Elites are released every other month. So they can hit your area any time after then depending on how much the various retailer's distribution centers in your area have in stock.

Mid to late July at the earliest. This. Retail typically gets sets in a month to a month and a half after RSC received their first shipment. I live in jersey so my area usually is a month and a half where California will get the set about one month after RSC. |

Im in Jersey. Elite 21 is everywhere now. Usually when RSC gets in their second shipment is when elites hit by me at retail. I ordered elite 18 from RSC on backorder and it killed me waiting for my shipment while i looked at pegs full of E18 at TRU and Walmart.

Yeah but it was being shipped w e19. I didnt want to cancell half the order. I wanted that box from RSC with 12 elite figs in it!
