Ettore Ewen (born March 1, 1986)is an American professional wrestler, signed to WWE where he wrestles under the ring name Big E Langston. He is a former NXT Champion in WWE's developmental territory, He is also a national powerlifting champion who has set multiple national and state records in the raw division. Personal records Set in competitions Squat - 711 lbs (322.5 kg) Bench press - 529 lbs (240 kg) Deadlift - 799 lbs (362.5 kg) Powerlifting total - 2,039 lbs(711-529-799) / 925 kg (322.5-240-362.5) After Ziggler suffered a concussion in May, Langston wrestled a series of matches against Ziggler's number one contender Alberto Del Rio, with the two exchanging victories over one another for the past several weeeks. When I first seen Langston my exact words were " GD that's a big freakin' dude!" Iv watched Raw since it started in the early 90's. It's nowhere near as appealing to me now as it once was. So for awhile now when i watch Raw it was mainly just to have something on and wait to see the 5mins of Kaitlyn but now Big E is my favorite wrestler on there. He's a huge powerhouse wrestler with AJ and the World Champion in his corner, Heels are the best when they have a heel manager, Especially a crazy woman. I think if WWE has any sense they'll build him up like they did Lesnar or other past WWE powerhouse stars. As long as he stays a heel i think he'll be awesome to watch on Mondays. At some point though im sure WWE will be turning him to a babyface i think that might ruin his gimmick. I could see Langston getting tired of being Dolphs lap dog and challenging him for the title at some point but he would be the babyface and Iv always liked guys like him as heels but i think Big E Langston could be The next big thing...or close to it? He needs a new opponent for Monday besides Del Rio that's for sure.

Hmmmm, it's tricky as I see him as a United States champion, or maybe a 4th member of the shield in my opinion.
Not WHC!

I agree, He has the body of a world champion for sure but, we haven't heard much from him on the mic and his move set seems to be limited in a seance, appealing as far as looks and strength not the face for the company right now for sure. But 10yrs down the road....who knows?

Yeah, his not the talent that is looked upon at the moment compared to the shield, bray wyatt but he could have a breakthrough...MITB?

As soon as he opens his mouth, I think about Brock Lesnar. You've got this guy who is built like a brick house, then sounds very unthreatening. Get him a mouthpiece, & he'll do just fine.

I don't think he will do anything memorable.

I genuinely believe he's going to be the next WHC, but that's neither here nor there.

Nope. He's boring, lacks personality and charisma, and has a horrible finisher.

He'll goes as far as WWE is willing to take him. I don't see him being the face of the company, but he could definitely be a main eventer for sure.He just needs a new finisher, really bad.

Nope. He's boring, lacks personality and charisma, and has a horrible finisher. The man is actually funny. Also, he does have personality. More of a beast style personality, if you watch his NXT stuff, which I dig.

I don't want to wish him ill in his career; but I hope not. He's so dull and bad to look at.

I really hope so. He is quite unlike the majority of big men we are used to. He has personality, he can move very well in the ring and he's above all different. I hope they let him break away, and let him play himself as a character. I'm not mad about this third wheel deal, he just looks so out of place and awkward.
Also, he has the greatest twitter account ever.

For a big guy, he can definitely move and I think he's an interesting character. The only problem I see is the way they debuted him. Sticking him with Dolph was just unnecessary. They should've held off his debut for just a few more weeks and gave him the spot that Bo Dallas won in the Rumble. Cause let's face it, Bo did absolutely nothing after that. Giving Big E the spot could've gave him the chance to just dominate right from the very start and show people that he's a big deal. It'd be just like Diesel mowing through guys in the '94 Rumble.

I hope he is around for a long time, he's awesome! This ^^^ After seeing what he can do in the ring, I am very impressed. His entrance and his presence is very unique. For a former bodybuilder, he is not that tall. He seems very agile in the ring and has a great personality. I am digging his Five-Count gimmick on NXT Wrestling. I hope he go far in the WWE. Like The Shield, the WWE stuck gold with Big E. Langston. He is young and has longevity. I hope to see Big E. eventually become a world champion.

I enjoy Big E Langston, but I cannot really picture him as a heavyweight title holder.
U.S. or Intercontinental, though? Sure.

I like the dude, just another hit with the talent.
I don't mind his finisher either, but for God's sake can someone get him a longer singlet?
That's the only thing I HATE about him is his wardrobe. I keep waiting to see a ball.

I chose "he's ok". I woulda thought Mason Ryan, Zeke, Lashley, Heidenreich, Kozlov, all had bright futures too & look at them now.
