I loved the quick change Batman figures. I remember most of them had lost of amazing accessories. I wish I still had the "Batman Forever" Bruce--to--batman armored figure and the Michael Keaton one, as well.

Funny you mention those because I love them too! I have the Batman Forever one but I just bought the Keaton one. Bruce Wayne figures are always awesome

There was one from the animated series I thought was the cat's meow. My memory is foggy but I distinctly remember it had a big cape that was the main gimmick of it. I think it was white and black...Thunder Strike Batman or something to that extent. I wanted it so bad as a kid.

As far as the Batman Forever movie goes I thought the best figures were the "Guardians of Gotham" 2-Pack Batman and Robin figures. And for the Clooney Batman & Robin movie it was the Fuji Film Mailaway Batman.

Thanks PJ

The cape wrapped around Batman and it opened up like a glider. I have that one but at the time I thought I was getting too old for toys so I don't have many others. They had some cool designs back then.

BtAS had Decoy Batman which had a great Bruce Wayne head sculpt. But TNBA had my favorite Quick Change Batman in the 4-pack. That was the one where the nee design Bruce was wearing the grey trench coat. Personally I liked the sleeker design of TNBA more than BtAS.

I remember I had that grey trenchcoat Bruce Wayne figure but I sold it. I recently found a BtAS Quick Change Bruce Wayne with a orange trenchcoat at a local collectible shop which was cool.

ah Kenner Batman....thanks again Jack Nicholson we owe it all to you.Jack was so dissatisfied with TBs product for Batman 89 that he convinced WB(who he had serious pull with)to give the licence back to Kenner.hence the EXCELLENT DK collection and why his face was on the Joker products.
historically it worked out great.because TB were able to use the molds they had for a pitch to Marvel...and while that started out rough look at the awesomness that followed.
Kenners Batman vehicles are still King to me........always will be.Mattel could never touch what they did in this area.
and regarding B&R bane-that is one excellent figure.made using the comic design because they couldn't get their hands on a design for Bane in time it fits perfectly with The Super Powers figures.
Kenner had so much greatness....my first Batmobile was the Bruce Wayne Turbo Coupe/Batmobile.it was the Animated series version reused after BR and I still have it.my Keaton Bruce sits in there now.I have every Kenner Batmobile(not silly repaints mind you)and they still rock.batmissile batmobile from Returns?absolute greatness.
and what about the EXCELLENT Batcave from Batman Forever?my God it took me ages to get it but when I did....awesome.

The movie figures were great and a huge part of my childhood but its hard to beat the animated series figures. I usually mixed them since they were made by the same company and in the same scale. Out of the movie figures, Bane was the best one. For some reason (which I'm very happy about) they made the figure in more of a comic look than the ridiculous movie look.
On both lines, the cloth capes were the best. I'm still having trouble adjusting to plastic capes.

The Forever batcave/compound was awesome. I wish I had room to display it. But as of now it is sitting in the closest/outcove under the stairs.

I just mentioned them cause the thread reminded me of them.

Like I said it's packed away in the outcove behind a basement closet under the stairs. It would take a out an hour just to dig it out of there. So that's not happening
