Last Trent Barreta FanAre you watching any customs on eBay atm? There's a few I'm looking at, but I don't want to constantly bid if you're trying too. Did you win any last night? I managed to get a Robby Gordon Jim Beam car, but missed out on a #25 GoDaddy car thanks to eBay's mistake.

I saw quite a few weren't getting bids so I did end up getting three, a Penske 12, the Mahindra 23 and a TBR 36. That makes 5 Robert Richardson Jr cars in my collection lol, and it's completely unintentional

Though I did find quite a few in the newest batch that are pretty good.

The 73 is pretty sloppily done so I might be able to get that for low, the 64 is ok but that'll be a wait and see on the last day, I need a 44 and a 41 but they always end up going pretty high so I'll wait and see on them too.

I think I have the Valvoline 44 in my watch list. I'm looking at the 07 Jack Daniels car, since for some reason, it's appropriate to put beer on 1/64, but not any other kind of alcohol, or even Hooters. Also the 09 and 99 from Talladega 2009, since they were never made for some unknown reason. I have the 99 and 00 Aaron's cars if they have no bids near the end, the 96 and 70 because the look pretty cool, and the 66 because that style Aarons's cars are simple.

I'm pretty happy to finally have scored one of the final pieces remaining in my Carl Edwards collection. I'm looking to have a complete raced win collection for Carl like I'm doing with Kyle [just need that damn sweep set] and finally scored a Phoenix 2010 win from eBay. It's down to needing his All Star Raced Win die-cast to have a complete collection. I spent a little more than I'd normally spend on an older diecast but I think that is just the world balancing itself out since I've gotten some really good deals on most of my collection. For example.. 2008 Fontana win die-cast goes for about $100 and I found mine in this little hole in the wall diecast shop for $30. See? World just balancing itself out there. I also picked up 1:64ths of Kyle's throwback and Carl's throwback / 2016 Subway since I somehow missed picking that one up over the summer.

I dont know who the bunghole is who is overbidding for everything but hes made me overpay for all but 1 auction I've won so far. I noticed he did that to Ryans bids too. What a dick. The 73 was 99 cents and he bid it all the way to 20 bucks. Theres a reason it was 99 cents, it wasnt a good custom but i guess it is what it is, at least i won 4. Had to fight to get the 70 Taxslayer and last second the 71 magically went up to 20 bucks even though there were 3 others. I mean, i get the point of an auction but these snipers are just plain cancer.

With 1 car left in my current bids, I've won the 41, 44, 70 and 71. All but the 44 had last second snipe attempts so instead of paying 50 bucks im paying close to 80. Being a completitionist is rough lol

It's why 99.9% of my purchases are straight up BIN because screw having to deal with a**holes like that.

The 96 Northern Tool car had a reserve price set somewhere over $14. I noticed that the guy had a lot of bids on each car and he'd magically make them jump up. It's stupid.

My WalMart had the next set of 1:64 Darlington throwbacks. Grabbed #13 mears. Pegs were pretty packed, so I'm assuming they had the whole set. Nothing on back of card

I take it you need a special screwdriver to take the car off the base?

I take it you need a special screwdriver to take the car off the base? Or just stab at the base with a screwdriver or scissors until it breaks into two pieces, then unscrew them.
