he must have heard the words Helmsley said to his wife. Bulldog rushes the ring and goes right for Helmsley knocking him down with a clothesline. Helmsley fights back against The Bulldog and the fight spills to the outside with Bulldog and Helmsley going at it with each other but Bulldog tosses Helmsley back in the ring. Bulldog gains the momentum in this match and almost gets the win by hitting a vertical suplex but Helmsley kicks out at two. Helmsley battles back and rakes the eyes against The Bulldog and hits a clothesline and continues his onslaught on The Bulldog by going for the back. The commentators discuss that Helmsley has been on a mean streak since he joined Shawn Michaels and Rick Rude. Bulldog tries to fight back but Helmsley slows down his momentum by hitting a high knee on Bulldog. Helmsley goes for the cover but Bulldog kicks out at 2 again. Bulldog fights back and heads to the top rope hitting a cross body on Helmsley but Helmsley is able to kick out again at 2. And what a back and forth match between these two. Helmsley is able to fight back by hitting a DDT on Bulldog. Helmsley goes for the spinebuster but Bulldog hits a military press slam on Helmsley taking him down but Helmsley kicks out once more at 2. Bulldog sets up for the Running Powerslam, he tries to go for it but Helmsley shoves him right into the referee and the referee goes down and Helmsley hits the Spinebuster on Bulldog. Helmsley picks up the European Title Belt and tries to hit Bulldog with it but Bulldog hits an atomic drop and nails him with a clothesline. Bulldog grabs the European Title Belt and looks to strike Helmsley with it but Helmsley rolls out of the way and goes for a pedigree but Bulldog catapults him to the canvas into the turnbuckle and Bulldog goes for the Running Powerslam and he connects with it, but wait a minute here come The Outlaws. The Outlaws rush the ring but Bulldog sees them and hits them with clotheslines and tosses both Road Dogg and Billy Gunn over the top rope, but wait a minute Kurrgan comes from behind and hits the Iron Claw on the former European Champion. Kurrgan then shoves Bulldog into the arms of Helmsley, The Bulldog is out of it and Helmsley hits the Pedigree on Bulldog and the referee comes to and Helmsley pins The Bulldog to get the win and retain the WWF European Championship. Winner and Still WWF European Champion: Hunter Hearst Helmsley After the Match, Helmsley and his team attack The Bulldog but then suddenly Jim Neidhart, Doug Furnas and Phillip Lafon come to the ring to chase them off and they check on The Bulldog, but what a war this is going to be at the Survivor Series with Helmsley's Team vs The Bulldog's Team.
(break) Back from Break and the commentators are talking about the big main event at the 1997 Survivor Series between Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart. Lawler says that one way or another this is going to be the final encounter for these two competitors and one's career is going to end. Ross says that this match could change the landscape of the WWF as we know it as they show us the Video Clip. The Piano Intro begins to "November Rain" by Guns N' Roses with Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart standing closer to each other in March of 1997 with some soundbites by commentators talking about Shawn and Bret. "THESE TWO MEN ARE HERE FOR THE SAME REASON, AND THAT IS BE THE BEST IN THE WORLD WRESTLING FEDERATION" As the drums pick up on November Rain, we hear Helmsley voicing to Shawn Michaels
"WHO IS THE ICON?" "ME" Then it switches to Bret's voice saying shouting down Vince McMahon on March 17, 1997

ALL MINE"" More side by Side Mirrors are shown of both Bret and Shawn holding the WWF Championship Belt at the same time. "SO, IF YOU WANT TO LOVE ME, THEN, DARLIN, DON'T REFRAIN" More side by side mirrors are shown of both Bret and Shawn having fun with the kids with Bret handing a kid his sunglasses and high fiving him. "OR I'LL JUST END UP WALKING IN THE COLD NOVEMBER RAIN"
A clip is then shown of Bret pulling his straps down at WrestleMania 12 after losing to Shawn Michaels. "DO YOU NEED SOME TIME ON YOUR OWN?" A clip is shown of Shawn Michaels waving goodbye to the fans on February 13, 1997 with his "I Lost My Smile" Speech "DO YOU NEED SOME TIME ALL ALONE?" Another clip is shown of Bret in his locker room dejected after losing to Shawn at WrestleMania 12.
"EVERYBODY NEEDS SOME TIME ON THEIR OWN"
It shows a clip again of Shawn leaving the arena on February 13, 1997 "DON'T YOU KNOW YOU NEED SOME TIME ALL ALONE?" Then the drums rise up in a split screen mirror with Shawn and Bret both walking to the ring "I KNOW IT'S HARD TO KEEP AN OPEN HEART"
A clip is shown of Shawn Michaels returning to win the 1996 Royal Rumble and also Bret returning at Buried Alive last year.

Split-screen mirrors are shown of Michaels, Helmsley and Chyna together and The Hart Foundation together as well. "BUT IF YOU CAN HEAL A BROKEN HEART"
A clip is then shown of Shawn raising his hands up with the WWF Title around his waist at WrestleMania 12. "WOULDN'T TIME BE OUT TO CHARM YOU?
Another clip is shown of Bret winning the WWF Title at Summerslam 1994 over Lex Luger. Then the scene cuts to the famous Guitar Solo by Slash on the November Rain Video with Shawn and Bret's images on the sky. and goes into Shawn and Bret fighting the likes of Undertaker. Mr. Perfect, Kevin Nash, Scott Hall and among others. "SOMETIMES I NEED SOME TIME ON MY OWN"
Clips are shown of Shawn Michaels bleeding at Bad Blood 1997 at Hell in A Cell in the ring by himself. "SOMETIMES I NEED SOME TIME ALL ALONE"

Goes to another clip of Shawn in the ring at WrestleMania 1995 doing his pre-match entrance. "DON'T YOU KNOW YOU NEED SOME TIME ALL ALONE?"
It goes to another clip of Bret upset after losing the 1997 Royal Rumble grabbing Vince McMahon by his tie. The Guitar Solo is once again played, but this time Shawn and Bret are talking with Shawn making a statement on March 24, 1997.
"JUST BECAUSE I CHOOSE TO LIVE MY LIFE FREELY AND OPENLY DOES NOT MAKE YOU A BETTER MAN" With Shawn's words, the pictures go to Shawn Michaels wrestling superstars and doing dances in the ring and taking off his ring gear and descending from the rafters at WrestleMania 12.
"THIS HERE IS WHAT IT'S ALL ABOUT AND UNTIL YOU HAVE THIS YOU CAN NEVER BEAT ME" Clips are shown of Bret winning Championships and making his entrances after Bret's words on October 1997. "AND WHEN YOUR FEARS SUBSIDE AND SHADOWS STILL REMAIN"

It shows Bret hugging his father Stu after Bret won his third WWF Title at the 1996 Royal Rumble. "SO NEVER MIND THE DARKNESS, WE STILL CAN FIND A WAY" It goes to clips of Bret and Shawn shaking hands presumably in the summer of 1995 in a Dark Tag Team Match.
"CAUSE NOTHING LASTS FOREVER EVEN COLD NOVEMBER RAIN" The verse leads to Bret and Shawn's clips of them fighting wrestlers and winning matches with JR's voice saying this. "WHETHER YOU LOVE SHAWN MICHAELS OR YOU HATE HIM, IT'S REALLY IRRELEVANT. HE'S A MAGNIFICENT ATHLETE WITH A TREMENDOUS FIGHTING SPIRIT" Then it cuts to Bret Hart with Vince McMahon's voice.
"BRET HART, THE GREATEST PERHAPS IN THE INDUSTRY OF THE WORLD WRESTLING FEDERATION, 4-TIME WWF CHAMPION, 2-TIME INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPION AND 2-TIME TAG TEAM CHAMPION IN THE WORLD WRESTLING FEDERATION.
Then the song starts to end, but then it goes back in with Bret and Shawn both squaring off to each other. "THIS IS ABOUT TO GET INTENSE BETWEEN THESE TWO, QUITE POSSIBLY WE HAVE WAITED FOR THIS FOR YEARS TO COME" It goes to Bret and Shawn exchanging blows with the Third Guitar Solo playing in the background, then it goes to Shawn's words from Last Week.
"I WILL DIE TRYING TO TAKE THAT CHAMPIONSHIP EVEN IF IT'S IN YOUR HOMETOWN" Then it goes to Bret's voice saying to Shawn
"IT'S GOING TO BE THE LAST TIME YOU AND I WILL PROBABLY EVER MEET IN THIS RING AT SURVIVOR SERIES" The echoes of "You're Not The Only One and Don't You Think That You Need Somebody and Everybody Needs Somebody" are heard with Bret and Shawn still talking "I NEED TO PROVE THAT EVEN MORE THAN ANYTHING WHY I AM TRULY THE WRESTLER OF THE 90s AND WHY I AM THE SHOWSTOPPER, THE ICON AND THE HEARTBREAK KID"
"I JUST WANT NO EXCUSES, ALL I WANT FROM YOU SHAWN IS A DAMN GOOD MATCH" The Guitar Solo and the Song ends with Bret's Voice ringing out one more time. "MY MOTTO STANDS FOR THE BEST THERE IS, THE BEST THERE WAS AND THE BEST THERE EVER WILL BE, WELL AT SURVIVOR SERIES. WE ARE GOING TO FIND OUT WHO TRULY IS THE BEST THERE IS, THE BEST THERE WAS AND THE BEST THERE EVER WILL BE" RAW ends with Bret and Shawn's face to face confrontation from Last Week closing out the iconic video package and the Iconic Song just before Survivor Series.

WRESTLING UPDATES AND NOTES November 4, 1997
ICONIC GUNS N' ROSES SONG PLAYS A VIDEO PACKAGE BETWEEN SHAWN MICHAELS AND BRET HART - Last Night, both Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart were not in the building as they were given a night off before their match at the 1997 Survivor Series, but at the end of the show. A Video Package was played between Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart, ever since Late 1995. WWF has been using new and old songs for Video Packages, but "November Rain" by Guns N. Roses really soothed the video package on Monday Night RAW, WWF Superstars in their locker room were very pleased of the Video Package with Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart and even WWF officials as well cause of this iconic rivalry between these two competitors. An estranged rivalry to say the least.
PLANS FOR THE WWF CHAMPIONSHIP AFTER SURVIVOR SERIES? - Right now, there are still plans to see what will happen in the Main Event at the 1997 Survivor Series. There are reports stating that Bret will be on RAW the next night to surrender the WWF Title and announce his last run with the Federation to head to WCW. And if that's the case, there are rumours of a possible tournament for the World Wrestling Federation Championship. Or if Shawn wins, he could potentially go back to feuding with The Undertaker for the WWF Title one more time.
LIGHT HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP RETURN? - Right now, Vince has decided to bring some Light Heavyweights to counter WCW's Cruiserweights. Vince is looking for Light Heavyweight Talent to counter it, and with that. He has decided to try the Light Heavyweight Championship again. In 1993, the project didn't pan out that well with The 123 Kid becoming the first man to become the Light Heavyweight Champion, but plans were scrapped to have the Light Heavyweights in the WWF. Now Vince is looking to bring it back, we will keep everyone informed.

WWF SURVIVOR SERIES - November 9. 1997 Free For All Match: The Legion of Doom, Jushin Thunder Liger, Flash Funk and Tajiri D. The Blackjacks, The Headbangers and Tiger Ali Singh. Jerry Lawler and Jim Ross are your hosts for the Survivor Series 1997 as they talk about how tonight is going to be the end for Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels once and for all. Lawler says that he's heard rumours about something going down in the main event, but we won't know.
Match 1: 10-Man Tag Team Survivor Series Elimination Match Jeff Jarrett, Dan Severn, Brian Christopher, Terry Funk and Sycho Sid vs Ken Shamrock, Vader, Marc Mero, Mankind and Steve Blackman. What a way to kick off the 11th annual of the Survivor Series by starting the show off with one of the most Traditional Survivor Series Matchups. The match starts off with Sid and Vader as these two big bulls go eye to eye with one another, remember last year. These two faced off last year in the elimination match at the 1996 Survivor Series. Sid and Vader exchange blows in the middle of the ring with Vader getting the upper hand. Vader whips Sid into the ropes but Sid reverses it and hits a big boot but it doesn't even faze the former WWF Champion. Sid runs off the ropes but gets hit by a clothesline and an elbow drop. Vader goes for the cover but Sid is able to kick out. Sid then tags in Christopher. Christopher punches away at Vader with right hands but Vader is unfazed by them. So Vader just grabs him and throws him into the buckle and with no mercy throws right hands at him. Lawler yells at Vader for using fists against his son and that he should be disqualified. Vader then makes the tag to Mero. Mero and Christopher have had chemistry because of Christopher having the hots for Sable recently. Mero hits Christopher with a dropkick and whips him off the ropes nailing a high back body drop. Mero goes for the cover but Christopher kicks out at 2. Christopher eventually fights back and pokes Mero in the back and makes the tag to Jarrett. Jarrett hammers away at Mero and whips him into the ropes but Mero reverses it and hits an armdrag takedown on Jarrett. Mero hits another armdrag and Mero grabs Jarrett and makes the tag to the recently debuter Steve Blackman. Blackman hits Jarrett with some of his kicks and punches and whips him into the ropes and hits a bicycle kick on him. Blackman goes for the cover but Jarrett gets out at the count of 2. Jarrett pokes Blackman in the eye and makes the tag to Severn. Severn stares Blackman down and these two are martial arts fighters. Blackman charges at Severn but Severn takes him down with a spear and this is very interesting. Severn punches away at Blackman by taking him down but Blackman gets out of it and these two are engaging in a slugfest. Blackman gets the exchange in the slugfest and hits a dropkick on Severn knocking him down. But eventually Severn makes the tag again to Christopher. Christopher charges at Blackman and tries a move at him but Blackman catches him and uses a submission like hold on Christopher called the Omoplata. Blackman makes Christopher tap out to the move and Christopher is the first man eliminated in the match and there's Severn. Severn goes right to Blackman and whips him into the ropes but Blackman gets a blind tag to Ken Shamrock. And Shamrock and Severn stare each other down and this is what we've been waiting for. Severn goes for a clothesline but Shamrock ducks and hits right hands on Severn and the referee tells Shamrock to stop and Shamrock lets go. Shamrock then takes Severn into the buckle. Severn charges at Shamrock but Shamrock takes him down and he's got the anklelock. Will Severn Tap?. Severn taps out shockingly. Team Shamrock has now a 5 on 3 advantage. So it looks like Jarrett's team is not doing good. But wait a minute here comes Jarrett, he sneaks up behind Shamrock and goes for the rollup but Shamrock kicks out at 2. That would've been a game changer if Team Jarrett had gotten rid of Shamrock. Shamrock then knocks Jarrett down with a right hand and makes the tag to Mero. Mero then scoops Jarrett up and slams him down to the mat and now Mero's going to do the Wild Thing. Mero heads to the top rope and goes for the Wild Thing, but Jarrett rolls out of the way and Jarrett makes the tag to Sid. Sid picks Mero up and hits him with the powerbomb and Sid covers Mero to get the first elimination for Team Jarrett. Now it is a 4 on 3 advantage. Shamrock gets in and goes to work on Sid but Sid hits a boot to the face while Shamrock charges at him. Sid goes for the cover but Shamrock kicks out at 2. Sid then makes the tag to Terry Funk and Funk punches away at Shamrock and nails a running bulldog taking Shamrock down. Funk goes for the cover but Shamrock is able to get a two count in. Funk whips Shamrock into the buckle but Shamrock kicks him in the face as Funk goes for a move and Shamrock hits a hurracarana and tags in Mankind. Mankind and Funk start to exchange blows and this has been a personal rivalry between these two. Mankind and Funk eventually knock each other out of the ring. Funk battles back and goes for a piledriver but Mankind backdrops Funk onto concrete. Mankind grabs a steel chair and attempts to hit Funk with it but Funk ducks and look at Funk. He's starting to run away. Mankind gets back in the ring and Funk is counted out. Mankind looks at Funk. But Jarrett sneaks up from behind Mankind and rolls him up to get the victory. It's now 3 on 2. Jarrett and Sid vs Shamrock, Blackman and Vader. It is still a 3 on 2 advantage. Jarrett then sees Vader in the ring. Vader picks Jarrett up and goes for a powerbomb but Sid runs off the ropes and hits a big boot taking down the former WWF Champion. And with that force. Blackman starts punching away at Sid and hits a dropkick taking the big man down. Blackman is on fire here. Blackman picks Sid up and hits a fisherman's suplex on Sid. And look at this Dogg has been eliminated, 4 on 1 now and Helmsley is trapped. Helmsley is now trapped. Helmsley can't believe it. Bulldog is tagged in. Helmsley then does the suck it taunt to Bulldog as defiance and tries a right hand but Bulldog blocks it and hits one of his own and whips Helmsley into the ropes and Helmsley hits the facebuster on Bulldog and Helmsley follows it up with a clothesline. Match 5: WWF Intercontinental Championship Match Stone Cold Steve Austin vs Owen Hart There may be some cheering fans for Stone Cold Steve Austin, but this is Owen's hometown and you can bet Owen is going to get a big ovation and he does as he brings in The British Bulldog, Jim Neidhart, Doug Furnas and Phillip Lafon. Owen has second thoughts as he starts getting in the ring. Owen is wearing the Owen 3:16 T-Shirt. It looks like Owen is taking his time as he takes his T-Shirt off and throws it at Austin's face but Austin begins to rip off the t-shirt and Neidhart is in the ring but he gets stunned for his efforts and the bell officially rings allowing Owen to go right for Austin. And the match is underway. Owen is just going right for Austin as the crowd chants "Break his Neck" but Austin battles back and whips Owen into the ropes and Owen goes for a kick to the leg and goes for the piledriver but Austin hits a back body drop and Austin grabs Owen and tosses him over the top rope. Austin tries to grab at Owen but Owen takes Austin down and wraps Austin's leg into the ringpost. Owen tries to do it again but Austin knees him in the nose and Owen starts to run away but Austin comes right for him and grabs Owen and hits a right hand and takes him into the barricade. Austin kicks Owen in the ribs and chops away at him. Austin takes Owen back to the ring but Owen begins to run away and as Austin tries to get him. Owen kicks him below the belt and takes Austin's face into the announce table and Owen tosses Austin in the ring in where he gains momentum in this match. Owen punches away at him and kicks Austin in the ribs but Austin pokes him in the eye and throws Owen back into the buckle and starts to stomp away at him. Austin takes Owen into the ropes and goes for a tilt-a whirl slam but Owen gets out of it. Only for Austin to kick him in the gut and nail the Stone Cold Stunner on Owen. Austin just stunned Owen. Austin then pins Owen to get the win and his second Intercontinental Title Victory and that match didn't take long at all. Furnas and Lafon get in the ring but they both receive stunners. Austin is the new Intercontinental Champion for the second straight time. And there was no Tombstone Piledriver from Owen. No way Austin could be permanately injured here tonight. He is going to leave Montreal just like he barely left East Rutherford at Summerslam with the Intercontinental Championship. But he is walking out on his own, walking out a safe man. Winner and new WWF Intercontinental Champion: Stone Cold Steve Austin[/b] A clip is shown of a new WWF Promo with Faarooq, The Undertaker, Ahmed Johnson, Stone Cold Steve Austin, Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels. The Logo ends with "WWF Attitude" The Commentators talk about the main event saying that this is finally the end of an era between Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels. Whether Bret wins or loses, it's the last time everybody will see Bret Hart in the World Wrestling Federation ring. The Same Clip is shown similar to RAW is WAR from "November Rain" by Guns N. Roses in Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels's rivalry followed by the infamous 3 guitar solos by Slash.
Backstage. Hunter Hearst Helmsley opens the DX Door so that Shawn Michaels can walk backstage alongside Hunter Hearst Helmsley, Chyna and Rick Rude as they seem to be talking strategy. His music starts playing with Michaels high fiving the guys as he enters the ring and the fans are booing the hell out of Shawn Michaels in Montreal. They do not like The Heartbreak Kid. Shawn Michaels, the leader of D-Generation X. Triple Crown Winner, the 1996 Royal Rumble Winner. Former WWF, Intercontinental and Tag Team Champion. His WWF Career started in 1988 when he and Marty Jannetty formed The Rockers. And after leaving The Rockers in 1992. He went on to become a solo singles competitor winning the Intercontinental Championship twice, and becoming a Tag Team Champion three times with Diesel and Stone Cold Steve Austin, and also won the WWF Championship at WrestleMania 12 over the man he will face. Michaels grabs a maple leaf flag and rips it out of his hands and begins to wipe his ass with the flag and also his nose too. How Disgusting?. The Heartbreak Kid making a mockery. HBK throws the flag down and begins to do a sexual position on the flag and just tosses it to the fans. Michaels is disrespecting Canada. In another shot backstage, Bret Hart is walking with The British Bulldog and Jim Neidhart and also Bret's son is holding the Canadian Flag with him. Owen is not walking with them cause of what happened moments ago when he lost the Intercontinental Title to Stone Cold Steve Austin. Bret's music starts playing in the arena as he makes his way with the Canadian Flag in Hand. What an ovation for The Hitman as you most likely will hear that music for the very last time in the World Wrestling Federation. Bret has done it all for this business. Bret's WWF Career began in 1985 when he was managed by Jimmy Hart. And then, he teamed with Jim Neidhart to win the WWF Tag Team Titles in 1987 and they became one of the best teams until breaking up in 1991, Bret moved on to singles status and captured the Intercontinental Championship at Summerslam 1991 and went on to become the 4-time World Wrestling Federation Champion and also the 1994 King of The Ring winner. And you can cut the anticipation and the electricity with a knife. Bret Hart, a 21-year veteran who made his wrestling debut at the age of 19 in 1976. It's been a long journey for the Hitman. We know Bret and Shawn have both victories under their belt when they last faced off. But this match has been 18 months in the making. And this is the last time that we will see Bret and Shawn one on one again. Match 6: WWF Championship Match Bret Hart vs Shawn Michaels There are no Hart Foundation and no D-Generation X. It's only just Bret and Shawn one on one. It's not about the money, it ain't about the WWF Championship. But these two believe in their hearts that they are the better man. Hebner raises up the WWF Championship Belt and here we go. Michaels charges at Bret and these two are exchanging blows with Bret getting the early advantage and Bret knocks Shawn over the top rope with a clothesline. Shawn rolls out of the ring and the referee is just letting these two go. This match may be a No Disqualifaction Match after all. Bret shoves Shawn into the steel steps and Bret throws Shawn over the railing and Shawn is in no man's land by the canadian crowd. The Fans are even getting into it too, and here comes a sea of referees. And there's Vince McMahon and Commissioner Slaughter. Michaels and Bret fight back to the outside with Michaels gaining the momentum and throwing Bret into the Spanish Announce Table. Michaels charges at Bret only for Bret to hit a back body drop on the English Announce Table and the Table is broken in half. Slaughter, McMahon and the Refs both try to reason with Bret and Michaels. Bret punches away at Shawn and uses the broken table to throw it at Shawn. Shawn eventually battles back and begins to choke at Bret. Shawn then tosses Bret into the barricade and the two are fighting into the crowd again. This is about as personal as it gets between these two. Michaels knees Bret in the face and hits a forearm as officials attempt to stop this. Michaels tries a piledriver but Hart backdrops Michaels from the ring over the railing to the first row. Bret then goes below the belt and Bret and Michaels go to the outside of the arena and Michaels tries another piledriver but Bret hits another backdrop and Shawn's back must be hurting him. Refs and Officials are trying their hardest as they reason with them to get in the ring. Bret grabs Shawn and hits a suplex. Shawn gets to his feet and knocks Pat Patterson down with a right hand. This is a prison riot between Bret and Shawn. Michaels rams Bret into referee Tim White. These two hate each other's guts and this is pretty much a street fight. Bret tosses Michaels right into the concrete of the stage. And Bret uses the fire extinguisher to hit Shawn in the back with it. It looks as if the match is a No Disqualifaction Match. Refs and Officials try desperately once again but Bret hits another referee Jack Doan with a right hand. Vince starts to reason with Bret and tells him to get in the ring. Bret and Shawn start to make their way back in the ring with Bret continuing to dominate and Shawn gets taken headfirst into the security railing. And Shawn gets tossed back in the ring and finally the match is underway. And Bret begins to choke Shawn with a flag, but the referee doesn't stop Bret from hurting Shawn. So it is a No Disqualifaction Match. Maybe. Bret hits a leg drop to the head of Shawn and Bret picks Shawn up and nails an atomic drop. Bret is not going for the cover here. Bret whips Shawn into the ropes and Shawn eventually fights back with an exploding flying forearm and follows it up with a nipup. Michaels starts to gain momentum and hits a field goal to Bret's face and again drives the foot to Bret's face and he starts using the Quebec Flag to Bret's neck and it looks like Bret's knuckle is opened up. Michaels hits a fist drop but neither of these guys are going for the cover. Shawn then throws Bret into the buckle and tosses Bret out of the ring. Michaels hits another right hand on Bret and Michaels grabs Bret into the Canadian Fans and hits a forearm to the head. And Michaels picks Bret up and moves the steel steps and Michaels hits a face first suplex to Bret's ribs and stomps on the hand of Bret and Michaels grabs the Canadian Flag and begins to kick it and drives the flagpole right to Bret's anatomy. Michaels has now gained firm control of the match. The referee is still letting these two guys, Michaels heads to the top rope and hits a double axe handle with the commentators announcing that Vince has announced this match a No Holds Barred Match. Michaels continues to gain momentum in this contest as he is in the driver's seat of this contest. But Bret is getting to his feet and Bret tries to fight out and hits a flapjack on Shawn and Bret takes Shawn by the legs and drives an elbow into the knee. But Shawn rakes the face of Bret. Michaels whips Bret into the ropes and goes for a back body drop but Bret kicks him in the face and in the left knee but Michaels goes to the face and tosses Bret into the buckle. Michaels then hits a bodyslam on Bret and Michaels is now going to the top rope and hits a cross body on Bret but Bret rolls through and Michaels kicks out at 2. Bret then fights back and goes for the legs of Michaels. Bret then smacks Shawn's leg into the ringpost and look at this Bret is going to apply the figure-four leg lock on the apron to Shawn Michaels. Michaels could have his leg snapped. Bret eventually breaks it and Bret is trying to possibly attempt the sharpshooter and we may be moments away from it. But instead. Bret continues to go to work on the legs and he's locked Shawn in the figure-four leg lock. Michaels is fighting desperately. But how much longer?. Michaels has got to give it up. Michaels has fought tougher and smaller giants, but it looks like Tonight might be the end of Shawn Michaels. Shawn counters the figure-four leg lock and Bret gets to the ropes which causes a break. Bret then hits a right hand on Shawn and nails another one and Michaels falls right into the turnbuckle upside down and Bret hits a russian leg sweep on Michaels but Michaels is able to kick out at 2. Bret still continues the momentum and hits a snap suplex on Shawn and goes for it again but Shawn kicks out again at 2. Bret then grabs him and hits a backbreaker and Michaels is in trouble and now Bret is heading to the top rope and Bret hits Shawn with a forearm and accidentally gets the referee. Shawn gets to his feet and rakes the face of Bret and starts to head to the top rope and Shawn hits an elbow drop on Bret. And Shawn gets back to his feet and it looks like he could be tuning up the band for some Sweet Chin Music. Shawn goes for it but Bret counters it and knocks him down with a clothesline. Bret heads to the top rope and goes for a diving elbow and he connects with it. Bret goes for the cover but there's still no referee and here comes Hunter Hearst Helmsley. Helmsley begins to stomp away at Bret but Bret is able to fight back and knock Helmsley down with a clothesline and Helmsley gets hit with a back body drop as well by Bret. Shawn gets to his feet and goes for Sweet Chin Music and he hits it. But the referee is down. Shawn goes for the cover again and Earl gets to his feet. 1. 2. No, Bret kicks out. Bret just kicked out of the Sweet Chin Music. Michaels gets to his feet again and tries another one but Bret kicks Shawn in the gut and delivers a piledriver. This could be it. This could be it. Bret goes for the cover but Michaels kicks out again. These two are pulling out all the stops here in this match. Bret then grabs Shawn by the legs but Shawn pulls Bret into the buckle and once again rakes the face again and Michaels grabs Bret by the legs and is he going to use the sharpshooter?. Michaels turns Bret over and he's got it locked in. And wait a minute, Bret is starting to reverse it. But all of a sudden, we see Vince McMahon screaming "Ring the F'N Bell" and Hebner rings the bell too. What?. Bret Hart never tapped out. Michaels's music is playing. Winner and New World Wrestling Federation Champion: Shawn Michaels Michaels is confused too and so is Bret. Bret sees that Vince did it so he spits in Vince's face. Bret Hart never gave up to the Sharpshooter. Michaels gets the title belt and he is as upset too. But this is a total controversy and the crowd is livid. People start to throw debris at Michaels and Bret Hart is upset. It is now a black day in Montreal. Bret Hart has been screwed by not only Shawn Michaels, not only Earl Hebner but Vince McMahon. Bret has been screwed out of the WWF Championship in his last match. Both Owen, Bulldog and Neidhart come down to the ring. The crowd is chanting "BullcrapBullcrapBullshit". Bret then flips off both Shawn and Vince, what a total upset. Bret is in shock and in disbelief. There is no celebration for Shawn Michaels. Bret then goes to the outside of the ring and begins to destroy the announce table and the set and returns to the ring saying "WCW". Bret then does a salute to the fans and yes, This is a Montreal Screwjob. This is the darkest day in Montreal History as Bret's music starts to play. But, why did Vince do this?. Why?. Bret leaves the ring for one final time shaking hands with the fans and also raising the Canadian Flag high in the air as Survivor Series goes off the air. But what a dark day here in Montreal. Will we find out what happened?. What was the motive, what was the reason?. There are some fans out tonight saying that Shawn Michaels not only screwed Bret Hart. But Vince McMahon may have screwed Bret Hart out of his WWF Career.

Wrestling News and Notes: November 10. 1997
THE SCREWJOB HEARD ROUND THE WORLD - At the 1997 Survivor Series in Montreal, the feud between Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart did indeed end. But it came with one of the most shocking events in WWF History called the Montreal Screwjob. Shawn locked in Bret Hart's sharpshooter. Bret tried to reverse it but instead the referee called for the bell as Bret was about to reverse it. Vince McMahon was heard yelling at Mark Eaton to ring the "F'N Bell". That's when the drama ensued after the Survivor Series went off the air. It was said that Bret was giving Vince McMahon the finger in the ring in where it was caught on live television. And also Bret destroyed the Announce Table Monitors as well and plus pointed a gesture saying "WCW".
CONFRONTATION AFTER THE MONTREAL SCREWJOB - It was also reported that Bret Hart confronted Shawn Michaels and Hunter Hearst Helmsley about the incident, but Shawn and Helmsley didn't play any roles in this what so ever. But moral to the story, Shawn and Hunter did play a role. That is in the next topic, it was reported that The Undertaker even spoke to Vince McMahon about talking to Bret Hart or else he would threaten to walk out too. Vince McMahon took The Phenom's advice and spoke to Bret. It escalated into words with Bret punching Vince in the face and Vince had a black eye when he left Bret's Locker Room. Bret quickly took a shower and left the Arena leaving the WWE to get on a plane back in his hometown to Calgary.
VINCE MCMAHON, SHAWN MICHAELS AND TRIPLE H PLANNED THE SCREWJOB - More news came to light about the Montreal Screwjob, On September of 1997. It was reported that Vince McMahon forced Bret Hart to sign a deal with WCW. Bret accepted the deal, but there were reports going around that Bret wanted to give up his title the night after the Survivor Series on Monday Night RAW to a worthy challenger like Ken Shamrock or The Undertaker. Vince agreed with the deal. Bret and Michaels were at each other's throats in real life about the affair with Sunny. But were able to get along in October and discussed the match together, But Michaels and Helmsley spoke to McMahon a few weeks later with Helmsley saying "F This, If he doesn't want to do business, we will do business for him". That's when the agreed finish happened last night. The Original Plan was slated for Bret to reverse the Sharpshooter and Michaels to hit the Sweet Chin Music, then Owen Hart and Davey Boy Smith would run in followed by Hunter Hearst Helmsley and Rick Rude. But Vince decided to do it his own way, Also Superstars like Davey Boy Smith and Vader warned Bret to be alert and not lie on his back for too long, kick out from pinfall counts immediately so as to avoid a fast count, and not allow himself to be placed in submission holds.
BRET TOLD WWF SUPERSTARS NOT TO WALK OUT - After what happened in Montreal. Bret told everyone not to walk out on the RAW is WAR show. And everybody complied, except for Mick Foley. Foley walked out but he is said to be back next week. The WWF Superstars that threatened to walk out was on RAW earlier today where Vince McMahon held a talent meeting about what happened last night. None of the employees walked out and agreed to stay.
BULLDOG AND NEIDHART QUIT WWF OUT OF PROTEST?. - Bret Hart was not the only one that left the WWF in an abrupt hurry. The British Bulldog and Jim Neidhart decided to quit in protest for what happened with Bret Hart, apparently they were fed up with Vince McMahon that they walked out of the arena with Bret, Bulldog and Neidhart asked for their release as well with Gerald Brisco and Pat Patterson.
OWEN HART NOT LEAVING WWF? - Apparently the only family member in the Hart Family. Owen Hart did leave the arena with Bret, Bulldog and Neidhart. But Owen decided that he would stay on in the World Wrestling Federation. There are plans to bring Owen back in Early December to get his revenge on Shawn Michaels and have a short-term run as the World Wrestling Federation Champion by the end of 1997.
SATURDAY NIGHT'S MAIN EVENT TO RETURN THE NIGHT AFTER CHRISTMAS 1997 - The Night after Christmas 1997. Saturday Night's Main Event will return. There are matches that have not been signed as of yet. But WWF has a PPV in Early December called D-Generation X: In Your House
MICHAELS AND UNDERTAKER MAY HEADLINE DX: IN YOUR HOUSE - There are also original plans for Shawn Michaels and The Undertaker to face off in another stipulation for the World Wrestling Federation Championship. We don't know what the plan is, whether it be a Casket Match or Buried Alive Match or Last Man Standing Match at DX: In Your House. But it's likely that Michaels and Undertaker will go one on one once again. Obviously to set up the Kane/Undertaker storyline. We'll keep you posted.

WWF RAW IS WAR - November 10. 1997
Clips are shown of what happened at Survivor Series featuring an unusual moment that would happen in WWF History when Shawn Michaels became the World Wrestling Federation Champion second time in Bret Hart's hometown, but not without controversy. We will explain the story.
Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler are your hosts for RAW is WAR. They talk about the 1997 Survivor Series Main Event and why it happened between Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart?. And everybody's wondering the big question, was Bret Hart screwed?.
The New DX music begins to play in the arena as Shawn Michaels makes his way out with Triple H, Chyna and Rick Rude. The Ottawa Canadian Fans are booing the hell out of Shawn Michaels cause of what happened last Night in Montreal. Michaels robbed Bret Hart out of the WWF Championship, Bret Hart has left the World Wrestling Federation and there will be more on that in the middle of the broadcast. Rude says to the production truck to cut the music. Rude says that it should be obvious to everybody that the only man qualified to speak to the new World Wrestling Federation Champion is himself, and he'd like to be the first to congratulate him. Michaels says that he wouldn't have it any other way. Triple H, Chyna, Ravishing Rick Rude and the Heartbreak Kid. D-Generation X is untop of the World. Michaels says that he was he thought about coming out here and being politically correct. But since someone drew First Blood, The Heartbreak Kid is going to unload on everybody. For all the Canadian People that are chanting "We Want Bret", He is never coming back. The Heartbreak Kid beat Bret Hart in his own hometown, in his own finishing hold. And The Heartbreak Kid is now the 2-time World Wrestling Federation Champion and if they thought that DX was hell to deal with before, they haven't seen absolutely nothing yet. The WWF was not big enough for both Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart. So what he did, was put his Sharpshooter on him in Montreal, Quebec. He listened to him squeal and ran his ass down to Georgia with the rest of the old fossil dinosaurs. But the gentlemen who are not the old fossil dinosaurs down there are his buddies Kevin Nash and Scott Hall and they will beat the hell out of Bret one day. The Heartbreak Kid is the only man in this business that will be untop of cloud nine, that will be #1 and the true icon and it is real simple. Not Bret Hart, Not Hulk Hogan or not Randy Savage. Not anybody has the will to be the best in the game. And Shawn Michaels will outwill everyone all of them. Because he has something the rest will never have. And that is God's Given Pure Natural Talent. He has beaten them all in the World Wrestling Federation. He's a 2-time Intercontinental Champion, 3-time Tag Team Champion and 2-time World Wrestling Federation Champion. Michaels says that he will fight anyone and will never ever say "I Quit". Michaels says that The Heartbreak Kid would never beat up a 52 tear old man like Vince McMahon. But he didn't need Vince's help to beat Bret Hart. That's on both Vince and Bret. Then Sgt. Slaughter suddenly makes his way to ringside. Michaels makes fun of Slaughter who makes his way down to the ring. Michaels calls Slaughter Slobber. Michaels says that he can put the words together and make a sentence, but he doesn't want to put on a raincoat. Slaughter tells Michaels that he has a World Title Match scheduled tonight. Michaels says when?. Slaughter says that he has a WWF Title Match tonight. Michaels says that he just beat a man who's a legend in his own mind and ran him out of the WWF. He can't defend the title tonight. Slaughter says that last night at the 1997 Survivor Series, Ken Shamrock, Steve Blackman and The Rock all won their Survivor Series Matches, so as a prize and reward for both of them, tonight will be history making. On RAW is WAR. Michaels will defend the World Wrestling Federation Championship against the winner of the Triple Threat Match between The Rock. Ken Shamrock and Steve Blackman. And the winner will face Shawn Michaels tonight for the WWF Championship. Michaels is infuirated at this. Slaughter then says that tonight should Michaels get lucky by retaining his WWF Championship. Michaels will have to defend the title at D-Generation X: In Your House against another opponent he just booked. Slaughter says that it's an order.
(break) Match 1: Jeff Jarrett w/Jim Cornette vs Ahmed Johnson This should be a good contest between Ahmed Johnson and Jeff Jarrett. Jarrett needs some momentum for what happened last night when he was on the losing end of Ken Shamrock's team. Johnson gets some offense in against Jarrett and continues to gain the momentum. But Jarrett fights back against Johnson and goes for the legs on Johnson, but eventually Ahmed somehow begins to battle back and almost gets the win by hitting the Pearl River Plunge on Jarrett but Jarrett sneaks in a low blow behind the referee's back and hits the stroke on Johnson. Jarrett gets the victory but not without controversy. After the Match, Jarrett signals for a belt motion as he is reading the lips saying "I want the Intercontinental Championship, and I want Stone Cold Steve Austin". Winner: Jeff Jarrett Ross and Lawler take us to what happened also at the 1997 Survivor Series with Goldust taking on Kane, it appeared that Goldust had everything well in hand against Kane, but Kane was overpowering Goldust and the 7-foot undefeated monster got the victory against Goldust. But after the match, as Goldust's wife Marlena tried to console him. Goldust walked away leaving his wife alone in the ring. But coming up next, Jim Ross will attempt to get an interview with Goldust and Marlena. (break) Jim Ross is in the ring as Goldust and Marlena make their way to the ring. Goldust has a dejected look on his face as he is not wearing his gold makeup. Just a Black Long-Sleeve Shirt and Black Pants. Ross says that he doesn't know if there are any two folks that have been challenged personally in the last 60 days like Goldust and Marlena. But things have looked brighter between the two. Marlena says that even though Goldust lost at Survivor Series. They are still the happy couple, but it's been very hard. When Sycho Sid abducted her a few weeks ago. She had missed her kids and her wife. But it's great to be able to laugh, come home. Watch Movies, Eat Popcorn and Pizza and be a Family. Marlena says that the world throws ugly things, but when they do. The first place Marlena runs is home, is family. Have a Bad Day, go straight to Dustin. He's always there, family is everything and they've never been happier. Marlena says that Dakota is in pre-school and Dakota was glad to have Marlena home, but she wasn't glad to see her being beaten up by Kane. Goldust snatches the mic away and says that he can't do this anymore and says that everything out of her mouth is sickening to Goldust. It's making him sick. Marlena is confused. Goldust says that at Survivor Series. He thought he had everything, he was this close to beating Kane. But he's lived through his father and he's lived through Marlena and he's had to live through these ignorant god damn ass fans that always thought he was a Queer. Well the truth is, Goldust is not. He's not all of these things. He doesn't want to live through his father, nor the fans or her. Goldust says that he ended up crying about his dad when Ross did an interview with him. 25 years ago. Dusty has made Goldust's life a living hell, at the 1995 Survivor Series. This was supposed to be his moment winning his first Intercontinental Championship over Sean Waltman. But guess who was there to steal the spotlight?. Dusty!. And the 7 years that he's known Marlena. He's been like a puppy dog and that Marlena scorns and disciplines him, he won't let Goldust be himself. Who is Goldust?. Goldust says that Marlena doesn't know nothing about him, he's lived from his dad and Marlena, and he is tired of it. Goldust then says that he was at home for months while he was away, God knows what she was doing. She thinks that he was home being Mr. Mom and being a Good Dad and Husband, hell no. He reached out and found something. Something that didn't understand him to let him express himself to what he wants to be. Cause Marlena and his father haven't done it. Goldust says that he is shaken and says he wasn't at home sitting a month, he watched Marlena occasionally with Sycho Sid and he was wondering what the hell he could've been doing with him. Goldust says that he found somebody who knows him now, who understands his insides. Goldust says that he doesn't love Marlena and he's sick and tired of it. He doesn't want Marlena with him as he rises to the top of the World Wrestling Federation. He's done everything he could do and he's tired of it. Goldust says that he's starting his life over and he wants to be who he wants to be. Goldust says that Marlena can take this ring, the marriage and Marlena and stick it up her ass cause he's had it up to here. Goldust and Marlena continue to start bickering with Marlena still crying. Marlena slaps Goldust in the face but that didn't faze Goldust, but wait Goldust has Marlena by the hair. And wait a minute here comes Sycho Sid. Sid is in the ring. Sid grabs Goldust and pummels away at him with right hands. Sid whips Goldust into the ropes and hits a boot to the face and knocks Goldust over the top rope with a clothesline. Sid then picks up the microphone and says that Marlena was right about Goldust. Goldust is a sick, insecure abusive man. Because all of the lies saying that Goldust was a good father and a good husband. Goldust was wrong. Because of him treating Marlena like crap over the years. And that's why Marlena got away from Goldust. Goldust screams saying it's not true. Sid says that next week. He wants to kick Goldust's ass like he should've done at Bad Blood. Goldust throws his wedding ring at Marlena and says that if Sid wants a match next week. He's got it, Sid says that this time the fans won't be backing up Goldust. This time they know who the real fans want to cheer for. The fans start a "Sid Chant" and then after he's done kicking Goldust's ass. Goldust is going to hear a different opinion and that is "Goldust Sucks!". What a shocking turn of events this has happened. Goldust has turned his back not only on the fans, but not only to his kids, but his own wife. And what would've happened if Goldust went off the deep end. Marlena is being consoled by some officials as Sid stares down Goldust. But what a match this is going to be and Goldust has signed his own death warrant.
(break) Match 2: Taka Michinoku vs Devon Storm As noted, there is now a Light-Heavyweight Division for the first time since 1993. Michinoku and Storm have a good light heavyweight match as they go back and forth with one another. The commentators mention that somewhere down the line, the Light Heavyweight Championship may return at some point, and that one of the two could potentially be the Light Heavyweight Champion again. Taka gets the win over Devon by hitting the Michinoku Driver when Devon attempted a moonsault. After the Match, Both men shake hands on an impressive job well done. Winner: Taka Michinoku The commentators announce that coming up next, the Triple Threat Match will happen between Ken Shamrock, Steve Blackman and The Rock and the winner faces Shawn Michaels later tonight for the World Wrestling Federation Championship. Match 3: Triple Threat #1 Contenders Match, Winner faces Shawn Michaels for the WWF Championship. Ken Shamrock vs Steve Blackman vs The Rock w/The Nation Both men have a reward after surviving the 1997 Survivor Series and that will be a Triple Threat between The Rock, Ken Shamrock and Steve Blackman. Sgt. Slaughter comes out and bans the Nation from the match, so it looks as if tonight The Nation will not be helping The Rock. Shamrock and Blackman take turns punching The Rock to start off this Triple Threat Match. Blackman and Shamrock double team The Rock and Shamrock tosses The Rock out of the ring with a clothesline. And now it's Blackman and Shamrock in the ring. Blackman tkes down Shamrock and punches away at him but Shamrock rolls over and fights back against Blackman. Shamrock whips Blackman into the ropes but Blackman reverses and hits a running kick taking down Shamrock. Blackman goes for the cover but Shamrock is able to kick out at 2. Blackman and Shamrock continue their fight but here comes The Rock. The Rock gets back in the ring and nails a big clothesline taking down Blackman. Shamrock charges at The Rock and goes for a right hand on him but The Rock ducks and hits a right hand and whips Shamrock into the ropes but Shamrock reverses it. Shamrock goes for a clothesline but The Rock counters it into a swinging neckbreaker and The Rock goes for the cover but Blackman breaks up the count. Blackman punches away at The Rock and takes his head into the buckle and Blackman chops away at The Rock, and Shamrock gets back to his feet and goes for a German Suplex on Blackman but Blackman counters and hits Shamrock with a German Suplex. Blackman goes for the cover but Shamrock is able to kick out at 2. The Rock then gets back up and goes right for Shamrock and tosses him out of the ring and then goes right after Blackman as well. The Rock goes for a suplex but Blackman counters it with a fisherman's suplex of his own and goes for the cover but The Rock is able to kick out at 2. The match keeps going on for a good pace of a few minutes with The Rock having the momentum back again. Shamrock however fights back and hits The Rock with a powerslam. Blackman gets to his feet and tries to take down Shamrock with a submission move in which he does. The Rock breaks up the submission hold and the three still continue to go at it for the next five minutes. The Rock hits the Rock Bottom on Blackman but Shamrock sneaks up from behind The Rock and hits the Belly to Belly Suplex to The Rock and Shamrock grabs Blackman's ankle and locks in the anklelock and Shamrock has that hold locked in and Blackman's got nowhere to go center in the ring and he gives up and Shamrock will face Shawn Michaels tonight for the World Wrestling Federation Championship. Winner: Ken Shamrock (break) Back from RAW. Michael Cole is in the ring to interview the brand New Intercontinental Champion Stone Cold Steve Austin who makes his way down to ringside, and what a standing ovation for the Rattlesnake who defeated Owen Hart to capture the Intercontinental Championship. Cole says to Austin that payback was hell for Owen. Austin says that what he did was go out there and prove that Stone Cold Steve Austin is back. Austin sat on the couch for three months, drank beer. Waltzed right back in and took the Intercontinental Championship, why because he is the toughest SOB in the World Wrestling Federation and nobody can stop him. Cole says that Austin's been a marked man. But with the Intercontinental Title, He might as well paint a bullseye on his forehead. Austin tells Cole that he'll put a bullseye on his ass and kick him around the damn building. The bottom line is he is the Intercontinental Champion, he could care less about what happened last night in Montreal between Vince McMahon, Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels. But the fact of the matter is. He will get the World Wrestling Federation Heavyweight Title one day. But he heard somebody flapping his gums tonight about how they wanted to take the Intercontinental Championship away from Stone Cold Steve Austin, and he's talking about that country hick, Jeff Jarrett. Austin says that if Jarrett wants his attention. All he's gotta do is ask instead of being a jackass and not calling him out face to face. Jarrett's music then plays as he shows up with Jim Cornette and Dan Severn. Jarrett says that Austin's right, he shouldn't be a jackass and not call Austin out face to face. Because for the past few months he was screwed in the same hellhole Austin was in and now he's back in the World Wrestling Federation to right the wrong. Jarrett says that Stone Cold is a beer drinker and doesn't listen to anyone like Vince McMahon himself, and that's one of the few reasons that he is back in the WWF to get rid of Austin because Stone Cold Steve Austin is a cancer and he shouldn't have the Intercontinental Championship around his waist. Jarrett says that when he was the Intercontinental Champion in 1994. He never drank beers, never flipped off the fans. Never used colorful language just like Austin is doing now. Jarrett says that Stone Cold wouldn't hang with him years ago when he was the Intercontinental Champion because while he was getting fired by Eric Bischoff. Jarrett was the hottest thing going today but just like Stone Cold in that company in Atlanta. He got screwed himself too, he was never the World Wrestling Federation Champion. He could've become a champion himself. But the WWF held him back and now that he's back. He's coming for the Intercontinental Championship and he's going to take it off the biggest name and that is Stone Cold Steve Austin. Austin responds and says that Jarrett can say what the hell he wants but Jarrett was right about one thing, he was taken out of that hole in Atlanta too. Because Creative didn't have nothing for him. For all the years, creative jerked him around and now he's in the World Wrestling Federation. Austin says that if Jarrett doesn't like his colorful language and since he's a real piece of crap. He challenges Jarrett to come on down and try to take the Intercontinental Title tonight. Jarrett says he would but he just had a match with Ahmed Johnson. But if Austin wants to fight so bad with Jarrett. He wants Austin to put the title on the line at D-Generation X: In Your House on December 7. 1997 and he will take the Intercontinental Title away from him. Cornette then takes the mic and says that if Austin wants another fight so bad, then next week. He can put the Intercontinental Title on the line against Dan Severn. Austin says that Cornette has himself a deal as soon as if he finishes whipping Severn's ass. He is going to stomp a mudhole in Double J's Ass and Walk it Dry and that's the bottom line cause Stone Cold Said So. Well it looks like the Cornette Camp are the first in line to challenge Austin for that Intercontinental Championship. But coming up next, we will see Dan Severn in action himself. Match 4: Dan Severn w/Jim Cornette vs Mosh w/Thrasher Although The Headbangers are a tag team. This will not bode well for Mosh as Severn just completely squashes him and gets the win by hitting the Dragon Sleeper to get the victory. Winner: Dan Severn After the Match. Severn starts to stare down somebody and he sees Butterbean, Butterbean is in the crowd. And if anyone knows Butterbean, he started his boxing career in 1994. Severn stares down Butterbean and look at this, here comes the officials and they try to calm the two down. And eventually Severn lets go, the lights then suddenly go out in the arena and Kane's music begins to play in the arena as he makes his way with Paul Bearer. The Headbangers are still in the ring. But the Big Red Machine is headed this way. Thrasher and Mosh try to defend theirselves against Kane and whip Kane into the ropes but Kane hits a double clothesline knocking both of them down. He grabs both of them by the throat and hits a double chokeslam with ease. Kane grabs Mosh and Thrasher and tosses them over the top rope to the floor. The Big Red Machine, what a tremendous destruction over Goldust he had at the 1997 Survivor Series. (break) Back from Break and Kane and Paul Bearer are still in the ring. Bearer says that last night everyone not only witnessed the destruction of Goldust, but the end of Goldust and Marlena and it's such a shame that Goldust dumped his wife for that. But with all that sentimental crap out of the way. Kane has done it all, in the one month that he's been in the WWF. He destroyed the former WWF Champion who is now out of the World Wrestling Federation because of what Shawn Michaels did to him. And Shawn has Kane to thank for softening up that Hitman who is no longer with the company anymore because of what happened in Montreal. But now onto the bigger story, The Undertaker. Once again, Kane and Paul Bearer cost The Undertaker another match because The Undertaker has refused to wrestle his baby brother once again. Bearer says that he's going to give The Undertaker the opportunity. He's going to give The Undertaker the chance to fight his brother Kane. The Undertaker's music then plays as he makes his way down to the ring. But he's not coming down to the ring. He comes down on the entryway. The Undertaker tells Paul Bearer that at Bad Blood. Ever since Paul brought Kane at Bad Blood. The Undertaker hasn't been able to rest in peace at all. The reason why he hasn't slept is because he can't imagine the thought of fighting his own flesh and blood. Taker says that everytime he closes his eyes going to sleep. He dreams about that fire, he dreams of what he's done. And he wishes he could've taken it back years ago. But it's not possible anymore. Taker says that what Paul's been doing for the past few weeks is a crime and that Kane has been used by Paul Bearer. It's pretty obvious that the man who managed The Undertaker for so long. He's poisoned his own brother's mind. Taker says that deep down he knows that there is something still good in Kane. He remembers being there on Christmas with Kane opening the Christmas Presents with him and having Thanksgiving Meals with him and hell even watching Fireworks on the Fourth of July, and going out trick or treating on Halloween Night scaring Souls away. Taker says that Kane needs not to come at him. He should come at the man who poisoned his mind. Paul Bearer, because somewhere in the mask of evil. He still sees the good in Kane. And speaking of Evil, He is going to cleanse somebody's evil. But it's not going to be Kane. As a matter of fact, he wants Kane to join him. He wants Kane to become one with him. Because there is one thing that will never happen in our family. When they were children, they fought. But now that they're adults. There is one thing that will not happen, he will never fight Kane. He is just like me, He is Flesh & Blood and The Undertaker's flesh & Blood and he will not, tonight or any other night face Kane. But if he has to destroy everyone in the World Wrestling Federation and even Paul Bearer. Then so be it, but no is no. And he is never going to fight Kane. And that Paul Bearer will pay for his sins as well. Bearer says that if The Undertaker doesn't wanna fight Kane, well why not Kane shows him his real power. Kane then begins to set his pyros down and The Undertaker avoids the flames. When was the last time you saw The Deadman retreat?. Of course it only pisses off The Undertaker so much that he shows his power by setting off a lightning bolt striking Paul Bearer but look at that it didn't even faze the monster Kane as well. Taker says off mic that Kane will join him. (break) Backstage, Sgt. Slaughter is talking with the New Age Outlaws. The Outlaws ask why they are not in competition tonight. Slaughter says because he's given them the Tag Team Champions the night off. Billy gets upset at Slaughter and demands that they need some real competition. Slaughter says that is exactly what he's saying. Next Week, There will be a Tag Team Battle Royal to determine who will face The New Age Outlaws at D-Generation X for the Tag Team Championship. And that The Outlaws will be doing commentary. Clips are shown of the infamous Survivor Series WWF Championship Match between Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart. Lawler and Ross announce that next week. Ross will sit down with Vince McMahon next week on what happened at the Survivor Series and what happened in the post-Survivor Series.
Match 5: Jerry Lynn vs Jinsei Shinzaki If anyone doesn't recognize Jinsei Shinzaki. He was known as Hakushi back in 1995. But he is back as part of the Light Heavyweight Division. Like Michinoku and Storm earlier. This is a Good Cruiserweight Battle between these two but in the end it's Lynn that gets the win by hitting a diving moonsault on Shinzaki to get the victory. Winner: Jerry Lynn Backstage. Michael Cole is interviewing with Ken Shamrock. Shamrock says that tonight, he defeated Steve Blackman and The Rock to gain this opportunity, But he needs to make one thing clear, although he's wrestled Bret Hart in the World Wrestling Federation. He's respected Bret Hart, and what happened in Montreal last night was a crime. And although he's had his problems with The Hart Family. He hopes someday that they can return and beat Shawn Michaels's ass. But as far as he's concerned, he's got to deal with Shawn Michaels because many times this year. He's tried to become the World Wrestling Federation Champion. But there have been many people trying to screw him out of it but now he gets his opportunity. So Shawn can have Triple H, Chyna and Rick Rude but he hopes that Vince McMahon does not show his face because if he has the opportunity to rob Shamrock like he did Bret Hart. He's going to have his ankle snapped and that's not a threat, it's a promise! (break) Match 6: WWF Championship Match Shawn Michaels w/Triple H, Chyna and Rick Rude vs Ken Shamrock This may be Judgment Day for the Heartbreak Kid tonight because of the Montreal Fiasco last night. Shamrock and Michaels lock up in the center of the ring with Shamrock gaining the momentum. Shamrock throws Michaels down to the mat and look at this Shamrock is punching away at the Heartbreak Kid. Apparently Shamrock is mad about what happened at the Survivor Series. Everyone should be against D-Generation X. Cause they know that DX was at the scene of the crime in Montreal. Shamrock knocks Michaels down with a clothesline and goes for a cover but Michaels kicks out at 2. Michaels tries running away but Shamrock grabs him by the hair and just punches him and throws him straight into the buckle and Michaels escapes again and goes to the outside to begin a chase with Shamrock but wait a minute. The referee is distracted by Rick Rude and that allows Chyna to hit a clothesline knocking down Shamrock. Michaels now has regained control of the momentum thanks to that DX Distraction. Michaels fights back and tosses Shamrock straight into the steel steps. Michaels then tosses Shamrock back in the ring and heads to the top rope and nails a double axe handle taking Shamrock down. Michaels goes for another cover but Shamrock kicks out at 2. Michaels continues to regain the momentum in this match as he is heckled by all the Canadian Fans. The momentum distracts Michaels long enough for Shamrock to gain a little bit of momentum but Michaels battles back and hits a dropkick taking down Shamrock rocking him into the buckle. Shamrock however makes a comeback and hits a spinning heel kick knocking down Michaels. Shamrock then hits a clothesline taking Michaels down again and then Shamrock throws Michaels into the buckle flopping him over the top rope. Shamrock gets out of the ring and Shamrock tosses Michaels into the barricade and look at this some of the Ottawa fans are throwing some punches at Michaels. Lawler screams that this is a canadian injustice. Hunter charges at Shamrock but Shamrock knocks him down with a right hand. Shamrock tosses Michaels in the ring and we could be moments away from Shawn wearing the World Wrestling Federation Championship for only one day. Shamrock heads to the top rope for a cross body and hits it but Michaels rolls through and covers Shamrock for a 2 count. Michaels also got away with it. Michaels runs off the ropes and hits a flying forearm taking Shamrock down and Michaels does his signature nip up. Michaels goes for a bodyslam but Shamrock shoves Michaels to the ropes and hits a nice hurracarana. Shamrock goes for the cover again but Michaels kicks out at 2. Although these Canadian Fans don't like him. They have to admit the courage of Shawn Michaels. Michaels fights back and hits a neckbreaker on Shamrock. Michaels heads to the top rope and hits his signature elbow drop and Michaels is signaling for the Sweet Chin Music. Michaels goes for it but Shamrock gets to his feet and hits the Belly to Belly Suplex on Shawn and Shamrock has snapped. We could be moments away from a crowning of a new World Wrestling Federation Champion here. Shamrock grabs the leg of Michaels and he's got the anklelock. But hold on, the referee is distracted by Rick Rude again and here comes Hunter Hearst Helmsley. Rude is still distracting the referee. Helmsley uses his European Championship Belt and hits Shamrock in the back of the head with it. And Helmsley picks Shamrock up while the referee is still distracted by Rude. Helmsley then nails the pedigree on Shamrock and Michaels slowly gets to his feet and sneaks up on Shamrock and that's all the distraction that Michaels needs to retain his title against Shamrock as the referee counts the 3 for Michaels. Winner and Still World Wrestling Federation Champion: Shawn Michaels After the Match. Michaels and company begin to celebrate with Michaels picking up a microphone saying that he did it and retained without even breaking a sweat. And now that means, Ken Shamrock is now the first challenger that failed to beat Shawn Michaels. So now all Sgt. Slaughter has to do is get the #1 Contender to show up here and he will personally get an ass kicking courtesy of D-Generation X. Just like Ken Shamrock and Bret Hart. Then suddenly The Undertaker's music plays again as he starts to walk down the rampway with a purpose as he enters the ring. Taker snatches the mic away from Shawn and says that Slaughter is not going to come down here to announce the #1 Contender for Shawn's Championship. As a matter of fact, he thought he should let Shawn go for what they did last night was a disgrace, was a spit in the face to perhaps one of the greatest wrestlers he has respected, and one of the greatest wrestlers he has stepped toe to toe with. Undertaker says that Michaels is lucky that he ain't a deadman. Because on December 7, 1997. He is going to make Shawn a Deadman Walking. Infact, he is going to give him an execution. He should've given him the execution at Bad Blood inside Hell in A Cell when he busted him open but if it wasn't for his brother Kane. He would've been the one with the World Wrestling Federation Championship around his waist and he would've been the one that would've not screwed Bret Hart, he would've done business the right way. Not the way Shawn and Triple H did last night. So what it boils down to, is on December 7. 1997, Shawn's getting an execution. Because he's picked the perfect place for an execution. And that is a match that Shawn can try and crawl his way out of it, but he won't. The match The Undertaker wants against Shawn is a Buried Alive Match, Shawn begins to freak out. Taker starts laughing on the microphone telling Shawn that there's no way out and while he has many days on this earth. He is going to give Shawn a little preview of what is about to come. Shawn charges at Undertaker but Undertaker throws a right hand at Michaels and Taker hits the WWF Champion with right hands and Shawn gets knocked down. Undertaker signals for a Chokeslam, but Helmsley charges at him but he is tossed over the top rope by The Phenom. Michaels has escaped the ring with Helmsley and Chyna but Rick Rude is the sacrifical lamb. The lights then go out in the arena once again and when they come back on. A Casket is at ringside. But look Taker has Rude by the throat and he chokeslams him to the mat and then he picks up Rude and tombstones him to the mat. Taker then stares down the rest of D-Generation X and does the cut throat motion and Taker rolls Rude into the casket and slams the door shut. Taker then picks the microphone up and says that this is a prime example of what is going to happen to Shawn Michaels, and when he buries the Heartbreak Kid alive. There will be no apologies, no forgiveness, no mercy. All Shawn is going to see is a dark black hole. And Shawn will Rest in Peace!. Undertaker stares down Shawn as RAW is WAR goes off the air.

QUICK MONDAY NITRO RESULTS (10/27, 11/3 and 11/10 1997) The nWo were worried about Sean Waltman's whereabouts. Goldberg continued to stay undefeated as he picked up more wins, there were some matches signed for World War 1997 including the 60-Man Battle Royal, Ric Flair taking on Curt Hennig and Diamond Dallas Page set to defend the United States Championship against Raven in another rematch, plus Sting and Hollywood Hogan would be at World War 1997 to sign an exclusive contract. The Cruiserweight Division continued to be red hot. Mysterio and Guerrero would face off in another rematch at World War III for the Cruiserweight Championship. Meanwhile, WCW has continued to pick up on the Montreal Incident and that they wanted Bret Hart to come to WCW personally and join the New World Order. So this is where we stand with WCW. WCW also said goodbye to Sean Waltman as well, so Waltman is probably going to go to the WWF as soon as possible.

RICK RUDE WRITTEN OUT OF THE WORLD WRESTLING FEDERATION November 10. 1997
"Last Night in a RAW Promo, The Undertaker challenged Shawn Michaels to a Buried Alive Match for the World Wrestling Federation Championship at DX: In Your House, The Deadman attacked Rick Rude and put him into a casket in storyline wise, but in real life. Rick Rude upset about the Montreal Screwjob asked to leave the WWF before RAW started, Rude was written off the show after being thrown into a casket by The Undertaker, We wish Rude the best in his future endeavors".

So the Screwjob plays out the same; but with Taker on the hunt and Kane active. Shawn's a deadman; but I see things playing similar. I also want to give props to the montages you paint; with late 80's/early 90's metal/rock bands playing nice picture of some of the feuds. Shawn and Hart with GNR was fantastic. Also intrigued to see how the Lightweight Division is to play out in this world. And see some deviation in this world even if slight.

WWF RAW IS WAR - November 17. 1997
Clips are shown of Last Week of Monday Night RAW in where Shawn Michaels retained the WWF Championship over Ken Shamrock with help from Triple H. But after the match. The Undertaker appeared and announced that he would face Shawn Michaels at D-Generation X: In Your House in the fourth Buried Alive Match in WWF History. Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler are your hosts for RAW is WAR. They announce that tonight, JR will have an interview with Vince McMahon of what happened on that fateful Montreal Night, and plus. The Undertaker will take on Hunter Hearst Helmsley in the main event. And that's not all. Stone Cold Steve Austin will have his first Intercontinental Title Defense tonight against Dan Severn.
The Undertaker's music plays as he makes his way down to ringside. The commentators discuss how Undertaker could be the World Wrestling Federation Champion for the fourth straight time. Undertaker gets in the ring as he brings the lights up and Taker also has a microphone in hand, so it should be interesting to see what Undertaker has to say. Undertaker picks up the mic and says that November 9, 1997 in Montreal was a tragic incident in the World Wrestling Federation because of what Shawn Michaels did to Bret Hart, not only was it Shawn Michaels's fault, but Vince McMahon's fault as well. Taker says that he's been in the WWF for 7 years, he's wrestled for nearly 10 years and he's seen all the people come and go in the World Wrestling Federation and he's buried them all. But he would never make a deal with the devil and screw a WWF Superstar. Taker says that what Shawn Michaels did was a slap in the face of the World Wrestling Federation, and it's because of people like Bret Hart are no longer in the World Wrestling Federation. When Undertaker came to the World Wrestling Federation on November 22, 1990. He's seen people like Hulk Hogan, Randy Savage, The Ultimate Warrior, Jake Roberts, Ted Dibiase, Roddy Piper and others. But when they left the WWF to head to the new company, People like him, Shawn Michaels, Bret Hart, Diesel, Razor Ramon and others stayed in the Federation, but now both of them are gone. And Shawn is still here. Undertaker says that last week he couldn't stand seeing what Shawn Michaels screw another top talent in the WWF naming Ken Shamrock and yes he'll admit it should've not been his business because he was dealing with his brother Kane earlier that night. But Shawn's ego took it too far and now he's the one that has to pay, At DX: In Your House. There will be a judgment day for Shawn Michaels. Because Shawn's reign as WWF Champion is going to come to an early end. And it's going to end at an early grave. Taker says that he will admit, he doesn't dress up in tighty whities, he doesn't go out there and pose naked in magazines. He doesn't point at his crotch and tell everyone to suck it. What he does is take people's souls, he's been doing it since he came to the World Wrestling Federation. And that's been his style. Shawn Michaels learned that first hand at Bad Blood and if it hadn't been for Kane. He could've been the one to beat Bret Hart at Montreal and have that championship to himself. Undertaker says that that also brings him to his little brother. Taker says that he knows deep in his heart that there is still good left inside of Kane. If Kane wants to go ahead and destroy everybody in the World Wrestling Federation. If Kane wants to make an impact like he did years ago. Then so be it. But he wants Kane by his side at D-Generation X. Because he knows Shawn Michaels will have Hunter Hearst Helmsley and Chyna by his side. But he wants Kane to come by his side. And if Kane has some good in him, then leave Paul Bearer and join The Undertaker by his side so they can destroy the World Wrestling Federation by force. And they can destroy D-Generation X by force and the entire WWF until there is nothing left. Taker says that at D-Generation X. It will be Shawn Michaels's last ride and he will be buried alive for good. So Shawn Michaels, Triple H and Chyna, all three of them will rest in peace.

Match 1: Marc Mero w/Sable vs Steve Blackman This should be an interesting match between both Marc Mero and Steve Blackman to kick off the show. Blackman gains the advantage in this contest over Mero but Mero fights back and lands chops and punches on the Lethal Weapon but Blackman fights back and this is kind of a back and forth battle. Mero attempts to go for the TKO a new move he's called but Blackman fights out of it and hits a bicycle kick and follows it up with the Dragon Sleeper on Mero to get the victory. Winner: Steve Blackman
After the match as Blackman is celebrating his victory. Blackman starts to look at Sable but wait a minute, Mero gets to his feet and hits a right hand on Blackman and Mero takes down Blackman and look at Mero all over the Lethal Weapon. Mero is upset that Blackman just stared down Sable. Mero retreats from the ring and drags Sable with him. What's gotten into Mero?.
Backstage, The Blackjacks, Flash Funk, Bob Holly, Bart Gunn and Tiger Ali Singh are both backstage with J.R. asking what is happening. Bradshaw speaks up and says that ever since Kane has come to the World Wrestling Federation. He has destroyed lives and he has destroyed everyone because of the fact that his brother The Undertaker burned him alive, that's The Undertaker's issue. Not theirs. But Kane is about to get his Judgment Day. Because tonight, They're calling Kane out.

Match 2: Tag Team Light Heavyweight Match Tajiri and Jushin Thunder Liger vs Scott Taylor and Brian Christopher. This is going to be an interesting Tag Team Light Heavyweight Match between Tajiri & Jushin Thunder Liger against Brian Christopher and Scott Taylor. The commentators announce that there will be a Battle Royal for the Light Heavyweight Championship at DX: In Your House. It's a great tag match with these four Cruiserweights. Christopher and Taylor work well in this match against Tajiri and Liger. The commentators discuss how Taylor was a jobber, but Christopher has now motivated Taylor as Lawler says. Tajiri and Liger make a comeback in this match, but as Tajiri goes for a kick on Taylor. Taylor sneaks up Tajiri and rolls him up to get the victory. Taylor had the tights. Winners: Brian Christopher and Scott Taylor
Backstage, Jim Cornette is with both Dan Severn and Jeff Jarrett. Cornette says that tonight is the night that Stone Cold Steve Austin's reign as Intercontinental Champion will be over before it even begun. Because Stone Cold may have come back from injury, but he is going to get back on the injured list permanently this time.

The Commentators take us to what really happened at Survivor Series with Bret Hart, Shawn Michaels and Vince McMahon. Ross narrates the happenings with a clip of Bret talking about his contract expiring, then clips are shown of the Montreal Screwjob with Bret's actions speaking volumes. Then it shows Ross and Vince together. Ross asks the question if Vince really screwed Bret Hart?. Vince said that some would say that he screwed Bret Hart, but he'll look at it from a standpoint, the referee didn't screw Bret Hart. Shawn Michaels didn't screw Bret Hart. Vince McMahon didn't screw Bret Hart. Vince truly believes that Bret Hart screwed Bret Hart, and he can look in the mirror. Ross says that some parts of the country agree that Vince did not accept responsibility, that Vince orchestrated the situation and the people weren't going to understand the fact of Bret Hart screwing Bret Hart, and what does it mean?. Vince says that he will certainly take responsibility for any decisions he ever made, he has no problem doing that. None of his decisions are accurate, but when he makes a bad decision. He makes more good decisions, but as far as screwing Bret Hart is concerned. There is a time honor tradition in the wrestling business. They show the amount of respect, you show them the proper respect of the Organization. It's a time honored tradition, but Bret Hart didn't want to honor that tradition and that's something that he would've never expected from Bret. It would've never crossed his mind that Bret wanted to show amount of respect to the WWF Superstars that helped make him what it is today, that was Bret's decision. Bret screwed Bret!. Ross reminds the fans that some people know that Bret Hart signed a 20-year contract with the WWF in 1996. And some folks are saying how could Bret Hart leave, he had 18 years left of his contract. Did Bret ask Vince to leave the WWF?. Or did Vince ask Bret to leave?. Vince says that this was a joint decision somewhat as well. From both Bret and Vince. Ultimately, what happened. The two got together and orchestrated the opportunity for Ted Turner to steal Bret. Vince felt for reasons if Bret Hart's salary they were paying him was not justified. Then Bret felt for creative reasons when he became second banana to Shawn Michaels in his own mind who had stolen his spot, so for financial reasons and creative reasons on both their parts and the two of them got together and decided to do the very best they can for Bret and so they orchestrated with Bret receiving a 3-year deal, $300 million dollars a year. Which is the richest deal in all of professional wrestling entertainment, and that's worth than a $125 K. So Vince felt from a personal standpoint if Bret wasn't a great investment to the WWF. He didn't want him to leave but the least he could do for Bret is to help him help himself. Vince says that he told Bret if he got this deal, he would be the very first person to congratulate him. But from a Business Standpoint, he didn't want to lose Bret Hart. He wasn't paying from a financial standpoint but nonetheless he really didn't want Bret Hart to leave the company. Ross says that the loss at Survivor Series could never be more prevalent. Bret stood in the ring and spit in Vince's face and after, he destroyed WWF Television Equipment. Was Vince prepared for what happened after the match?. Vince says that he was very disappointed in Bret. Bret punched him, he sustained a concussion, he's having vision problems but he will get over it, he didn't think it was the right thing to do. But Bret's crowing about him and that Bret's proud of striking Vince and it wasn't the question or confrontational cause even at 52 years old, things would have been different if it was confrontational. He allowed Bret to strike him, Vince had hoped that he wouldn't. He hoped that they would sit down and work things out, that's what he really expected, but that is not what happened. Ross asks if Vince is going to think about pressing charges. Vince says that he has considered it but he's not pursuing it at this moment, it all depends on Bret whether or not. Ross says that if Vince was a storywriter and the Survivor Series was the final chapter of Bret Hart's Story in the WWF Years. How would Vince have preferred to write the Final Chapter. Vince says as a storyteller, he would've hoped that Bret's story would be not dramatic. His story would be given dignity, in the state that he was the greatest WWF Superstar he ever lived in one way to get back at those individuals, Superstars in the WWF that helped him acheive, when he knows he's leaving a time honored tradition. After the most grueling match that Bret ever had in his life. Bret was pinned, but in the small moment of defeat. Bret would've stood straight up what a true champion and a human being and a wrestler really is. But if he was Bret, he could see Bret after a 1, 2, 3, saying Okay. Vince would've congratulated him and stuck his hand out and furthermore Bret would tell everyone to watch his match in a time-honored tradition. This needs to be done to show every individual, secretary, everyone in Titan Sports and in the WWF that he was there and he did the right thing to be a true champion. Ross says that does he have Sympathy for Bret?. Vince says that he has no sympathy for Bret what soever, he has no sympathy for someone not doing the right thing and not doing the right thing also for the fans. Bret made a selfish question and will live with it for the rest of his life and that Bret screwed Bret and he has no sympathy for Bret what so ever.
Match 3: WWF Intercontinental Championship Match Dan Severn w/Jeff Jarrett and Jim Cornette vs Stone Cold Steve Austin The match never gets underway and just as Severn and Austin go face to face. Jeff Jarrett comes from behind and attacks Austin. Winner: Draw
Dan and Jarrett begin to gang up on Austin and Austin begins to fight back against Severn and Jarrett. Austin fights off the odds as he sends Severn over the top rope with a clothesline, But Jarrett surprises Austin with a chair shot to the back. Jarrett and Severn begin to put the boots to Austin again. Jarrett picks up the Intercontinental Title Belt and raises it up and Austin is back on his feet, he tries to fight back again but Jarrett whacks him in the head with the title belt. Match 5: 6-Man Tag Team Match Mankind and The Legion of Doom vs The New Age Outlaws and Terry Funk Obviously there's been some issues with all 6 of these men. And this should be a good intense 6-Man Tag Team Match. The faces get the advantage to start the match off with Mankind going right for Funk. But it's the heels that battle back with the Outlaws and Funk coming back in the match against Animal, but Mankind is tagged in attacking The Outlaws and Funk. Back in the ring. The Blackjacks, Bob Holly, Bart Gunn, Flash Funk, Tiger Ali Singh are in the ring, as Bradshaw picks up a mic saying that Kane needs to get his big red intellectually- disabled ass out here so that they are going to put Kane's fire out. Kane's music then plays in the arena as he makes his way to the ring with Paul Bearer. The commentators ask if that's the night that Kane finally gets his once and for all. Kane sets his pyros ablaze and as the Superstars get ready to attack, The Undertaker's gong sounds as the lights go out in the arena and The Undertaker is now making his way to the ring, is it going to be a 7 on 1 against Kane?. It looks like The Undertaker will help the WWF Superstars fight Kane. The Undertaker said a month ago he will never do it, but it looks like he's been left without a choice. It looks like The Undertaker's advice against Kane fell on deaf ears last week. The Undertaker enters the ring as the commentators say that the destruction of Kane is imminent. Taker gets in the ring and stares down his brother face to face. Bradshaw tries to tell Undertaker to jump Kane but Undertaker hits a right hand on Bradshaw and now Kane hits Windham with a right hand. Taker grabs Funk by the throat and chokeslams him to the mat and Kane does the same thing to Bart Gunn. The Blackjacks try to fight Taker and Kane but they are no match as Undertaker and Kane send them both to the outside. What the hell have we just seen?. The Undertaker helped Kane fight off these six men?. Is this what The Undertaker meant last week?. Undertaker then leaves the ring and says something off mic saying that he would never fight Kane, he would have to burn in hell before he fights Kane. But we will see The Undertaker later tonight as he takes on Hunter Hearst Helmsley.

The commentators take us to the second and the last part of the interview between Jim Ross and Vince McMahon on what happened on why Bret has left the WWF!
Ross starts the second part of the interview off by saying that if Vince would welcome Bret Hart to the WWF once again, would he allow Bret to return to the WWF. He spit in Vince's face, and destroying the television and the monitors and also punched him. But would Vince ever allow Bret to come back in the WWF?. Vince says that this is a strange business, but yes he would and they would have to have a real understanding. He would like to hear Bret say i'm sorry and he didn't mean to be selfish, he lost it there for a while. And he has no problem saying to Bret that Vince had to do what he had to do, would he welcome Bret back?. Vince said that he would also tell Bret no more free shots, strictly from a man's standpoint. He'd want him to know that and in the future if they had problems. They're going to have them, but no more free shots. Yes, if Bret could tear up his contract with WCW in return. He welcomes Bret back under those conditions. Ross asks if Bret's motivation didn't leave here for the money. Vince says there was signs in the arena following Survivor Series that Bret sold out. Bret seemed to be sensitive to that subject. He doesn't want to be known as someone who sold out. Vince is proud of the fact that he helped Bret sold out and that's what Bret did. He sold out, it's not a big deal because he helped him do it. Vince then says that Bret left for the money, when you're making 3 million dollars a year and you're working 125 days of that year. Bret sold out, and Vince doesn't blame Bret for selling out. And Vince helped him, as a matter of fact. It could be the next line of superstars saying Vince, help me sell out. Did Bret sell out!. Yes, And he doesn't think everytime Bret says No. He didn't do it for the money. Bret loses Credibility everytime he says that. Ross asks if this ordeal affected Vince more, the businessside of Vince McMahon or the personal side of Vince McMahon. Vince says that the WWF will go on beyond Bret Hart, but from a personal side. It has affected him, And that it can't end a 14-year relationship like it was ended without having feelings, he regrets that he felt forced to make the decision. He regretted that Bret didn't do the right thing for the business or himself. Because it wouldn't have costed him $1 million dollar less with Turner. He regrets that to his fans if there is a thing separate from the WWF fans are in any way hurt from this. He regrets that his family is enduring the tirade that Bret seems to be on. He regrets that a member of his family, his son had to witness some of this in the Locker Room. He regrets all of that from a personal standpoint. He made a tough decision but it was the right thing for the World Wrestling Federation Fans and the WWF Superstars that remain here loyal to Vince. Ross says if Vince had the opportunity to speak to Bret cause he knows he's watching, everybody involved that is watching this right now. What would Vince say to him now?. Vince says that Bret made a mistake that he will regret from a professional standpoint it did not have to be made that way, he did the only thing he could do for the Company and the Fans and The Superstars and he's unwavering at that point of view and perhaps Bret is unwavering. He doesn't know if they'll get together, but it might one day. It's too bad that a 14-year relationship was destroyed because one member of that relationship forgot that we are in the sports entertainment business. Forgot where he came from. Ross asks when Vince will be over this, Vince says that he's over it now. But at the same time, Bret has been a part of the WWF and a part of Bret will always be in the WWF. Vince says that he's going to remember the good times, the things they did with Bret in which he performed to the greatest degree. Possibly the wonderful stories, he's going to remember Bret as the excellence of execution, it's just too damn bad that in the end Bret really wasn't the best there is, the best there was and the best there ever will be and he had that opportunity to live up to that. In his final match with the WWF and he failed miserably!.
Back to the arena, DX are already in the ring with Shawn Michaels having a microphone in his hand. Michaels says that everyone knows the story right now, it wasn't Shawn Michaels that screwed Bret Hart. It wasn't Hunter Hearst Helmsley that screwed Bret Hart. It wasn't Earl Hebner that screwed Bret Hart. It wasn't Vince McMahon that screwed Bret. But Bret screwed himself. Shawn says that Bret's probably up there right now in WCW. But as DX can tell, there has been a change of plans. Rick Rude has left the World Wrestling Federation because immediately after The Undertaker placed him in the casket last week. They fired him after they woke him up from that coffin. Shawn states that now that the cat's out of the bag on Bret Hart. Speaking of Cats, last week. The Undertaker issued a Buried Alive Match, and now at D-Generation X: In Your House. The Undertaker is going to take the big catnap when Shawn throws him six feet under and DX will continue to dominate the World Wrestling Federation and bury The Undertaker's career just like they buried Bret Hart's career. Shawn also says that he doesn't care about The Undertaker saving his brother tonight. As a matter of fact, he couldn't care less about The Undertaker's family because after all The Undertaker did char them 20 years ago. The Undertaker's music then plays and that must have ired The Phenom that he makes his way to the ring with a purpose because of what Shawn said that he took off his ring coat before coming down the entryway.
Match 7: The Undertaker vs Hunter Hearst Helmsley w/Chyna and Shawn Michaels. Taker starts the match off by hitting Helmsley with a right hand as Chyna and Michaels retreated. Undertaker throws Helmsley to the buckle and hits hard right hands on Helmsley, he then shoves Helmsley into the ropes and hits a clothesline knocking him down and follows it up with an elbow. Taker goes for the cover but Helmsley is able to kick out at 2. Taker stares down Shawn as he gets Helmsley back to his feet. Taker tries to fight back but Helmsley puts him down with a neckbreaker and goes for the cover but Undertaker kicks out at 2. Helmsley then hits a DDT but Undertaker again kicks out at 2. Helmsley goes to the top rope and goes for a double axe handle but Taker punches him in the gut and as he starts to make a comeback. Taker runs off the ropes and goes for an elbow drop but Helmsley rolls out of the way. Helmsley whips Taker into the buckle but Undertaker knees him in the face and hits a right hand on Helmsley and whips him into the ropes but Helmsley reverses and Taker hits a flying clothesline knocking Helmsley down. Taker whips Helmsley into the buckle and hits a clothesline in the corner and hits another clothesline in the corner. Taker scoops Helmsley up and hits the snake eyes and follows it up with a big boot and nails a leg drop on Helmsley. But the referee is distracted by Chyna. Taker sees the referee being distracted by Chyna so he grabs Chyna by the throat and it looks like he's going to chokeslam her. But Helmsley comes from behind with a right hand to the back and goes for a pedigree but Undertaker catapults Helmsley into the buckle and tosses Helmsley over the top rope to the floor. And it looks like Helmsley, Michaels and Chyna are about to leave the arena. But wait a minute there's Ken Shamrock. Shamrock has not forgotten about what happened last week, Shamrock is forcing Helmsley to get in the ring, Helmsley gets back in the ring but what he doesn't realize is that The Undertaker has him by the throat and chokeslams him off the apron. Undertaker signals for the Tombstone Piledriver and he connects with it and will that be the fate of Shawn Michaels come D-Generation X as Taker pins Helmsley to get the win. Winner: The Undertaker
After the Match. Michaels gets in the ring to attack Undertaker. Michaels sees Helmsley getting up and just as they begin to double team The Undertaker. Shamrock gets in the ring and goes after Michaels and Helmsley. Shamrock clotheslines Helmsley over the top rope to the outside and that leaves Michaels and Undertaker in the ring. Undertaker starts to have the upper hand on Shawn by throwing right hands at him. Taker whips Shawn into the ropes and goes for a clothesline but Shawn ducks and hits the Sweet Chin Music on The Undertaker. Shawn just nailed Sweet Chin Music on The Undertaker. Shamrock and Helmsley are brawling on the outside of the ring, Shawn is now all over The Undertaker by punching away at him, but the lights go out in the arena and Kane's theme starts to blast in the arena as he makes his way down to ringside, but not with Paul Bearer. It looks like Kane is coming out here on his own. Is Kane going to help Shawn Michaels dismember The Undertaker?. It looks like he is. Kane gets in the ring and Shawn tells Kane to destroy The Undertaker. Kane starts to head towards The Undertaker, but he turns around and grabs the WWF Champion by the throat and Kane just chokeslammed the WWF Champion. Kane has repayed the favor to what The Undertaker did. Undertaker gets to his feet and stares at Kane in shock. Kane begins to leave the ring but it looks like Kane has repaid the favor that The Undertaker did earlier tonight. RAW goes off the air with Undertaker shocked that his brother would save him. Does it look like Kane and The Undertaker have buried the hatchet?.
